For the past two years, I have been a patient at Jackson Dental. I came in for a cleaning and what I thought was a quick bond to my front tooth from grinding and learned that I had quite the case. After a great convo with both Dr Jackson and Trish, my journey started. It included Invisalign, six veneers, and a customized implant for my missing molar. The level of care I received over the past two years has far exceeded my expectations! Jackson Dental has become like family. I live in NYC and fly down for my appointments because they are so amazing. I recommend Jackson Dental without hesitation. They are truly the best! Thank you Dr Jackson, Trish, Yaya, Ebony, Annah and Dr Sheffield!

I’m huge a proponent of giving credit where credit is due and Jackson Dental deserves all the recognition!! A quick google of “#1 Dentist in Tampa” led me straight here. As my friends & family know I have a pretty intense fear of dentist due to a host of terrible experiences I’ve had in the past. This has completely changed over the past month since seeing Dr. Sheffield and working with the team to correct some issues from my past dentist encounters. The staff is super amazing and welcoming, they have state of the art technology and imagining equipment and best of all, Dr. Sheffield explains to me everything she is doing so I’m never left in the dark about what’s going on. Hands down would recommend this dentistry if you’re looking!

Great office, staff and Dr. Jackson is outstanding.  A pain free dentist with opportunities for later day visits, for those of terrified of the dentist and putting it off till the end of the day.  Everyone is incredible, everything is explained, options are given and all with a smile.  I moved from Chicago to Tampa and was terrified that I’d never find someone as good as my hometown dentist, I was wrong, Dr. Jackson and his team our fantastic.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jackson Dental is by far the best dentist I’ve had. Everyone at Jackson Dental is caring and professional. In the past six months, I’ve had some fillings replaced, a crown put on (made and put on the same day), and I’ve had the Invisalign Treatment with the Propel service. My teeth are so beautiful! I have never been happier with my teeth! If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further!

Needless to say we have been with Dr Jackson for quite a few years now. We followed him from his previous practice in new Tampa because we thought and continue to think that he is the best dentist in town not only is he the best but his staff is extraordinary. They are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable. The staff explains things in a clear manner and they are always looking out for your best interest! I strongly recommend Dr Jackson’s practice.

Jackson Dental has a very warm and welcoming environment. The entire office, including the exam rooms, is clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff at Jackson Dental is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure to take their time to educate me and answer all of my questions in detail. They also knew how to ensure I had a very personalized and enjoyable visit despite the fact that going to the dentist is not always the most exciting time. I am more than pleased with my experience and will continue to use Jackson Dental for all of my dental care. I would definitely recommend this office to all of my friends and family!

By far the most convenient and friendly dental office in the Bay Area. They offer early morning and late afternoon appointments that work great with a busy schedule and its east access to the building with parking everywhere. There are TVs that swivel overhead to make your visit more comfortable and the group always ensure you get a minimal wait time with a quick and effective visit. Dr. Jackson and his team are the best and I’ve recommended family and friends alike. Highly recommend.

I cracked a tooth at 9:30 p.m. at night.  I learned that my regular dentist was out of town, but I needed a quick appointment as I was getting ready to go out of town the next week and knew that the tooth needed major repair.  I called Dr. Jackson’s at 7:10 a.m. the next morning.  At 11 a.m., I walked out of Dr. Jackson’s office with a perfect new crown.  The procedure could not have gone more smoothly.  From appointment to fix, genuinely amazing.

Jackson Dental is like no other dental practice.  From the time you are contacted by Dr. Jackson’s staff until you have completed your dental services, you are treated to a concierge style practice.  Dr. Jackson’s staff is the most professional around.  They take their time and explain every aspect of your treatment plan.  Dr. Jackson himself has the technical expertise a patient expects with a great personality.  It’s rare to find both in one person.  In addition, Jackson Dental offers convenient appointment times for the busy professional.  Whether you work downtown or you live in the downtown/South Tampa area, you are missing out if you don’t give Jackson Dental a try.  You won’t be sorry you did.
