We have been visiting Jacobson and Tsou Orthodontics since June 2014. Been a great experience thus far. We are in Phase 1 treatment for my son (8 years old). Very little waiting prior to appointments, so we are in/out quick. Easy to get after school appointments. Each time they “wrap-up with mom or dad” so we know what was done and when to return. Also great ipads and movies for the kids while you visit…helps with my younger son in waiting room! Very happy with our selection as we researched several orthodontists last year.

I recently was highly recommended by my periodontist. First off, I would like to say how incredibly clean the office is. Also, they do have a wonderful process in place for sanitizing equipment. The technician, Alicia, was amazing. I was extremely nervous for my visit, and she was able to ease my nerves by relating to the anxiety I was feeling. I saw Dr. Jacobson and he is wonderful, thorough and explains in detail his recommended treatment plan for you. His front office staff were also pleasant and very nice. The treatment coordinator and the doctor were very detailed in explaining the treatment needed for my son. The technology here is unreal! This place is state-of-the-art! Worth the lung drive from our house and worth the money. Not once in over four years have we experienced a problem with the staff or otherwise. I have had a great experience since the consultation and during my treatment Dr. Jacobson listened to my concerns on my first appointment and was able to show me treatment simulations using SureSmile and based on that we chose the best treatment option for me. From all the front desk clerks to the assistants everyone seems to be on the same exceptional customer service page. I never have waited more than 3 minutes for my appointment. I feel like as soon as I check-in they assist me right away. I am amazed at how pleasant and friendly everyone is. Seems like everyone remembers you by your name and to me that means a lot. The technology they use is beyond exceptional. Dr Ron is such an amazing ortho I love how detailed and how much expertise he has. I trust him and his work to give me that perfect smile. So far, my teeth are looking better than I expected, and trust me I had high expectations. You get what you pay for. I do believe it is on the most than average price range but I would not change it. Hi, my name is Ella W. and I am 10 years old. I just got my braces off and I dont know if I have ever been more excited to smile. Every time I walk into Jacobson and Tsou orthidontics I never feel nervis that somthing is going to go wrong because they explain everthing step-by-step (witch is super helpful). Insted of feeling pressured to take care of my braces or my retainer or my expander, I feel like it is my responsibility and that I will benifet from it if I do it. Another thing that really help is how inviting the building is, and even how AWESOME the staff is. I Love how easy it is for my mom to make an appointment. No stressing out, no pulling out hair. This is one of the best practices I have brought my children to. My daughter is treated here and my son was treated somewhere else. The results of my daughter are so much better than my sons. Two of my children received orthodontic treatment here. They did a great job. One had significant overbite and alignment problems. The other, a child with an intellectual disability and behavioral issues, had severely protruding front teeth due to prolonged thumb-sucking, as well as other misalignment issues.
