Dr. Beall has been my dentist for 13 years. I have referred family and many friends to him. My kids now go there and absolutely love it! The office staff is friendly and well organized. The service is truly top notch. Dr. Beall provides kind, compassionate, thorough care. I have had a lot of work done and he has this way of making it pain free. The staff always provide a cozy environment offering you sunglasses to shield your eyes from that bright exam light and a blanket to keep you warm and, as an added bonus, paraffin wax hand treatments while you get your teeth cleaned! The t.v. screen and headphones help distract you and pass the time while you get your teeth worked on. I just can’t stay enough good things about Dr. Beall and his staff! Hands down best dentist in Charleston!!

My experience with this practice has been nothing short of extraordinary. Patients are treated with tremendous care and consideration. The atmosphere is very friendly, comforting, relaxing and positive. Once I commented that it was like going to a spa with hand lotion and warmers, sunglasses to protect the eyes and music to listen to. I have always dreaded dental visits and now I actually look forward to them. I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of each and every person who works there. Their work is top notch and done in a painless manner. I would recommend Dr. Beall and the other members of this team to anyone.

When I moved to Charleston a little over a year and a half ago I needed a dentist, but I wanted a good dentist. When I looking for a dentist I search the web and really couldn’t find much good information on who to see, so I started asking people around town when a coworker referred me to Dr. Beall; she would not stop talking about how great he was and how I had to give him a try. I gave his office a call and it was really easy to get an appointment the following week or so. When I arrived his front of house staff greeted me and welcomed me in the office. I had a seat and less than 5 minutes later the hygienist called me back to clean my teeth, she was very friendly and did a great job at the cleaning. After the cleaning Dr. Beall came by to meet me and conduct a dental exam; he made feel at ease with some of the issues I was having with my teeth and thoroughly explained the procedures that I needed to correct the problem. A few months ago a new dentist, Dr. Ashley Christopher, joined the practice and has taken over my dental work for Dr. Beall. I am very pleased with her as well; so far she has done a great job too. One thing that mentioned in the other review is the office is up to date with the latest equipment, and even has a television with earphones for you to enjoy some news, sports, weather, soaps, etc while your teeth are cleaned or repaired.

I have been going to see Dr. Beall and staff for many years now. When I started going there, I had a huge fear of the dentist due to bad experiences in the past. After my first time, I no longer feared the dentist. He is very caring and shows true compassion and concern for my well being. His dental hygienist, Tracey is one of the best I have had. My experiences led me to take my young daughter to them instead of a pediatric dentist. They are great with kids! My daughter has been going there since she was 4, and is 8 now. She loves to go and has never given me any issues when I say, its time to go to the dentist. I would recommend this office to anyone, especially if they have a fear of the dentist, like I did.

Dr. Beall has been my dentist for years, and I can’t imagine going to another office! All of the staff are very nice, and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. There are TV’s in the treatment rooms, so you have something to pass the time while your getting work done. I’ve also seen the other doctors in the office, and they are great too!

A coworker recommended Dr. Beall and with all the dental problems I have had I decided to check him out. Dr. Beall and staff made me feel comfortable right away with a wonderful greeting. I have had multiple dental procedures done prior and never have I ever felt more informed, comfortable and at ease. Dr. Beall and staff go through every bit of information and make sure you understand each thing they do prior to your procedure. I used to go into the dentist and tense up and grab hold of the chair rests the whole visit but they plan for this and give you a wonderful hand treatment with lotion and warmers. What could be better? They do not just focus on your mouth they focus on you and that is why I will always recommend anyone to Dr. Beall. Not to mention my mouth is now healthier than it has ever been!

WOW!!! I don’t even know where to begin. I am terrified of the Dentist and therefore have not been in years! I had some bonding from 25 years ago fall out and my smile looked horrible. A friend of mine referred me to Robert J Beall, DMD, FICOI, AFAAID and I went for a consultation. I let Dr. Beall know how much I feared having any work done and he assured me they would make me completely comfortable and THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID!! 4 hours and 45 minutes worth of dental work and I never felt a thing!!! My smile looks amazing and I highly recommend this practice!!!

My husband, Mom and Dad and myself flew into Charleston on 11/6 for nephews/grandsons wedding in Kiawah. Went to S.N.O.B. for lunch in Charleston for lunch and during lunch my Mom lost a cap on her front tooth. Fell out and she ate it. What to do now. Flagged down a server for a dentist suggestion who referred us to Dr. Beall. Their office closes at 1 on Fridays and we arrived unexpectedly at 12:58. Dr. Beall and his amazing staff stayed late to insert a new cap and make sure my Mom was in good shape for wedding pictures. We were out of towers and they treated us like we were family. No doubt Dr. Beall would be my dentist if I lived nearby. Can’t thank Dr. Beall and his staff enough.

Today was first appt. since the Coronavirus started. The waiting area & room with Tech was exceptionally clean. Was greeted by receptionist who took my temp & had me fill out a form concerning the Coronavirus. She was very thorough and also friendly.
