Pinedo is a wonderfully kind and gentle dentist in a wonderful location. It honestly feels like a fun and special event to go and get my teeth cleaned! All the staff are equally kind and clearly enjoy their job and their patients. A perfect choice for people with dental anxiety, as they work hard to make it as painless as possible (no excessive gum stabbing lol) The staff were also very helpful in regards to my lack of insurance and had good advice on how to financially prepare for future visits!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pinedo and her staff. Before seeing her I was terrified of going to the dentist and avoided it until pain in my mouth forced me to go. So glad I found Dr. Pinedo’s office, I received excellent help and care from the moment I talked on the phone with the receptionist to set up my appointments and throughout my appointments. The entire staff was so helpful, comforting and funny (the opposite of any previous dentist office experience I’ve had). Looking forward to my next appointment!

Dr. Pinedo and her staff actually make dental visits enjoyable! The friendly staff does all they can to make you comfortable–your choice of music, relaxing photos and even cozy blankets if you desire. The caring staff also does top quality dental work! After our other dentist retired, we tried two other dental offices, but found them to be cold and clinical. Upon my first visit to Dr. Pinedo’s office, I do I had found the right place. Soon my husband was also going, and now I’ve recommended her office to many others. When I experienced an allergic reaction to the anesthetic used, Dr. Pinedo provided a variety of samples for my allergists to test on me. We then found one that I could tolerate with no side effects. Also, after my hip replacement I had forgotten that I was supposed to take antibiotics prior to dental cleanings. Dr. Pinedo’s staff provided them for that day and then called my doctor for a prescription and his instructions for the future. These are just a few examples of the type of service you will experience at Dr. Pinedo’s office. Switch today–you’ll be glad you did!

I have been a patient of J.Pinedo for many years and will never change. From the staff in the front office to the dental hygienist’s, her entire team is fantastic. Many people have an anxiety when they go for their dental appointment. I personally look forward to it, because I feel so good when I leave. By far the nicest looking and most organized dental office I’ve ever been to. I mean, heated massage patient chairs? Come on, that’s amazing. Beyond the amenities, the personnel always go above and beyond to make sure the office stays clean and organized and keep patients happy. As far as hygienists go, I would say my favorites are Weini and Madeline. I require a gentle touch and they provide that. All three doctors there are amazing but my favorite is Dr. Pinedo because she cracks me up and has a lovely smile.

This dentist, OMG this dentist,… this dentist you guys! I don’t even have the words to describe her. If caring, understanding, nurturing, and gentleness, existed as a single entity, Dr. Janette Pinedo would be it. I have a certifiable fear of dentist and typically steer clear of them until I have absolutely no other option despite how dangerous it is to do this. So, when I went to Dr. Pinedo I was in pretty bad shape and also in a tremendous amount of pain which only heightened my fear of what was to come. Dr. Pinedo spent as much time as it took to bring me out of a full blown panic attack. As I struggled to breath and secretly focused on keeping consciousness, she calmly and coolly spoke to me, held my hand, and attended to me until I was able to slow my breathing enough for her to even touch my mouth. I had a pretty severe infection and I needed an extraction. I was scared but it turned out to be a good experience, despite that fact that I had my tooth pulled. I never thought I would be able to associate a great experience with the dentist, but as it turns out it is possible. If you have a significant fear of dentists you have to see Dr, Pinedo, there is simply no other dentist equip to deal with genuine fear of that kind if you’re one of those people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr Pinedo. You will never understand the gravity of what you did!

Dr. Pinedo has been my dentist for 15 years! I love her and the staff! Everyone is always so attentive and driven to provide good customer service and patient care! They’re knowledgeable and passionate about their work! Carla is my dental hygienist, and has been cleaning my teeth for 10 years! She sets me at ease with her sense of humor yet is always professional and patient with me and my sensitive teeth and anxiety about dental work! Request to see Carla for your cleanings! I know you will love her!

Fifteen years ago a dear friend of mine recommended Dr. Janette Pinedo. I consider myself very fortunate to this day. Dr. Pinedo took the time and care to get me on the right track. Since my very first appointment I have experienced the best professional care I could have imagined from everyone in the office. I believe it starts from the top, but the entire staff is exceptional. Dentistry here is a positive occurrence with every effort to give the patient detailed input, exceptional care in a comfortable friendly atmosphere. Linda Russell, Registered Dental Hygienist, is amazing at her craft not to mention gentle and caring. Mary Schuchman, Treatment Coordinator, is delightful and efficient. I have been so pleased with Dr. Pinedo and all of the associates and staff who work within her practice.  Dr. Pinedo has patience, is thorough, understanding and cares about the whole health of her patients.  I believe she has a genuine desire to ensure the community has healthy citizens through proper dental health.  I am grateful to have found her practice and be in her care, along with my two young children.

Ok so I really hate going to the dentist because I have a jacked up dental history and probably some lingering PTSD. This is the best, friendliest, lease painful dentist’s office I’ve ever been to. Carla is fantastic in particular and helped me have a not entirely unpleasant exam and cleaning experience. A+ would have someone’s hands in my mouth again.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Lorie Mann. I had an appointment with Dr. Mann because I had cracked two of my teeth. She and her staff quickly took care of my cracked tooth. They were able to accommodate me on very short notice. Dr. Mann took the time to explain everything to me and to answer all of my questions. Dr. Mann is excellent at follow up and will even call and text me on weekends, in response to some of my concerns. As if that were not enough, I referred my mother to Dr. Mann. My mother was having pain in her mouth due to treatment of a tooth by her previous dentist. Her original dentist was going to have my mom wait 5 days before he could see her and treat her pain. By contrast, Dr. Mann saw my mother the next day, for the first time. Dr. Mann assessed the situation and devised a recommended course of action. All the while, Dr. Mann kept me apprised of everything, by calling and texting me about my mother’s condition. Moreover, Dr. Mann followed up with my mom every few days, calling her to inquire about her status. Dr. Mann is a very good dentist and genuinely cares about her patients.

I’ve been going to see Dr Pinedo since I was 15 and yesterday I took my 5 year old and 3 year old for their check up and teeth cleaning. Dr Pinedo and Linda, the hygenist, were patient, kind and explained everything to the kids in kid friendly terms. eg; Mr Thirsty They even played Moana in the front office and had wooden teeth puzzles available to play with. No cavities and a treasure box!!

Dr. Pinedo is so patient and friendly. She has physiology behind her practice to ease you into treatment plans if going to the dentist gives you anxiety. The dental hygienists are great as is the rest of her team and her office staff. Very professional and relaxing atmosphere with state of the art tools. I highly recommend her and her team.

I originally came to this office seeking a second opinion from the periodontist about my 21 year old daughter’s tooth that our previous periodontist from our old dental group said to just pull because it wasn’t worth saving. My daugther called me in tears. So I sought out another opinion. I thought the tooth was worth the effort to be saved and so did the dentist and periodontist at this office. A few weeks later after a treatment plan was drawn up and followed that tooth was saved. My daugther’s tooth was saved by the dentist. My daugther was so glad and cried happy tears. My daugther also needed a cleaning, she had a cleaning that was very thorough. My daugther said her teeth felt really clean and she felt that quality and time spent on her teeth being cleaned was very good. She didn’t feel short changed as she had felt in with our previous dental group. I also ask the staff in the office about patients with dental anxiety for my mother. My mother is now going this office for her treatment. She’s had two quadrants of dee cleaning by Carla the hygienist who has been great with mother as well as Dr Mann. Both these ladies combined have done a great job getting my moms oral health back to better. Also Sandra the office support lady had called my mom with some words of encouragement before her appts. She has two more to go. And finally for myself, I saw Carla who gave me a very thorough clean. Almost a week later and my teeth still pretty good. My other daugther saw Sue another hygienist and she also did a very thorough job. The staff is friendly and they are all great.

Just started here as a new patient today. Completed x-rays, teeth cleaning, and a fluoride bath. Staff assessed an area of concern I had and quickly deduced an explanation and courses of action. Received fine care from Carla, Holly, and Dr. Cheng, who are all very professional, hospitable, and fun. Thanks for your help, team. Looking forward to visiting more often (or do I mean hopefully not that often?). Oh, and thanks for the teeth whitening wand!

Hi – Don’t typically do yelp reviews, but I know how worrisome it is to try and find a new dentist, and I want you to know how good an experience I had here yesterday. I had the best hygienist – Carla! She was so careful, thorough and pleasant, don’t think my teeth have ever been cleaner! Dr. Mann swooped in and fixed a few minor things that were irritating me, and could not have been more thorough in her work. The last hygienist who helped me was very caring and super sweet. Everyone who worked with me took great care. Highly recommend this group!

My first visit was very good. Natalie, the front desk staff, was exceptionally helpful in helping us with our appointments and the transition from our former dental office. Very upbeat and cooperative. Elma, the hygienist was thorough and always concerned about my comfort and understanding of what she was doing. Dr. Lori Mann, was also thorough and explained the diagnosis after viewing the X-rays. I am looking forward to meeting Dr. Pinedo as she was the doctor to whom we were originally referred. So far so good!

I was being hesitant to look for a dentist for a loooooong time. I was probably scared or worried that i have bad teeth. Ms. CC from the front desk was handing out easter baskets and sharing flyers regarding an amazing promotion this dentist has right now until april 30th for new paitients. I called the office during my 15min break at work and they were able to schedule me as soon as my shift ended. They took my insurance and set me up to start what im sure will be a long relationship with my new dentist. Not only are all the women who work here very very very sweet and so helpful and genuinely nurturing, the office has very advanced equipment and if it matters.. it’s decorated flawlessly. Its so pretty and so comfortable. I felt no pain, the chair you lay in can give you a massage and even heat your back and they let you wear headphones if you like, they’ll even provide you with a pair. You can even ask for a blanket. Im so eager to come to my appointments with janette pinedo she is so sweet and amazing at her job. I trust that she will help me achieve the smile that i finally feel that i deserve.

When my dentist retired, I needed to find a new one.  It was pretty scary because I am fearful of dental procedures. Dr. Pinedo and her staff are so caring about making sure I am comfortable, and that my experience is pain-free.  I also have total confidence that I am getting the best dental care.  She has state of the art equipment, beautiful dental suites, and heated massage chairs. It is like going to a dental spa!  I highly recommend her.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Janette Pinedo for almost 10 years now and could not be more pleased with the care and service her office provides. Excellent… What a dental experience. It all started with the excellent hygienist (Linda) I had as she is great and took care of me like none other. Then the dentist Dr Mann I seen and she just took it over the top. She really cares about YOU and her work on your teeth and made me feel the most comfortable I have ever felt at any dentist or even medical facility. WOW, this is by far the best dental office and I would recommend anyone to come here!!
