Dr. Chen’s office is so awesome. Everyone in the office including the receptionist, hygienist, dentist are so nice and sweet. The whole team makes you leaving feeling like you just visited a friend and they just want the best for you. Dr. Chen also recommends preventative measures. I never feel like she would be trying to persuade me to do a procedure I do not need. I definitely recommend her to everybody!

I have been going to Dr. Chen’s office for several years now. I love Dr. Chen and her staff! I would recommend her to anyone. Her staff is also very good with children!!!! Her office is not a kid wonderland but I once took my kids to a “cool” pediatric dentist office. I paid a bundle in the office before leaving and received an additional bill in the mail for something that I was told would be covered by my insurance. And the pediatric dental staff was pushing procedures that my kids didn’t need. Dr. Chen has been great for my family.

Dr. Chen’s office never disappoints! I travel from over an hour away to see them just because they are so great at what they do. They are so kind and have such a good relationship with their patients. The receptionist and hygenist both always remember details about my family and me which gives a great personal touch. The hygenist is so gentle yet thorough. Dr. Chen and her staff are always sure to take the time to explain everything in easy-to-understand terms when I have questions and they make me feel like they actually care about the well being of my dental health. If Dr. Chen does or does not recommend something, she is upfront and honest with an explanation to back her up. I highly recommend this dental office if you want professional service with a welcoming family atmosphere.

Dr Chen and her staff were excellent, professional and care about us, the patients. They were very careful during this COVID19 pandemic. We wait in our own cars and get masks if we don’t have one. The clinic took extra precautions to disinfect all surfaces and prepared hand sanitizer to use before you leave. Dr Chen helps the things that was performed before her time and make us feel at home. Thanks for taking risk to open the clinic and you are our heroes!

Dr. Chen and her staffs are very professional and friendly. I am a new patient to her office. She gave me a thorough examination and set up timely treatment for my gum disease so that it won’t worsen with long waits. Dr. Chen and her nurse have explained every step they took to treat my teeth so I got some education on the dental care. I felt relax and being cared. Besides week days, Dr. Chen’s office even opens every other Saturdays, which is really convenient to busy people like me. I highly recommend Dr.Chen to my friends. May 13, 2021 Dr.Chen and her staffs saved my day. I accidentally broke one of my tooth a night before. My tooth was tender to touch. I called Dr. Chen’s office in the morning and they found me a time slot the same day. Dr. Chen took me in and after examination, extracted the broken pieces of my tooth. 2 hours later I can enjoy my lunch. The staffs are caring and kind, friendly and professional. They saved my day.
