My apologies for the delay. To the entire staff of Jenkins Orthodontics I’d like to say thank you. From the moment you walk in for your appointment you are ALWAYS greeted in the utmost professional manner. No matter which staff member or orthodontist assist you, immediately you feel comfortable, safe, at home. If you don’t feel that way then uh… loosen up! lol Any fear, doubt, insecurities you may have in starting the process of getting braces for the 1st time, throw them out the window or give them to this wonderful staff. They are there for you through every step of the way, and are very detail oriented when it comes to the comfort of each client. Best part about the experience for me, was seeing the reaction of each member of the staff when getting my braces off, that and a epic smile!!! It was an instant confirmation of why they love what they do, and why you’ll fall in love with the entire staff. =D Highly recommend this place 5 Star!

Professional from beginning to the end. Not only do you walk away with a killer smile, you walk away feeling entirely grateful to a staff of women who’ve devoted their time,lives, and energy to doing their job gracefully but also at making you a better you. I’m thankful for them and highly recommend this place to anyone, anytime!!!

Found this office because I work for a local oral surgeon. Could not be happier about my experience. Dr. Jenkins and her staff are all so professional and nice. She always took the time to answer my questions and explain what was going to happen at each appointment. Dr. Jenkins and staff have been very professional and extremely friendly. They have gone above and beyond the needs of my girls. Both my girls have gone through orthodontic care and everything that they needed was done. Whenever we have been out and about we have alway had someone comment on how beautiful their teeth look. Other family members have used Dr. Jenkins as well with a superb outcome. We have also had many of our friends use Dr. Jenkins for their orthodontic care and have been very happy and extremely satisfied in the results. We have one more child that will need orthodontic care and we will definitely be returning to Dr. Jenkins for care. We feel very blessed to have chosen Dr. Jenkins and she is a great doctor.

I was impressed by the friendly greeting and welcome packet sent to me by this office. When we came in for consultation, everything was thoroughly explained to us for my child’s treatment. This being my fourth child going into braces(two had two phases) I am familiar with the process but by far this is the most thorough doctor I have ever seen. The office manager Cori took the time to get to know our family and I really appreciate that since we will be spending the next two years with this office. Hands down Dr. Jenkins knows great customer service and it shows in all of the staff. I even showed off the welcome letter to my own staff to say “Customer service makes the difference in where people will spend their money” another ortho office treated us like a hinderance and Jenkins Orthodontics ended up getting our business. Thanks for everything from first contact to the doctor greeting me by name.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile now. I just wanted to say how happy I am with the  whole experience we had with Jenkins Orthodontics. The staff is so great and friendly and they took the best care of my son and his teeth turned out amazing!!! Highly recommend this place

Highly recommend this office.  Very nice staff and you cannot get a better orthodontist than Dr. Jenkins.  My daughter is treated here and I cannot tell you how impressed my wife and I have been with her caring and professionalism.  Highest recommendation!

I appreciate her honesty and integrity in treating my 2 kids and their very different needs. I have moved to Yorba Linda and still drive up to Rancho for my kids to have their orthodontics done there because of her wonderful work.

If you’re looking for an amazing orthodontist, this is the place to be! The staff is amazing. They make you feel like family,  Dr. Jenkins is  so caring. Both doctors are such perfectionists and really care about their patients. They take the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable. Both my kids have perfect smiles now! They LOVED coming here! Easy, quick appointments, and they offer after school appointments which was so convenient for me. I have been going here for 9 years myself and my daughter have had braces with Dr. Jenkins. The staff and the doctor are wonderful they really treat you like family. The pricing is very reasonable. Very happy with the orthodontic work done on my teeth and on my daughters teeth. Would recommend Jenkins orthodontics to anyone.

I have been taking my son and stepdaughter to this office for a couple of years now and have been so happy with Dr. Jenkins and the staff since day one. The staff is a always so attentive and friendly and Dr. Jenkins explains everything in detail and always has a smile on her face. The kids are never scared or nervous to go to their appointments because all of the staff always make them feel at ease. My husband recently had a consult with Dr. Jenkins and will begin the process of getting braces to fix his bite. I have always been very insecure about my smile/teeth, but after my time at Jenkins Orthodontics a few years back all of that changed! Each member of their staff went above and beyond to make sure my sister (who also got her braces here) and I were comfortable throughout our entire treatment. We even received holiday and birthday cards from the office! At Jenkins ortho, they genuinely care about your individual needs and make you feel like family each time you visit their office, and I wouldn’t recommend any other orthodontist in the area to friends and family besides Dr. Jenkins.
