Hello, My name is Oscar Salinas. I have seen Doctor Jones since her and there since I was 18 years old now I am thirty years old. I was in alot of pain today October 10, 2017. I called his office on Washington Street. The main office staff Norma and Carol swiftly scheduled my appointment the same day. While nervous of the out come because it had been five years since my last visit and listening to all the radio ads of Mint dentistry as well as other dental offices that offer free teeth whitening. I decided to go to the Dentist with more than a decaded of experience. The staff working in the back made me feel at home along with the TV’s on the ceiling and relaxing music in the back ground. Dr. Jones quickly discovered the problem and created a treatment plan within minutes to alleviate the discomfort. Dr. Jones did not make me feel bad although I had neglected my teeth. (ONE of the reasons I had dreaded going to the dentist for five years although I had insurance.) I was embarrassed! Dr. Jones made me feel comfortable and started the procedure. Always making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Jones used innovated tools to ensure I didn’t feel uncomfortable. Now that I am older; I will listen to the my Dentist. I will highly recommend Dr. Jones and his staff to ensure I have health gums and teeth

I have been patient for 24 years. There are 3 things that keep me going back. 1. Stable staff. Most of the employees have been there 10 years or more which means Dr, Jones pays and treats them with respect. 2. Location, location, location. 3. Dr. Jones was a new dentist when we first met. He has matured and stayed up to date on the latest technology and treatments. He has a full service practice and he can do it All. He has excellent patient relationship. He has a profitable practice and has opened a second location.

Dr. Jones is so wonderful! He and his staff are so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable. They always have an answer to my questions. Appointments are easy to make, always start on time, and only last as long as they need to. I’m never in the office waiting around. Been going for years and wouldn’t go to anyone else in Dallas.

I will preface my review by saying I have worked in the dental field for 10+ years in NY. I do not like gimmicky dental chains that prioritize profits over quality of care. I have No need to search for a better dentist since: **This is a WARM, WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE. **GENTLE. KIND. PROFESSIONAL & MULTI-TALENTED (Dr. Jones and staff) **The cleaning was RELAXING & THOROUGH. Dr. Jones was personable, down to Earth. He also does braces. Terri at the front desk makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. The team are very professional examining and providing me with solutions. The Office Manager explained my insurance and answered my questions. My dentist was very considerate and made sure I was comfortable for the full duration of my visit. Dr Jones introduced himself and kept checking on me. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding – This was my first visit, however I feel like they have all known me for years

Dr Jones is quick and professional. I went in to have a filling replaced and was in and out of the office in 40 minutes! He talks you though what he’s doing so you know what stage he’s in and really makes what people dread as good an experience as it can be. And, his prices are fair and his office is clean and modern. I searched for a dentist for a while and am glad I finally found Dr Jones.

Dr. Jones was able to see me for an emergency appointment.  The bonding on my front tooth came off and needed attention that day.  His office worked to make sure that I was able to see him that day.  I had never been to his office before.  He was very thorough and did a great job repairing my tooth.  Based on my short experience and his excellent qualifications and reviews, I set up another appointment with Dr. Jones.  Highly recommend.

Dr. Jeffrey Jones is the greatest Dentist I have every gone to. He just erased over 30 years of bad experiences with other dental offices. His office works together to make the experience the best office visit. I will look forward to visits to Dr. Jeffrey Jones. I have never been excited to go to a Dentist appointment until Dr. Jeffrey Jones. I am so excited about my new smile! He is the best!!

I know Dr.Jones for 20 years, he treated all our family. My experience was always excellent even after very difficult procedure like implants or extraction. He is always trying to do the best for patient, selecting the best treatment procedure. I would highly recommend him for my friends and anybody. Allie

Dr. Jones and his stuff are incredible. They have great customer service and do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy and comfortable during your visit. The friendly and professional atmosphere of the office is what keeps me coming back. I strongly recommend using Dr. Jones. as your dentist!!!!

Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do. But Dr. Jones talks me through what he is doing as he goes. That has a calming effect on me. Kudos to the office managers. They send out reminders to get all the patients to the office on time. There is hardly any wait time when you arrive. You get called at your appointment time and get taken directly to the back to begin. In the back there is no wait time. You get in and get out of the dentist fast, with Dr. Jones” expertise.

The staff is awesome. My dental hygienist is very friendly, and always provides a pleasant experience. She’s wonderful! Dr. Jones is also a pleasure to interact with. I like the location close to downtown Dallas and parking has never been a problem. Even with the pandemic I was able to get my teeth cleaned. They are taking the necessary precautions and I felt safe getting work done

Dr. Jones and his entire staff are friendly, informative, knowledgeable and professional. I give them my highest recommendation! They always present options for care and are conscientious about checking if you are comfortable or in pain. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jones and his personable professional bedside manner. I assure you will be as pleased as I am with the care!

Very skilled dentist. 6 teeth out and two implants in quickly and comfortably. Only a little pain tonight. Just great work! The good work continues. 4 teeth out earlier this summer (2019) and six more end of July. Top denture fits well and bottom is going to be great in a few weeks when the implants get their extensions and I can snap it in! A little trouble with one of my top implants, but Dr. Jones took it out added a little bigger one and we will be finished in 10 week. The dentures look great and I am please with the overall appearance

As a child, i had bad experiences at the dentist. As an adult Im still afraid to this day to get any work done, however, Dr. Jones and his staff were awesome. They explained everything, they were friendly, caring, and most importantly fast yet efficient. I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes for a crown!!!

Dr Jones is the best Dentist in town. He did a great job when he found out an infection on one of my teeth. I will always recommend him as the best option in town. Dr Jones is very kind and professional. If you are looking to get your teeth clean, Nelly, who works at Dr Jones office will do it fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate if you are looking for a dentist in Dallas.
