Dr. Lee and her staff, especially Roxanne, are exceptional! Although they are not a pediatric office, they graciously agreed to treat my 4 yr old for a dental emergency. Roxanne took the time to speak with me in detail about the issue and completely calmed my fears. I was able to fill out all forms prior to the visit which saved time upon our arrival. Dr. Lee spent an hour with my son trying to calm him and remove a partial denture which was placed by another dentist. Nitrous was administered along with patience and lots of coddling. Ultimately the denture was not able to be removed but this was no fault of theirs. My lil guy just refused to open his mouth due to past bad experiences at another dentist. Even though she spent an hour with him, she did not charge me a penny! She refused to take payment because she felt she did nothing when in fact she did so much! I highly recommend this office if you are looking for

Highly recommend Dr. Lee and her office! I came in for a second opinion because my previous dentist told me I needed a lot of extra work done that my insurance wouldn’t fully cover. I was suspicious since other dentists I had been to never mentioned anything like that and I’m pretty good about taking care of my teeth. Dr. Lee told me that while I have some minor issues that can be taken care of with proper care, all that extra work the previous dentist told me I needed done (replacing old crowns and fillings) wasn’t necessary at this time. I’ve found my new regular dentist and I’ll be coming back for my routine check ups. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust with friendly staff, go here!

Had 4 teeth extracted and lower denture placed. Dr. Lee was great no pain and she matched the color perfectly. Dr. Lee’s staff are very friendly and helpful especially Roxanne she took care of everything. Martha made me feel at ease.

I just moved to this area and someone recommended this dental office. The staff here are all very nice and attentive. The receptionist helped me find out if my insurance would cover everything and even called them to verify. The dental hygienist was very nice and really listened to my concerns. It’s hard to imagine loving a dentist, but I love these guys!! The entire staff is always warm and welcoming. They always remember me and my kids. One of my boys has a very sensitive gag reflex and they have never once made him gag…that is not something I could not say about other places! They are very gentle and make sure that you are not in any pain before proceeding. I also love the fact that they try and have you get more work done than what you actually need. Another place told me I needed over a thousand dollars worth of work done, I went to Nelson Dental for a second opinion and found all I really needed was a cleaning. I’ve been going there ever since… almost 5 years now! I would recommend them to anyone.

This review is for Dr. Lee. I was a patient of Dr. Nelson for over 5 years so was apprehensive of the switch to Dr Lee. So far I’ve had two appointments; a routine cleaning/checkup and a cavity filling. Dr Lee has updated the equipment (they now have digital X-rays) which makes routine things more comfortable for patients and quicker for the staff. Even with having to use numbing meds that wear off quick and a small mouth, the filling went quick and painless! My gums weren’t even sore after the shots. Elizabeth, Marta, Roxanne….they’re all great too. Dr. Lee…you rock. You’re officially my dentist!!!

In 2019, Dr. Jamie Lee founded Simplee Dentistry (formerly Nelson Dental Group) by carrying on the legacy of quality dental care that Dr. Nelson had provided to the Fullerton community for over 30 years. Dr. Lee's passion is to provide simple, honest dental care with a patient-first focus. Dr. Jamie Lee is a native of Southern California and believes in taking a comprehensive approach to oral healthcare. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley and then went on to complete a Master's degree in Cell and Molecular Biology at Tulane University. Finally, she decided to fulfill her calling to help people by completing her doctorate in dental science degree from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco in 2013.
