Dr Robertson and his whole staff are amazing! I went in because I cracked a molar (one of two reasons you finally make that appointment, right? The other being pain) and from the second I walked in for my consultation they left my fears at the door. Not only is the front staff amazing, they remember you they are compassionate and empathetic. They don’t make you feel like you need unnecessary procedures, or try and upsell you. Jonie, the office manager is so kind and has the most contagious laugh. She makes you feel like a friend, and is always willing to work with your insurance. Jolinda who always happens to be my assistant is so warm, friendly, calming, and makes a personal connection. I’m so happy here! I continue to refer people because Dr Robertson has completely taken my fear of dentistry away. He is gentle, patient, and actually does the work himself instead of having someone else do it and collect the income. He is warm, genuine, and really wants to make sure you’re comfortable and no longer in pain. Thank you guys so much!

Dr. Robertson is the best dentist I have ever had! I’m young and have bad teeth genetically, so I’ve struggled to find a good dentist who does not judge and truly cares about my oral health. Dr. Robertson does just that! I actually no longer fear going to the dentist because of his and his staff’ expertise. His staff is so kind and caring. They make you feel so comfortable and welcome every time you visit! I would most definitely recommend this amazing office to anyone. You are in great hands!

When it comes to dentists this is my go to place! I’ve been a patient here for over 20 years and I continue to return because of the excellent service. Yesterday, I was able to schedule a last minute cleaning with ease with Carol, who is always smiling and friendly! My cleaning was done by Khuloud, she was personable and went out of her way to make sure my experience was comfortable! In addition, I’ve visited other dentist offices through my travels, but this one always has the most up to date equipment and dental supplies. Looking forward to my next cleaning!

The staff at Dr. Robertson’s office are all amazing. My 6 year old son has such a hard time with going to the dentist and they made sure they made him feel so comfortable and were extremely patient with him. My son also struggles with the x-ray and they worked with him to make him comfortable and have an incredible of doing it. This is honestly the first time he has taken an x-ray with no issue and gotten thru an exam without much anxiety. Thank you all and I would recommend to anyone with children, even though they are not exclusively a Pediatric Dental office – they work so wonderfully with children. My three are seen by Dr. Robertson. I can’t thank you all enough.

I have gone to Dr. Robertson for over 11 years and my husband has gone to him for at least 13 years. He is always conscientious and accommodating for our dental needs. He does outstanding work and he is very gentle. Dr. Robertson always makes himself available for any of our dental emergencies and we have had many over the past years. He has a wonderful staff and they are always helpful as well as friendly. We highly recommend Dr. Robertson for your dental care!

The staff is always professional and caring about treatment needed… and there is never any pressure for future treatments, unless critical. Dr. Robertson and all of the hygienists and staff are always so kind and helpful. I just got some cavities filled today and they made the whole process smooth and are always very accommodating. I always enjoy my visits here!

Hands down, best dentist I’ve ever been to. They are a small office, but they’re efficient with how they use it, and fit all their machinery. Everyone is super nice, their work is gentle and they keep you informed during procedures. My favorite part is the lack of physical pain in every aspect. Had a serious filling and not a single portion of the procedure was painful. Would recommend to a friend 10/10. Sending my roommates and friends here from now on.

I had to in to Dr. Robertson’s office on an emergency because my dentist was out of town and I was full of anxiety not knowing any of his office staff. But happy to say that all their staff were friendly, happy and very comforting. They have a very nice office that is clean and comfortable. I was able to get in for an appointment the next day after I called for a problem with my bridge. They fixed me right up and had me in and out quickly. Thank you for your great and helpful staff and making me smile again.

I’ve been going to Dr. Robertson DDS for around 20 years. Everyone is especially nice and professional. The Hygienist Robin even gave me a USC football schedule of games today. I love everybody down there and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

My last experience with the dentist kept me away for years. Dr. Robertson has definitely redeemed any bad taste I had in my mouth. He is smooth, gentle, communicative, and very skillful! Not to mention his team is amazing. From the moment you walk in at the front desk receiving a bright warm welcome, to sitting in the chair with your mouth wedged open, there is an ease and comfort to it all. Beyond the skill set, this practice is filled with great people who really care. Highly recommended for the whole family!

5 stars all the way from start to finish!! We (family of 5) have been happy patients for over 12 years. Dr. Robertson is honest, gentle, kind and skilled in many areas of dentistry. Carol, Stacy, Rhonda, Denise & the entire staff are beyond wonderful. They all work so hard to make sure you have a comfortable experience.
We’ve always appreciated the thorough, thoughtful care we’ve received over the years..from cleanings to bonding + fillings to Invisalign, etc.
Dr. R even answers emergency calls on the weekend.

I came in as a new patient today and had the best dental exam I have had in my 67 years. Photos and xrays were taken of my teeth and I got an excellent cleaning, but the thing that impressed me the most is the time Robin, The hygienist, spent going over every detail of my xrays with me. Dr Robertson and the rest of his staff were extremely professional and friendly. So happy to find Dr. Robertson.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Robertson for about 20 years. The whole staff is very friendly, nice and professional. What I like about Dr. Robertson is that he talks to you and tells you what he’s doing when he works on your mouth, which I truly appreciate and he has gentle hands. The office is clean and organized. If you do go to this office, you will not disappoint!

My husband an I started coming to Dr. Robertson after a recommendation from our neighbor.  My husband was just there for a deep cleaning with Robin and he said it was the most thorough and best cleaning he has ever had.  The entire staff is very friendly and professional and we both enjoy going there.  Highly recommend this dentist if you are looking for quality service and friendly atmosphere.

Best dental experience ever! I used to hate going to the dentist! Hated it so much that I avoided it, now that I’m a patient here I don’t mind going at all. The entire staff is so nice, they are patience, understanding and not judgmental at all. I highly recommend! I will be a patient for life!

BEST DENTAL OFFICE !  OUTSTANDING care and professional service.   I just had a crown and porcelain  onlay done today and I couldn’t be happier.  Dr. Robertson and his team answered all my questions and took their time to be sure I was comfortable and relaxed.  I really appreciated Dr. Robertson and McKenzie explaining each step and they called me the next day to check on me !!!  I never had any pain from start to finish.  Thank you everyone for making me feel so cared for.   I will NEVER go anywhere else for my dentistry.

Dr. Robertson and his wonderful staff have been my dentist for nearly 20 years. Everyone there is wonderful! Carol in the front office is efficient and welcoming, and Dr. Robertson is super conscientious about pain management (I have a few sensitive areas). Finally, there is a relatively new dental hygienist named Robin. He replaced someone who retired, and I was assigned to him. He is absolutely the best! I actually look forward to my visits to the dentist, now that I have Robin helping me. He does a great job with my cleanings, explaining things as he goes, and he’s given me some new options for pain management for my sensitive areas.

This is simply an awesome dental practice!

I can’t express my gratitude enough to Dr. Robertson and his staff – especially Tara, Carol, and Denise. This office has the friendliest, nicest people and they were kind enough to get me in first thing this morning after a weekend full of pain. Dr. Robertson saw and took care of me even though his office was loaded with patients. I was visiting from out of state and a tooth fell out. He is my son and family’s dentist and so they knew exactly where to take me. He was so very nice and competent and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Dr. Robertson and staff are absolutely AMAZING. Although I live in San Diego, I have made the long drive to Dr. Robertson’s office for many years now, simply because Dr. Robertson is unbeatable in his craft, and no other local dental office in SD provides the same level of service at the best prices.  I have 200% confidence in Dr’s ability to fully resolve whatever dental issue I have, with no pain, and with kid-gloves PERFECTION.  Dr. Jeffrey is an expert in his field and a true perfectionist, paying attention to every little detail and not quitting until he exceeds expectations. I’m sure he was top of his class in dental school. He is exceptional and is the most professional, talented and kind-hearted dentist I’ve ever known.
