I had a broken infected tooth that was causing me problems. Dr. Zent and his staff were very accommodating, pleasant and very helpful. I couldn’t have been more pleased! Dr. Zent took out the tooth with next to no discomfort on my part. His assistant was very helpful too. She made me very comfortable. I highly recommend this office – Dr. Zent and his staff.

Exceptional Office. I came in on short notice, like day before, short notice. Needed a broken and infected wisdom tooth removed. There was no batting of an eye. They got me in immediately and Dr. Zent walked me through everything; was smooth as silk with his hands too. From the needle for numbing and the drill to get the tooth out, wasn’t even close to as bad as I had worked it up to be. And I’m not a fan of dental work. Highly recommend this dental office for your future dental needs.

I’ve been coming here for 18 years now, always a great experience. Dr. Zent is certainly deserving of the “best dentist” reviews he gets, straightforward with treatments and recommendations. Staff and reception is also great, and I always look forward to my cleanings with Raquel; she’s meticulous and thorough, and always very pleasant company to boot. See you all again in 4 months!

I have been coming to this dentistry for more years than I can count. Every time I come the service is excellent and I feel like I am somewhere where I can feel comfortable, even though it is the dentist! They do everything they can to make you at ease. My teeth always feel clean and beautiful after I leave. I would highly recommend this for anyone from kids to adults.

Dr. Zent, has been our family dentist for a few years now. I live about 2 1/2 hours from his office so it is a drive. Dr. Zent makes it possible for my whole family to be seen all in the same day so we can cut our trips down to 1 when possible. What was really nice when we started to see Dr. Zent, is our little girl needed some work done on her teeth. She was always afraid to open her mouth for others, we would leave the dentist and she would cry because she didn’t want to go back. Dr. Zent made friends with her so she likes to let him work on her teeth. I am really glad about that 🙂 I myself have had lot’s of work done, I really didn’t trust others to touch my teeth. I am so glad I have him for my family dentist. His staff are also very nice. Thank you all so much.

Dr. Zent is professional, knowledgeable and very kind. I’ve never met any dentist as nice as him. He is also trustworthy and sensible in his approach. He is not critical of previous dentistry but offers advice on treatment needed. He is committed to a high standard of work, he is approachable and understands best what is required. Hygienist Raquel at his office is also great, she made me feel comfortable and my cleaning didn’t hurt! I will never be afraid of going to the dentist again. The staff is professional, with a friendly inviting atmosphere. It is a comfortable environment. It is also nice to see a professional displaying his staff’s and family photos around the office. It makes a nice connection with everyone there. I also love that they take the time to ask how the patient is doing re: family, business, & personal interests. Everyone is always smiling, which in turn makes coming to a dentist appointment much more relaxing.

During the last couple years, I needed extensive dental work and I was always happy to visit Issaquah Family Dental. Heather, at the front desk, worked with my insurance seamlessly. Raquel, my hygienist, cleaned my teeth gently, thorough, and quickly. Dr. Zent and his medical assistant Becky also have great bedside manner. I was always impressed by how well they worked together and it made visiting the dentist a pleasant experience. Dr. Zent is also wizard with the needle! I have never ever felt any pain during dental work at Issaquah Family Dental. Dr. Zent has been the best dentist I’ve ever had. He is extremely patient, gentle, and thorough in his care. In fact, everyone at his office is! Dr. Zent is conservative with his treatment and very knowledgeable about the most effective treatment methods. Throughout my dental work, he guided me through the process multiple times and ensured I was always clear about what was going on. If you need a dentist you can trust who won’t cause you pain, definitely go visit Dr. Zent at Issaquah Family Dental!

I have lived here now for close to 14 years.  I have been coming to Dr Zent for close to 12 years.  I can’t believe no one has written a review (Including myself for that matter) for him yet.  He’s a great dentist, knowledgeable and doesn’t try to push extra stuff on you.  His staff is also great.  This is a first class organization.  If you need a dentist, go and make an appointment today. Don’t let the cavity creeps take over!

Dr. Zent and his team are awesome! Nice folks who are professional and passionate. They even took time to explain things to me so I wasn’t left in the dark as to why certain decisions were made. I truly appreciated that! It made me feel like a human being, and not some disembodied mouth to be worked on.
