My apologies for the delay. To the entire staff of Jenkins Orthodontics I’d like to say thank you. From the moment you walk in for your appointment you are ALWAYS greeted in the utmost professional manner. No matter which staff member or orthodontist assist you, immediately you feel comfortable, safe, at home. If you don’t feel that way then uh… loosen up! lol Any fear, doubt, insecurities you may have in starting the process of getting braces for the 1st time, throw them out the window or give them to this wonderful staff. They are there for you through every step of the way, and are very detail oriented when it comes to the comfort of each client. Best part about the experience for me, was seeing the reaction of each member of the staff when getting my braces off, that and a epic smile!!! It was an instant confirmation of why they love what they do, and why you’ll fall in love with the entire staff. =D Highly recommend this place 5 Star!

Dr. Jenkins and staff have been very professional and extremely friendly. They have gone above and beyond the needs of my girls. Both my girls have gone through orthodontic care and everything that they needed was done. Whenever we have been out and about we have alway had someone comment on how beautiful their teeth look. Other family members have used Dr. Jenkins as well with a superb outcome. We have also had many of our friends use Dr. Jenkins for their orthodontic care and have been very happy and extremely satisfied in the results. We have one more child that will need orthodontic care and we will definitely be returning to Dr. Jenkins for care. We feel very blessed to have chosen Dr. Jenkins and she is a great doctor.

I was impressed by the friendly greeting and welcome packet sent to me by this office. When we came in for consultation, everything was thoroughly explained to us for my child’s treatment. This being my fourth child going into braces(two had two phases) I am familiar with the process but by far this is the most thorough doctor I have ever seen. The office manager Cori took the time to get to know our family and I really appreciate that since we will be spending the next two years with this office. Hands down Dr. Jenkins knows great customer service and it shows in all of the staff. I even showed off the welcome letter to my own staff to say “Customer service makes the difference in where people will spend their money” another ortho office treated us like a hinderance and Jenkins Orthodontics ended up getting our business. Thanks for everything from first contact to the doctor greeting me by name.

I have been taking my son and stepdaughter to this office for a couple of years now and have been so happy with Dr. Jenkins and the staff since day one. I have always been very insecure about my smile/teeth, but after my time at Jenkins Orthodontics a few years back all of that changed! Each member of their staff went above and beyond to make sure my sister (who also got her braces here) and I were comfortable throughout our entire treatment. We even received holiday and birthday cards from the office! At Jenkins ortho, they genuinely care about your individual needs and make you feel like family each time you visit their office, and I wouldn’t recommend any other orthodontist in the area to friends and family besides Dr. Jenkins.

A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR
We are proud to offer different types of treatment catered to the individual needs of each patient. Our scope of service spans from early treatment of young children with dental crowding to aesthetic adult orthodontic treatment and cases requiring implants or jaw surgery. Our patients may choose from our compact mini braces, invisible ceramic braces, or removable clear aligners (Invisalign®). Dr. Valerie Jenkins earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1993 from Harvard University. She went on to complete a general practice residency and a surgical research fellowship at Harvard Medical School teaching hospitals. After obtaining her specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at New York University, she began her orthodontic career in New York City and New Jersey. Since returning to Southern California in 1999, she has been practicing in the Inland Empire and is an active member of the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Jenkins is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, an achievement earned by only a small percentage of orthodontists. She is also an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Tri-County Dental Society and Mt. Baldy Study Club. When she is not busy creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Jenkins enjoys music, outdoor activities with her husband and two children, and giving back to the community through supporting local schools and community events.
