Dr. Mendoza and his staff are very friendly and so helpful.. Today was my very first visit and I am pleased with their work.. He explains everything he is doing to make sure you are feeling comfortable.. He did a great job, I did not feel any pain when he pulled out my tooth… He is very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend Dr. Mendoza to anyone looking for a dentist.

Walking into Dr. Mendoza’s office was like walking into a modern-day spa! The atmosphere was very calming, not to mention clean! One thing I loved and found unique, besides the massage chairs…yes, massage chairs while at the dentist :)… was how the doctor and his staff explained my treatment plan. They made sure to explain what I needed to get done for health purposes, and what I could get done, for aesthetics. Not sure about you guys, but it’s great to find a doctor who takes the time to explain the difference between “needs” and “wants”, and is comfortable discussing all the fees associated with each before moving forward. Thank you Dr. Mendoza and staff for making me feel very comfortable and in control of my oral health. I will definitely be returning.

I am an aspiring dental student interested in becoming a dentist. When I heard of Itooth Dentistry I contacted him and asked if I could observe him. During my time shadowing Dr. Mendoza I gained insight into his practice as well as his character, and so I thought I would share my observations. First, although his team is small they are committed to providing you with the best service possible. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Second, the way Dr. Mendoza treats his patients is exemplary–he is respectful and culturally sensitive. He listens to his patients, explains the problem, provides an immediate and long-term plan, and then allows the patient to decide what it is they want at that moment. No matter their ethnic background, his patients can relate to him. Third, he has a desire to impact his community. He does so by volunteering with nonprofits and mentoring those interested in dentistry, like myself. This speaks a lot about his character, as not many people are willing to give up their leisure time. If you are looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about his patients and community, I highly recommend Dr. Mendoza at Itooth Dentistry.

I just had an appointment for a check up of my teeth. The Doctor was very professional and did careful examination of my teeth. I had been told before at another office that  I had caries on at least 5 teeth. I am very happy I came to this practice for a second opinion because the Doctor told me it was stain. Thank you Doc.

I have been coming to iTooth for around 2-3 months now and in that time I have had to have a lot of work done. Dr. Mendoza and his staff are hands down the best of the best in Fresno. They are so courteous and professional, from the front desk all the way to the back rooms. I came here feeling embarrassed and they made me feel completely comfortable right away. No one has ever made me feel bad when working on my teeth. Dr. Mendoza always goes over every option and explains in detail what he is doing. My best experience was just recently I had a tooth extracted and the Dr. himself followed up with me via phone. I was not expecting that and was pleasantly surprised. After visiting iTooth I will never go anywhere else and always recommend this office to anyone who asks.

When it comes to finding a dentist who has all your looking for…….a meticulous clean facility, kind hearted, companionate hard working staff, and a dentist who keeps up on the latest and best in dentistry, look no further. Dr. Mendoza and his staff are the best. He may be younger than my previous dentists, but he knows his stuff! He is constantly learning and training to find the best treatments for his patients. He and his assistants are kind, gentle and patient and pay close attention to your concerns and really care about making your teeth look and feel their best. They want you to be as relaxed and pain free as possible. The front office is incredibly clean and they always return your phone calls in a timely manner, sometimes before they even open. Excellent staff! I’m not a spring chicken any more and I have had sooo many dentists, but I have never raved about one until now. I have a low threshold for pain and I can honestly say they have done their very best to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. The wait time is excellent too. I don’t think I have ever waited in the lobby for more than 5 minutes. Do yourself a favor and check out Dr. Mendoza and the staff. You’ll be glad you did. P.S. I was not paid to say these things, I am just a satisfied patient who believes when a job is done right, let people know.

I had my first appointment with iTooth Dentistry today and it was a GREAT experience! First, I was impressed by how clean and updated the office space was. I also appreciated how kind and wonderful the staff was! They were all so great at explaining the various services to me. They were even helpful in walking me through any work they were doing on me. I’ve never really had a dentist walk me through the work they do and take the time to explain what’s best for my oral health. Dr. Mendoza was great! I’m going back to get my teeth whitened next week and looking forward to it! I highly recommend you start going here for your dental needs!

Clean and organized facility. The hygienist is friendly and did a thorough job. The receptionist greeted me kindly. Dr. Mendoza, he was helpful with my concerns. He didn’t just tell me the procedures that would help but assess my needs and described what procedure would work best without being to invasive.

In looking for a dentist, I want someone who is caring, knowledgeable, and will pay extra attention to detail in their work. Dr. Mendoza goes above and beyond all these attributes in a very comfortable and welcoming setting. Upon entering his office, I felt a sense of professionalism and warmth that was reflected in his treatment. He is very thorough in reviewing the most appropriate treatment options and understanding of individual needs. I’d highly recommend Dr. Mendoza for any dental care.

Having a huge fear of dentists, I was in dire need to visit one to get my dental work back on track. The ease and reassurance of making an appointment and answering all my questions made me feel ok to visit iTooth Dentistry. Jordan at the front desk answered all my questions and explained thoroughly what my insurance would cover. Upon meeting Corinne, the dental hygienist, she was helpful and informative. She was gentle in my teeth and very easy to talk to. After X-rays and evaluation, Dr. Mendoza came in was ready to take on a challenge. His use of more modern techniques and technology made the visit much easier. He was always explaining what he was doing and the path of treatment. The assistants along with Dr. Mendoza always asked if I was comfortable or if I needed anything. Overall, it’s a great place to get dental work done, even if you are afraid of dentist as I was. The care and concern they show make you feel welcome as a patient. Thanks again iTooth for all your help with my dental work!
