WOW. Well, first of all, they managed to fit me in at the last minute on a day when I had an exposed nerve and broken tooth. I found them online, called them hoping they could help, and they told me I could come in. I expected to wait since they were squeezing me in, but I didn’t wait at all!! I was leaving for the Keys in 2 days and needed an emergency root canal. Dr. Ortega was so helpful and calm, and her staff actually called over to set up my root canal while I was still in with Dr. Ortega! The entire process that I was initially terrified to deal with was so easy. I went in this morning for the cap on my tooth and it was the same thing – no wait, so efficient and professional, and the office staff showcases the best customer service. This place totally has it figured out, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Dr. Ortega and her staff have given me a completely new perspective on dentists. Both her staff and herself are so kind and so easy to talk to. They remember you, listen to you, and respect you. lot of warmth and positivity and it began as soon as i walked in the door, where i was greeted by Linda who was very kind in helping me schedule my dental appointments. I was lucky enough to meet both of Dr Ortega’s assistants Bree and Leanne who both showed a lot of appreciation and joy for their patients, and also teeth. They also made having x-rays taken a piece of cake It has been awhile since i have to the dentist and i have always been apprehensive about dental treatment, but Dr. Ortega was outstanding. She showed a lot of passion towards her job, and really made me feel comfortable with my dental treatment. I was also lucky that Dr. Ortega set me up with a great hygienist who gave me back my smile. Dina was very patient with me, and gave me a lot of great tips to utilize at home.

I’ll be honest, I don’t love poking and prodding around in my mouth but I love coming to Dr. Ortega’s office so I think they even out, right? Dr. Ortega is one of the most down to earth and knowledgeable doctor’s I’ve ever met and her staff is absolutely phenomenal. Since her office is a boutique style, she does not take all insurances, so if you have one they take or a PPO and are able to get to her, take advantage!!

Dr. Ortega and her team, are very professional and WONDERFUL! 🙂 I had my new patient appointment last week and there’s nothing better than a gentle and genuinely caring dentist! Mary did a fantastic job cleaning the barnacles off! Lol ( I had some build up -being six months overdue) And now the dental floss slides through with ease again! I met my daughter for lunch today after her appointment with Dr Ortega this morning and she is also thrilled with the new bonding on her top front teeth , she kept smiling I am looking forward to getting some bonding done tomorrow and a new guard so I don’t keep grinding my teeth! Dr Ortega & one of her Assistants Bree did a Root Canal & Crown for me recently. I have to say a couple things, as I’m observing in the chair ( there isn’t much else to do). Both of their bedside manner is outstanding, VERY patient & being concerned that I felt okay in this long procedure. The other is to see the true PASSION & Knowledge they have for Dentistry. They care so much, about what they are doing….. You cannot fake that…., maybe for a few minutes, but not in a longer procedure. To be Candid I miss that kind of passion in my own business. It has been a long search for a great dentist in the Winter Park/ Orlando area, but I finally found Dr. Jennifer Ortega’s office and I am in love. The office managers are quick, efficient, and know how to properly operate the increasingly complex insurance system. My wait for a cleaning is never more than 15 min. Dr. Ortega is very down to earth, friendly and professional. I never once felt that anyone was trying to “upsell” me with whitening products, etc. the whole staff is professional and competent.
