I have been a patient of Dr. Cohen’s since I was 3 years old. My entire family has been coming to him for over 20 years. Even after moving away from Covina, we continue to make the commute back to his side of town because Dr. Cohen is completely worth the trek! The staff knows my entire family by name and makes us feel right at home. Not a single person in my family has gotten a cavity since we have been under Dr. Cohen’s care. Dr. Cohen and his staff do an amazing job while you are in the exam room. They explain each and every step of the procedure.  They create a plan of action and show you step by step how to continue to take care of your teeth at home and in between each visit. I lived in NY for six years and I couldn’t find anyone who was the same caliber as Dr. Cohen and his staff.  Every time I came back to CA, Shyla and Jo Beth ensured I made it into the office for a thorough hygiene appointment and a checkup with Dr. Cohen.   Right now, I am working on straightening out my bottom teeth so I can be fitted by Dr. Cohen for a new kind of teeth bleaching tray.  We discussed my options, and I could be fitted with a crooked tooth, but, after getting braces I would have had to redo the trays at a later date. They saved me a huge amount of money making sure I only have to pay for one set of trays instead of two!  Thank you!

Impossible! How are there no reviews for Dr. Cohen and his staff?! Honestly, it’s like a family over there. I love it. He’s been my dentist for years and I will never go anywhere else. The front staff, Shyla and Jo Beth, are super sweethearts. Shyla knows all about benefits and always discusses the cost of every procedure in depth. Jo Beth is always on top of scheduling appointments for me. She knows I prefer early mornings or late afternoons, so if something better opens up, she ALWAYS calls me. I don’t know what to say about Dr. Cohen, since he’s my dentist. I hate him because he shoots me with Novocaine. but I adore him because he takes good care of my teeth. He understands I have a sensitive jaw and doesn’t get angry with me because I can’t keep my mouth open. Also, he knows what’s up with pop culture and can discuss celebrity gossip. AND, he’s good with kids. The hygienists are all great, but Virginia is my favorite. I always leave her with spotless teeth. =)

Dr. Jeffrey Cohen is by far the most skilled, knowledgeable, gentle and caring dentist I’ve ever had, and I’ve had several other dentists for many years each and they did bad work that has been taken care of here. The dental hygienists are awesome in their knowledge of NOT scraping too hard as that’s not good for the teeth at all. So this office is the most professional and amazing one I’ve ever had. Thank goodness I got a referral here!!

I have been going to Dr. Cohen since he started here years ago. Let’s face it…most people don’t ENJOY going to the dentist, but I enjoy my visits because the people here are awesome! Everyone at Dr. Cohen’s office is professional AND kind. And they also have a great sense of humor. They do a wonderful job setting people at ease. In short. Highly recommended.

I’ve been with Doctor Cohen for 20 years now. He took me from someone who needed laughing gas for every appointment, including standard cleanings, to a regular who I have full faith and trust in. From ugly and missing teeth, to a normal smile. He’s a doc that gets to know you, takes the time to put you at ease, and is relatively painless for all the procedures (as much as is possible 🙂 ). My experiences with dentists for the previous decade or two before I met Dr. Cohen was horrendous, and thus my heightened anxieties towards seeing a dentist. But in time, with Dr. Cohen’s help, I overcame all that. Great guy, great dentist, great office, great people. My recommendation comes with no hesitations.

This is the kind of dental practice I have been looking for for a number of years. I just wish I had found them sooner. The staff is thorough and professional. They make you feel like they are glad you are there. I have had a problem for quite some time and no one else seemed to know what it was and gave me an “oh well” answer. Dr. Cohen was able to zero in on it right away and gave me the feeling that he cared about it. His exam was complete and he was very open about what he found and what needed to be done. At no time did he try to up-sell anything. He is taking things a step at a time and I am thrilled with the process. I look forward to finally not having to worry about my teeth.

Dr. Cohen has been my family’s dentist for the past 18 years. He and his staff offer consistent quality care. Today, I requested extra supplements to ease my son’s ” fear of “shots” My son did not need any chemicals, gas or shots to complete his treatment. This relieved my fears completely. Dr. Cohen also Offers a personal element of care which makes us family. … Without reservation I recommend Dr. Cohen.

I have been going to Dr. Cohen since my first teeth cleaning. He is so kind and will not make you have procedures unless absolutely necessary. He even caught problems that my orthodontist did not see. Definitely would recommend.
