I love this office. Dr. Nixon makes me feel so comfortable and I absolutely hate the dentist. Everything is clean and the staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. I’ve been to a lot of bad dentists in my lifetime and this one is a true Jacksonville gem. Definitely go here!

I was very impressed with this Dentistry. Now, I’m not someone who is afraid of the dentist however i had not been back in over a year because of a visit form a different local dentistry that left my mouth sore for weeks after a simple cleaning. I called a handful of Dental Offices trying to find out information about their whitening offers. Huge shoutout to KIM for being very professional over the phone and knowledgeable about my inquiries. This office is the only of 5 that gave me any of this information over the phone, one tried to make an appointment, two took my name to call back but never called back and one i left a message to not receive a callback. Mandi is a very professional and thorough hygienist. Dr Nixon was also very courteous and knowledgeable. Top notch team here!

Very friendly and professional staff. I felt very at ease when I made my appointment as well as when I was there. All my questions were answered immediately and completely. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing and clean. I just moved to Georgia and my sister-in-law recommenced them. I’m so happy I took her advice. I’ve found my forever dentist!

Dr Nixon is very sweet and really knows about teeth. Her office staff is very welcoming and made my anxiety fly away on a little cloud. The hygienist, a guy named Rene, was awesome. Definitely the most through cleaning I have ever had and he really seemed to care about what he was doing. Glad I found my forever dentist!

Dr. Nixon and her entire staff are very qualified. Your appointment waiting time is nil or minimal. The office atmosphere is welcoming. I actually don’t mind getting my teeth cleanings on a regular basis. That is amazing since I use to be terrified of going to the dentist. I have been a patient since Family Dentistry opened, since the former dentist, Dr. James Gaff, was my dentist. I knew Dr. Gaff would only selll his practice to a great dentist. I was not disappointed.

The best experience from any doctor I have ever seen. Dr. Nixon is a skilled and caring physician. She has earned my trust from her treatment of our dental health. Her entire staff reflects her commitment to the best care possible for her patients. Her hygienist Mandi is exceptional. She treated me yesterday and I was grateful for her skilled thorough cleaning of my neglected teeth. I am a bad man when it comes to following doctor’s advice. I love the entire office staff. If you want the best dental care in Jacksonville this is the place.

By far the BEST dental practice in Jax. Dr. Nixon is amazing and the entire staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Office hours are great and appointments are can be scheduled to fit your needs. The office is so pleasant and the atmosphere so relaxed that going to the dentist becomes an overwhelmingly positive experience. Every single person in the office is willing to take the time to answer questions, help with insurance issues and even make general conversation. I must say that the implants I had done came out FANTASTIC! Thank you all so much!!
