My two year old daughter was having tooth ache so I called Island Daily Dental and they gave me an appointment right away. This is the first time my daughter goes to a dentist and I must say that these dentist were great. They were so patient and gentle. So glad I came here. This is my first Yelp review and I must say that I felt the need to review this place because they are just that good. My daughter left happy and so did I.

Office is great. Both girls who answered the phone Jackie and I don’t recall the other girl were understanding and did what they could to get me see right away. My 5 year old son was experiencing a toothache at a time that most offices are closed. It was 6:45pm and I began an internet search for dental practices open late hours and decided to call. The receptionist was kind and accommodating, and explained that they do not normally take pediatric patients but said to come in now and they will see him. The team took such great care of my son. I cannot say enough great things. They took their time, gave him special care, with everyone in the office checking in on him. He ended up needing an extraction, with many xrays and injections to numb him. Yet he came home saying how “they were nice people mommy.” My little boy could have been traumatized from his experience, and forever afraid of the dentist. But because of the genuine care this dental team provided, he felt truly cared for. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you Island Daily Dental Care!

Great friendly and professional staff, right from the front desk staff, to the dentist to my treatment. Lindsay did a great job taking care of me during my treatment. I explained to her my sensitive areas and she was very patient and accommodating to make sure I was o.k. throughout my procedure. Definitely will be going back. Highly recommend. Almost uncommon to find any establishment that has professional and friendly treatment throughout. The office was immaculate.

I will start off by saying that Jackie at the front desk I can’t tell you how much you are appreciated! Absolutely cares about people!! Dental insurance sucks and it’s cheaper to get teeth ripped out then to have them fixed and have good teeth. After being told I needed a second root canal in a matter of 2 weeks and already laying out $600 for first root canal as my insurance didn’t cover that portion. Insurance covers nothing on second one, having a baby and living in a pandemic trying to survive option was easy take the tooth out. Jackie refused and idk what magic she does but I will say she was able to have me save my tooth. Every staff member I have dealt with here is amazing and my wife and daughter will both become long term patients here …..Jackie your amazing and I appreciate you along with everyone else thank you!!

amazing experience from beginning to end. I have avoided the dentist for way too long and was embarrassed to go. the hygienist Wandy (I believe was her name ) was amazing making me feel very comfortable. dr desivio was just as amazing. I needed a lot of extensive work in a very short period of time. He and his staff fit me in, never made me feel rushed and were truly concerned about my comfort. I had a root canal done at the Medford office and I was so pleasantly surprised. I had absolutely no pain after and am so happy with the results! The ladies were super helpful getting my insurance figured out and completely covering my root canal! Would recommend going to them. The staff is great and doctors as well!

Island Daily Dental is amazing. The facilities are extremely clean and the hours are absolutely insane. Nights and weekends! The dentists and hygienist are friendly and efficient. I run a little on the sensitive side, especially for my gums, and I didn’t have an issue. The entire front office is absolutely incredible. Lisa is an actual angel for dealing with the nonsense my insurance put me through. Throughout the entire process, she was communicative and understanding. Overall, hard to ask for more from a dentist office. I highly recommend them.

So pleased with the staff The front desk is very knowledgeable about the insurance and what is or what’s not covered. The hygienist and doctors are very patient and very kind. They only want you to be comfortable and relaxed. They listen to what your concerns are and always work with you. After going to the same family dentist for over 25 years, I noticed that he wasn’t up to par anymore and not doing what should have been completed. I’m not a dentist fan and don’t like instruments touching my teeth. This being said I was not looking forward to finding a new one. They went further than my expectations. I am so pleased and not so nervous going to see them as I was with the last dentist. I promise you will be pleased

FANTASTIC!! This office was recommended by a co-worker. I was always pushing off my dental problems until it hurt So much I had to go. I never write reviews but after the amazing care I received I just had to. From beginning to the end I was treated so kind by the doctor and staff.Jackie explained my treatment in a way I could actually understand. I felt so at ease and my fear was gone. She spent time and really made me feel like she genuinely cared. The Doctor was A++ just like she promised he would be. I needed a root canal and I was able to get the treatment that day. The doctor even put a cap on it and I honestly didn’t even think about the cost it wasn’t all they cared about like most dental offices. I was given multiple payment options which was very helpful. If you are reading this and need to find an honest caring dental office this is the one. The office is modern clean affordable and open 7 days a week. My root canal was painless and the doctor put the cap on so I didn’t have to go to another office like I had in the past. Really great experience! Thank you !

We’ve all been there. Saturday night can’t sleep. Nothing can stop the pain of a toothache. Knowing it’s a Saturday your options are usually waiting till Monday. Thank you Island Daily Dental Care, for being open, taking me right away, having a friendly staff (which is important when someone is tired, irratated and in pain). After being in severe pain Saturday night, Island Daily Dental Care was able to get me in Sunday morning and do an emergency wisdom tooth removal all within an hour. The staff made me feel comfortable after having rather traumatic dental work done before, and I did not feel a thing during the tooth removal. The main reason I chose Island Daily Dental was the convenient hours (late hours and weekends). It’s easy to make and change appointments. The place runs like a well-oiled machine. Wait time has been minimal each time I’ve gone here. The staff is professional and friendly. The facility is clean and modern. Some people might not like this, but I appreciate that there’s no awkward small talk. The staff explains what needs to be done, answers any questions, and then gets straight to work. They took me in as an emergency appointment within 45 minutes and from receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor all were wonderful.
