I hate visiting doctors and hositals in general. But this is NOT the case when I visit Dr. Irving Lebovics. (In fact I was just there lat week.) I’ve been with him for 15 years now and when I walk in to that office I feel like I’m part of the family. From the friendly receptionists to the professional hygienists and all the way to my favorite dentist, Dr. Lebovics. I feel like a new and refreshed person after I leave there, because I renew my commitment to having strong and healthy teeth. Now besides for the excellent and professional service, Dr. Lebovics is a very knowledgeable person in many fields. The only problem is that when he is working on my teeth he speaks to me, but I can’t respond due to the tools and machinery in my mouth. I wish I could stay after my appointment and have a meeting with him, but I realize this is impossible, since right when I leave the office, he’s already with the next patient. I really appreciate knowing that when the dentist makes a decision about my teeth, he’s not doing it to make another dollar, he’s doing it because that’s what he feels is best for me. For all of you out there who have issues with your teeth (or your dentist) don’t think twice. Dr. Lebovics is there for you (and in a great central location.) I have been enjoying the dental services of Dr. Lebovics for over 15 years. He is an excellent dentist with a kind and concerned manner. Whenever I have needed to call after hours, I have always received a prompt call back. Michael G wrote that he never calls back. This has not been my experience at all. Dr. Lebovics even offered to come in one Sunday when I was in extreme pain. (I opted to wait until Monday) Dr. Lebovics took care of an extremely difficult root canal that I had. The canal was both very narrow and very crooked. He took his time and was very gentle. On a few occasions he did not charge me at all for treating a tooth with a recurring problem because he knew the insurance would not cover treatment on that tooth again.
His staff are all professional and helpful.

I have to say this is a good dentist I know someone who works for him and has over 20 yrs experience she was train for the front now she has worked for 6 yrs.. She has a nice way about her and many pt’s love her: she has been with this DR for almost 6 yrs now in the front and bleach teeth and does her job well and now has taken on another job as well. She brightehn up the office with her smile, I have never meet anyone like her and have been going there a long time. she has been there for over 6 yrs now she has taken on many more responsiblities, from what I see, they are missing a girl. Sometimes on Friday’s Julie so busy but always with a smile I just love seeing her. she does a great job in getting me in on time, and now doing 2 jobs these days, I see her and she does a great job anyone that see’s her knows she is very busy there, but will always make you feel great!!!! since one employee is gone right now I see Julie works hard but as said love to see her smiling face. she is the best front girl I have meet.

For years, Dr. Irving Lebovics has offered the best in general dentistry, prosthodontics, sedation dentistry and more to patients in Los Angeles, California as well as the surrounding areas of West Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. In addition to his successful private practice, Dr. Lebovics is a highly respected member of the dentistry community. Dr. Lebovics received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University in 1979 and attended New York University, where he received his Prosthodontic Certificate in 1981. In addition to his private dental practice, Dr. Lebovics is the current co-director of the Division of Dentistry at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He is also the co-director of the Hospital Dentistry General Practice Residency Program at Cedars Sinai, and served as the Chairman of the Hospital Bioethics Committee. Dr. Lebovics holds or has held various posts in organized dentistry including, Chairman of the California Dental Association Government Affairs Council, member of the California Dental Association Policy Development Council, Executive Committee member of Cal-D-Pac, President of the Los Angeles Dental Society, member of the Legislative Advisory Committee of the American Dental Education Association, and Delegate to the American Dental Association and California Dental Association House of Delegates. Dr. Lebovics has also lectured on topics in both dentistry and bioethics.
