Where do I begin? I needed to get 5 teeth pulled. I can’t stand going to the dentist. I don’t like metal objects inside my mouth, let alone sharp ones! I had gone to a previous dentist and did not like the experience one bit! Let’s leave it at that. I found myself at Jacobson Dental after the recommendation of a family member who had seen him at his office a few times before. I was reluctant at first, seeing as I didn’t like the dentist, but this office put me at ease. The staff was really friendly. They stayed by my side the whole time I was there. Dr. Jacobson was an excellent clinician. He explained everything to me, and made me feel really comfortable. My mouth was a little swollen when I left, but I was happy that I had gone to this office. I will definitely be back for my cleanings, and any other dental work I may need in the future.

I always receive excellent care and service here. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful especially Stacey who went out of her way to help me verify my insurance information. All of the staff, hygienists, and doctors are friendly, welcoming, and informed. The office is always clean and I have never had to wait long. I would highly recommended them. Book early because schedules fill up fast!

This was my first trip to Jacobson Dental Group and I couldn’t have been more impressed and satisfied. The care they showed and the time they took to understand my dental needs was above and beyond my expectations. I was particularly impressed with the COVID protocols they had in place that helped to make me feel comfortable. I met Josh, who is in charge of the 3D models who showed me the extraordinary technology they are using and was very knowledgeable and thorough. I look forward to going to Jacobson Dental Group for many years to come.

The staff at this office is very welcoming and friendly.. I was very nervous to go to the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable. They are very detailed and professional, and took the time to explain the procedures and options I can have to go with. They are also very high tech and new updated equipment to make appointments easier. They were very helpful and caring. I would recommend anyone looking for a great dentist.

I drive 35 minutes each way to visit Jacobson Dental Group three times a year. So I am either nuts or they are truly a group of caring and excellent dental professionals. Though some that know me would suggest it may be a bit of both, I suggest it is because this dental clinic is the very best I have ever experienced. Caring, efficient, timely and professional. Did you eat a pizza before going to your dentist appointment? No problem. This office has individually wrapped disposable toothbrushes infused with toothpaste in the bathrooms. Going to the dentist is just unpleasant in general, but dental health is important and Dr. Jacobson is excellent. The office has an open, warm, comfortable vibe the minute you walk into the waiting room. The staff knows that people don’t enjoy going to the dentist and yet they are always friendly and quick with a smile. Dr. Jacobson does excellent work. The office has the latest and greatest equipment. Both the staff and Dr. Jacobson listen and treat patients with respect and compassion. His recommendations for an orthodontist, oral surgeon, and root canal specialist have been excellent as well.

I have been going to Jacobson Dental for close to 15 years. I am not an easy dental patient by any means. The whole team has always gone out of their way to help me have the best experience possible. Emmy, my hygienist, is fantastic! When I was concerned about my son’s teeth, they evaluated him and recommended an excellent pediatric dentist for more specialized care. Even though the drive isn’t that convenient from my home, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I can’t recommend Jacobson Dental enough!

Best dentist anywhere! The entire team is amazing, from the friendly receptionist answering the phone to the assistant, hygienist and dentist who are so welcoming and professional it is actually a pleasure going to the dentist. The office is beautiful and the extensive steps they have taken to ensure the comfort and safety of the patients and staff are beyond exceptional! This is the most professional, kind, welcoming and safe Dental office I’ve ever been to! I have been coming here over 15 years. I even moved out of state and when I come in town still make it a priority to come in. The staff are all so friendly and you will feel completely safe with their Covid protocols. Dr. Jacobson and Dr. Sabnis are wonderful and the front office staff are excellent as well. The best !!

Always great to see the familiar faces at Jacobson Dental. Dr Steve Jacobson is a great man with delicate hands. Always appreciated when working on my teeth, they have the latest in equipment for patient care and one of very few places to get high quality crowns in less than an hour. I highly recommend Jacobson Dental to anyone looking for dental work.

With it being a long time since I had been to the dentist, I was so nervous to be going just because in years past, I have not had a good experience with dentists. When I called to make the appointment, the lady helping me reassured me that everyone there was nice and willing to work with someone with this fear. I get there as nervous as can be, but the hygienist who took care of me today was just the absolute sweetest and was so helpful to calm me of my nerves by walking me through step-by-step. I highly recommend this Jacobson Dental to anyone just from how nicely I was treated!

I have been going to Jacobson Dental for the past 6 years and I give them ten stars out of five. Great, friendly, and efficient staff. Dr. Jacobson and his dental team are friendly and competent. They explain well and in detail the work has to be done before, during, and after completion of the work. Dr. Jacobson has done most of the work on my teeth in the past several years and a few times Dr. Morris and Dr. Taylor worked on my teeth. I received the same consistent and great care from all of them. I feel fortunate to have found them.

I have been a long time patient of this practice and I can honestly say I have never experienced any better service from any other medical or dental facility. I have seen all of the providers and have always felt comfortable. The staff is always great and the office is always accommodating of my schedule. They make it very convenient to schedule appointments and always have the highest technology.

l cannot thank the staff and Dr. Jacobson enough for helping me! They were able to fit me in for an emergency visit, even though I am a new patient. Kaleigh was very reassuring and helped alleviate my anxiety. Dr. Jacobson was very straightforward and explained every step of the way. I will be making another appointment once everything returns to normal after the Covid-19 outbreak. Thank you again, so much. I am finally pain free!

I haven’t been to the dentist in over a decade. Jacobsen Dental made me feel very comfortable about my long absence and helped me get over my dental anxiety/phobia. They introduced the correct dental plan and procedures that will help me return to good dental health standards. The staff is very polite and the Dr was very friendly. My whole family goes and sees Dr. Jacobson and Debbie. We have ALWAYS been treated like royalty. The girls in the front are professional and courteous. I think Dr Jacobson is the best and most caring dentist I have ever had (and being almost 80 and having a LOT of dentist’s over the years, that is saying a lot). His staff must be handpicked by Dr Jacobson because they are superb, friendly and as caring as Dr Jacobson. Lastly, I have sent family and many friends who all love Dr Jacobson, his thoroughness, his compassion and his integrity when it comes to billing.

This place is really the 5 Star experience. All staff was very pleasant and professional. The office appears to be maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff and patients. Dr.’s thoroughly examine and explain the process of the dental plan. Looking forward to establishing a long term relationship for my family with this dental group. Highly recommend!

Going to Dr. Jacobson’s office it’s always a very good experience from all points of view: very clean and friendly, I felt very safe under the circumstances of coronavirus. My hygienist, Kelly, was thorough and gentle and Dr. Jacobson is very knowledgeable and experienced. He knows exactly what is needed to be done, no less but not more than necessary to achieve the best results. Always a pleasure to go there.
