I love ISmile orthodontics!!! I followed Dr.O all the way from Arizona Dr.O and his amazing staff are a great team always friendly and happy to see us, they have top of the line ortho treatment. Don’t make a habit of writing reviews, but I believe that when people are doing something right, we should recognize it. We have been with ISmiles for 2 months now. Here are the reasons why we love them: 1) easy to make an appointment. They are very flexible and always willing to work with our schedule. 2) extremely detailed explanation of the treatment, expectations, areas of care and payment options. 3) great environments very clean, all the chairs are in an open, easy to see area. 4) the MOST important reason, the staff is amazing. Really caring, they always greet is with a genuine smile, and make a true effort to get to know not only the kids but the parents as well. They follow up with us on a very timely manner and always accessible to answer any questions. Overall, this has been a great experience!

I have had two kids who have been clients and they always are treated with kindness and respect. There is always a contest/drawing to participate in along with fun prizes for winning! The entire staff is supportive, not only in the office, but they are active in the community. Sponsoring local Jog-a-thons, 5Ks and many other community events! Hands down the best Orthodontics office around. If there are any instructions for home, they make sure you completely understand them before leaving. If you have questions, you can pick-up the phone and ask. Office staff is very informative and are willing to get you taken care of asap! When I was looking for an orthodontist, after going to other offices for quotes, I was impressed by iSmiles streamlined process, beautiful and family friendly offices and different plans for each of my daughters orthodontics. My girls just got their braces off, have beautiful smiles and couldn’t be happier. The staff is super friendly and so accommodating on appts and work with you to make it all work with your schedule. 100% Best place to go to for your orthodontic needs ! Dr O really knows what he’s doing! The staff is super welcoming and makes sure to take care of your needs. Definitely thankful for Javier ( one of the staffs ) for telling me to give iSmiles another shot. Initially, I came to Dr. Branden for my orthodontic treatment, but I disliked the results. It felt rushed and I didn’t feel like he cared about the results of my teeth. I told my concerns to Javier and he told me that I should continue my treatment with Dr. O. Dr. O was able to fix my teeth without removing any and I’m really loving the results so far . I’m excited to get them off in the next month (hopefully ) 🙂

OMG! Seriously, THE BEST PLACE EVER! If you seriously are looking for an Orthodontist…..just stop looking and call them now! I promise you that you will have the BEST experience ever. The staff and you become insta-BFFs (but in the most professional way of course). In all honesty, I am grateful that I have iSmiles in my life now! Their help, time, and dedication in making sure my 15 year old son and I were comfty was above and beyond what I ever could imagine! He has been published in numerous professional journals and has held several leadership roles, including Chief Resident, while receiving his training. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, he moved on to the prestigious Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University – a center of excellence in dental education, patient care, research and community-based services in Philadelphia. There he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, MBA, Master in Oral Biology, and Orthodontic Specialty degree.
