Dr. Jeffrey Briney and his staff are the best! One of my veneers had chipped and he was able to bring me in and fix it in one day! Can’t even tell I had one replaced! Extremely professional and makes you feel as comfortable as one can be. Amazing! Will be back!

I’ve been seeing the same dentist for years.  However, I developed an issue that seemed outside her skill level.  After referring me to several specialist, I followed my doctor’s referral to Dr. Briney.  He suggested a treatment plan that worked and was affordable.  My smile is very important to me!!  Dr. Briney  helped me keep it healthy and pretty.

Dr. Briney and his entire staff are friendly and professional. Today I had scaling, root planning and pocket reduction. Within one hour after my appointment, I had no discomfort. Truly looking forward to my next appointment. My family and I have researched dentists and wanted to be sure we selected a doctor that embraces technology. Dr. Briney uses the Biolase Waterlase iPlus laser for minimally invasive procedures.  Dr. Briney and staff will not disappoint.

I had researched many dentists in south Orange County and asked several friends and family members for their recommendation. Most of them were patients of Dr. Briney and they highly recommended him. I was nervous going into my first appointment and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. His staff was amazing and Dr. Briney is as ethical and professional as they come. I have had several appointments and services completed over the last 6 months and I truly can say that I won’t go anywhere else. I can understand why a fellow patient that I met in his waiting room drives in from Las Vegas just to have his work done. His office is also top notch and beautiful. High tech.

Working in the dental industry I deal with dentists on a daily basis. After meeting Dr. Briney I immediately scheduled an appointment. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable in their fields. They take the time to educate patients on what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and how the issue started in the fist place. I ended up needing full perio surgery which we did in 2 chair sessions. Dr. Birney was able to eliminate the need for use of the scalpel and sutures using the Biolase Waterlase iPlus laser. An extensive procedure became a minimally invasive procedure with the use of the laser. I had little to no post operative discomfort and the results are amazing. I have referred a number of friends and family to him and each said it has been the greatest dental experience they have had. I would recommend Dr. Briney to all! Amazing dental practice.

Dr. Briney has been my dentist for 20+ years and he is the best!  Karrie, my hygienist, does the most thorough cleanings with very little discomfort. Fortunately I haven’t had many dental issues but recently I fell and hit my teeth.  Dr. Briney saw me immediately to check everything out and I was so impressed with his care and thoroughness to make sure everything was ok, even beyond just my teeth. My 20 year old son now goes to Dr. Briney too and I’ll be bringing my 17 year old son in soon as well. Dr. Briney is extremely knowledgeable and professional, a great communicator and he will make you feel at ease with all of your dental care/procedures. Additionally, the office has state of the art imaging technology. Dr. Briney will help you to be at your best beyond the standard dental care. Highly recommend!

A couple of the reviews here are concerning and I’m wondering if untrue.  My husband, myself, daughter, son-inlaw, sister, brother inlaw and grandson  have gone to Dr Briney for sometime now. The cleaning is the best hands down any of us have ever had!! Dr Briney is skillful and almost painfree in his procedures and very caring. He comes in for tooth emergencys when at all posible and gives back to the community. We think he and the women in the practice are great!!

Dr. Briney and his staff are the gold standard!  The office is beautiful, his pricing is reasonable and his front office is extremely pleasant. Dr. Briney is very knowledgeable and takes the time needed with each patient.

I had a emergency with a tooth breaking in half and called Dr Briney’s office late in the day, I was in no great pain but got me in the very next day and assessed the tooth and performed a root canal with no, I repeat no pain at all. they later put a permanent crown on and did a outstanding job. The most professional dentist and staff you will ever find in south O C. I hate the dentist but after my experience there I am not  hesitant to make a appointment with Dr Briney’s office if I have any dental concerns at all. Thunbs up here!!!

The staff at Dr. Briney’s office is the best EVER!! So happy to have been referred to this office…BRILLIANT!!! I recently had Osseous Surgery (gum surgery) performed by Dr. Briney with a Biolase Waterlase Laser. This thing is cutting edge AWESOME!!! After getting a quick x ray on a state of the art x ray machine Dr. B was able to access my dental issues were pretty advanced. Dr. B created a treatment plan, talked to me about the laser and I felt comfortable moving forward. The laser surgery went GREAT…I was comfortable throughout the entire process (I watched TV during most of it). Recovery time was super quick for me, day one included a pain pill and the next day was back to feeling great. Currently Megan is working on the deep root scaling part of my treatment plan, the Novocain has worn off and I feel great!! Six years PRIOR to visiting Dr. Briney, I had gum surgery on only half of my mouth requiring a periodontist to filet my gums in order to clean out bacteria below the gum line. Afterward I was stitched up and sent on my way in debt and unable to afford to complete the other half of my mouth. I tolerated pain from my teeth and gums the entire six years, in fact I got used to living in pain. Thank you Dr. Briney for introducing me to a better way of dentistry with a laser
and Thank you Biolase Laser for creating the tools to make it possible.

I take my dental and medical health very seriously.  I spent a considerable amount of time researching dentist in the South Orange County area.  Dr. Briney was referred to me by a great friend of mine and my research confirmed the referral.  Dr. Briney and his staff is “Top Notch” in my book.  I have been going to Dr. Briney for several years now alone with my entire family (Wife, and three kids). He has always been on-time with his appointments and the quality of work has been nothing but excellent.  Not to mention his staff has always been nice and professional.  From simple checks to major work I put all my denial faith in Dr. Briney.   I have referred several people to Dr. Briney and they all love him as well.

Dr Briney is probably  one of the very few dentists who cares about your teeth as well as  your well being… The minute you meet him , you automatically want to put your trust in his hands… I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for for a fair and amazing person as your  Dentist … My 5 star rating is as genuine as my smile:)

I had the opportunity to work for Dr. Briney, and I believe Dr. Briney is a awesome mentor and a excellent clinician. I had the opportunity to assist him in a few procedures. He gets things done with perfection and in a timely manner. Dr. Brineys hygienist were great and make the room light up when you see them(karrie and Jillian). Dr Briney is a great dentist. My insurance company sent me to him when I was having trouble at my previous dentist who couldn’t get my crown done correctly.  Dr. Briney took care of it the first time.  I’ve been his client now for over 18 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. His Hygienist Carrie is a doll.  She’s so gentle and caring.  I’m never nervous getting a cleaning.  The staff is always professional.  The office is always clean and beautifully decorated.

Love Dr. Briney and his staff! I highly recommend them! Before choosing Dr. Briney to do my cosmetic dentistry I did extensive research, visiting dentists in 3 different states.
I have a lot of dental anxiety but I really wanted to change the look of my smile, so it was important to me to choose a dentist who is a combination of personable and an outstanding professional. Dr. Briney and Somer did their best to put me at ease during the process and the results are awesome! I’ve had other dental professionals tell me my veneers are the best looking they’ve seen! I am no longer self conscious about my smile!
