We love Dr. Faye and her staff! I had such a great experience with Dr. Faye and her staff, so I brought my 84 year old mom-in-law to iSmile located at Lakewood Mall Center. My 84 year old mom-in-law, needed new dentures, she did not want to go to another dentist due to a terrible past experience. In other words she had a fear of going to the dentist. Our first encounter with the iSmile staff was speaking with Gerson, who made the appointment process easy and they are accommodating to ensure you are given the time and date that works for you. I brought my 84 year old mom-in-law to iSmile, and here are the highlights: 1. Super-friendly reception staff ( they are bilingual too!) 2. No paperwork hassle, they use an iPAD to check you in. Fast and easy. 3.They have a clean office and the bathroom is spotless. 4. The dental equipment are clean and they open each dental tool in front of you, so you know they are sterilized. 5. Dr. Faye took her time with my mom-in-law, she listened to her fears, concerns and made sure she was completely satisfied before we left the office. 6.Each time we returned for an appointment, the greetings are genuine and they take their time, you do not feel they are rushing to get you out in order to see the next patient. They greet you by your first name. 7. We have a happy 84 year old, who loves her dentures and it was affordable. We are truly grateful to Dr. Faye and her staff.

On 8/5/16 I returned to Dr. Uy for a filling. The dental technician applied the numbing agent and when that had taken effect he then proceeded with the Novocaine. He did a terrific job, I had no pain or discomfort as he injected the Novocaine. My filling went smoothly as it should because Dr. Uy knows what she is doing. At my cleaning a couple weeks ago Dr. Uy and I had discussed some dental issues that arise in children. I told Dr. Uy this was good info for the grandkids. My wife and I forwarded this information for the grandkids. During my filling she remembered even though I had not mentioned our discussion and asked me if I had been able to forward this info. The grandkids do not live in California so she could not gain by us forwarding this info. She really is a nice lady. I thought it was quite remarkable that she would remember after how many patients she had seen since I had been there? The staff was excellent as always. My experience at this office on both occasions has earned them a well deserved 5 star rating!

Service is always excellent, the staff is knowledgeable,nice and caring. Dr. Faye is beyond exceptional always straight foward and love her conservative methods plus always on top of new technology. Her main priority is her patients. I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Faye’s patient interaction is excellent she always puts you at ease and throughly explains everything. I have been to several dentists in the past but Dr.Faye is by far the best I have ever encountered. I found out about Dr.Faye’s office through yelp and i will be the first to tell you every review on Yelp is correct, she has a 5 star rating for a reason, now how many dental offices can say that. I have also referred my friends to her and they all love her. THANKS DR. FAYE AND OFFICE CREW!!

1) Great location and ample parking – They are located at the mall. You should enter off of Lakewood even though the map usually tells you to go through the back – this will get you lost and waste time. 2) The paperwork is all electronic – you never sign a form. They hand you a tablet and it is all super efficient and green! 3) Cleanliness is A+ – From the waiting room to the dentist chair, everything looks spotless and organized. 4) The staff is super nice – Everyone is always in a good mood there, even when you call. The one person that really wowed me was the new FT dental hygienist. He went above and beyond what even my last super star dental hygienist would do. I left feeling like my teeth got some good TLC. 5) The dentist rocks – She is nice, funny, informative, calm, and all around has a good bed side manner. She’s great with kids too! 6) Easy appointments – I always get in when I need it and never have a problem with mix ups or waiting around to be seen. 7) Communication – They bombard you with reminders, which to me if fine. They text & email you at least 3 times about your appointment well in advance just in case you need to reschedule. 8) Overall treatment – You really feel like the entire staff likes working with and for Dr. Faye. You feel respected and cared for as a patient, which is really important given how so many dentist offices are impersonal. 9) Extras – They have a TV screen while you wait in the chair and give kids prizes after their appointments. My daughter loves going to see Dr. Faye. 10) Cancellation Fee 🙁 If you do have the unfortunate need to cancel your appointment within their 72 hour window you will be charged $50. I can see where a real emergency would make you feel upset about having to pay this. I would feel better if it were 24 hour like most offices but so far I haven’t had an issue with this policy. If you keep up with your appointments you’ll never run into this issue.

i seriously didn’t think it was possible for someone to enjoy a dentist visit till i got seen at ismile, it was incredible the way the treated me, starting from the moment i stepped in the office till i walked out. As i walked in the cleanness of the office right away put a great impression of the office, next getting greeting by the receptionist made me comfortable. It wasn’t past 5 minutes when i right away got called in to the back. The whole process was so quick and painless! X-rays were done, panel and check-up. Where to start from about the doctor, in the simplest words possible i love her! she is so cool and great at her job! very gentle and her hands incredible, not one bit of pain! i enjoyed every bit of my appointment. i would really recommend this office staff and doctor!

I have been a client here for 8 years since it’s opened. Dr. Faye and the staff are phenomenal!! Not once have I came here without feeling so welcomed, safe, and well treated! The staff here carries each of themselves in a professional manner and seem to be like a family. They also use technology and tools that are up to date for the best of your experience. They value your time. They will tell you a list of availabilities and be prompt to your appointments. Lastly, I find myself looking forward to coming here (I KNOW, who likes going to the dentist?) because for almost ten years now I’ve walked into such a friendly environment and left with professionally clean teeth! –shoutout to Alex.

Dr Faye is by far the best dentist I ever had and I am so glad to have met her. My first visit with her she gave an overall x-ray and detected some underlying problems/infection before it even surfaces. She is very detailed-oriented, trustworthy and genuinely cares about her patients. The facility is clean and organized. The staff are so attentive, caring and welcoming. They have very impressive technology as well. I have already sent couple of my friends to her and they came back really happy with iSmile service. I would definitely recommend them more to others.

I have a 7yr old son and was terrified of the dentist but as soon as we arrived to i smile  he was greeted by the wonderful staff and was explained everything they were going to do plus they were so patient  with him that at first i was just going to have him get his check up but it went so well he ended up having filings done! I was so impressed with the office staff and the Doctor, they even gave my son goodies and toys for completing his work. My son still talks about how cool the dentist was and is exited to return 🙂
Dr Faye was amazing!

I came here and had a wonderful experience! Dr. Wong is really professional and made me feel very comfortable. She knows what shes doing. The best experience I had was with Ashley and Alex. Ashley was the receptionist who worked with me and right off the bat she was extremely sweet and professional. I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and I had a lot of questions about my insurance/treatment, and she even drew up different document about treatment plans/payment plans. I ended up only getting a cleaning for the time being but she was fantastic in educating me about my options. Alex did the teeth cleaning and he also made me feel really comfortable! He was very nice and easy to talk to, and he made all the accommodations necessary. He helped answer questions about the best routine for dental health and on top of that he did a great job! Overall, this is a great dental practice. It is definitely on the pricey side, but if you can make the accomodations, you’ll ge more than what you pay for.

Professional atmosphere, yet personal. I’m the biggest 20 something year old baby when it comes to the dentist. I need a dentist and dental staff that has PATIENCE. I found it at ISMILE The Dentist: Dr. Faye is phenomenal she takes her time and makes sure she exhausted all options possible for you and your teeth. (Love this women) Dental assistances: valued members of doctors Faye’s team. Well trained,knowledgeable guys/girls who work one on one with the doctor to make your visit pleasant. (Yes you can hold their hands) (I love you guys) Hygienist: Alex is Amazing! This guy gets down and dirty with your plague to make sure your teeth feel smooth and squeaky clean. (Warning: Will nag about flossing So please floss) FRONT DESK: These guys need a pay raise! They’re always smiling. The most Welcoming and professional people I ever met. They don’t over book. So your never waiting on the dr. for no longer than 10 minutes if that. They always check your insurance before your visit to make sure everything is cover so no surprises. (I love them. ) The back bone of the office. The office: Clean. Very tidy. They have movies and a Amazon Playlist for you to listen to while waiting or having your teeth checked. Cost: Practical. isn’t to bad. Once upon a time I wasn’t in network with this dental office and I had to pay out of pocket for cleaning and some fillings. Wasn’t bad at all. Overall: I give these guys a full 5 stars for their delivery of quality oral care.
