Dr Perkins has met and exceeded my expectations for caring and compassionate dental care. She even met me at her office on a day they were not open to fix a problem, and that was right after a trip. She had just landed at the airport and drove straight to office to meet me. More recently, I had a very painful tooth on a weekend. She returned my call immediately, called in medication, and got me in at 8am Monday morning. What a relief! Lastly, but very important, I have never ever heard a complaining word from any of the staff. Not even when a procedure got difficult and required a change of plan and extra time. Very positive, confident and competent staff.

I’m not a big fan of the dentist in general, but especially during COVID. Dr Perkins and staff were amazing. I had an appointment for 7 am this morning. They called 2 days ago to do a pre-screen questionnaire and to tell me to call when I got there for my appointment. When I got there, I called and they answered promptly. Gina (office manager) answers cheerfully like usual and said they’d be with me soon. I saw Gina come out to car next to me (who had been there before me) and spend time with them. She then escorted them in and after a minute or so came to our car. She was masked and wore gloves. She took my temperature and my 17 year old daughters. She asked us about 7-10 screening questions and had us sign our answers (I signed for my daughter). She then took us inside and gave us hand sanitizer. We saw no other patients. We went to our separate hygienist- they were masked with N95 masks, hair nets, and robes. She put eye shields on me and I noticed the air purifier in our small room. She did my regular check up and Dr Perkins came in to do her check. I was thoroughly pleased with their COVID precautions, but their usual care and attention was still present. I highly recommend Dr Perkins and her staff to everyone – but especially those concerned with COVID or just are generally not fans of the dentist like me.

Dr. Perkins and her staff have gone the extra mile to protect their patients from COVID 19. They screen patients before escorting them in to the office, they dress in full PPE and have extra protection on their chairs and instruments. In addition to their usual quality work, I felt very comfortable and safe having my teeth cleaned.

Had a broken tooth pulled that was infected, and had a bone graft done to prepare for a implant in a few months. Dr. Perkins and Gina where awesome. Had this done on a Saturday. They were very nice and patient when it came to the task at had. Had trouble getting me good and numb due to infection. They sacrificed their Saturday afternoon to take care of my problem. Can’t say how thankful and awesome these ladies are. If I could give more stars I definitely would.

I have been seeing Doctor Perkins since 2007 and I have had some major issues with my teeth and my oral care! Durning my time with her and her team I have suffered from Non-Hodkings lymphoma. Doctor Perkins could have easily chose to refer me to a dentist or oral surgeon! Doctor Perkins instead did research and took continuing education on the best way to treat me and my problem. Doctor Perkins has been so patient with me over the years I feel part or her family team!! If anyone were to ask me if I knew of a great dentist oral surgeon! I would give them the only dentist that is the best Dr. Jennifer Perkins! I have lived here all of my life and have been seen a lot of dentist since living here! Dr.Jennifer Perkins is the best!

I was super nervous when trying to pick a new dentist office to go to . I was in pain an wanted my teeth fixed , but I also wanted a place where I was comfortable an treated well . When I called to schedule a appointment they got me in that same day ! Jenny also performed an extraction the same day ! I was totally amazed about how much she truly cared for me during the procedure, making sure I was in no pain an that I was comfortable. After the procedure was completed an I was home I also got a text from her insuring that all was still well & that I felt okay and to contact her again if I needed anything ! Hands down the BEST dentist in Huntsville ! I love her ! It’s awesome to be treated so well an be satisfied with the dental work as well .

Dr. Perkins and all of her staff are conscientious professionals, and, as strange as this might sound, they always make my visits enjoyable. It’s a happy place visit, where everyone seems to sincerely care about each person’s well-being. Dr. Perkins and her staff stay informed and trained in the latest procedures and technology. I feel confident that I am getting the highest quality dental treatment that is available.

I haven’t been to a dentist in a long while, and was nervous to say the least. The professionalism, safety measures taken during this Covid-19 pandemic, and most importantly the graciousness they treated me with put me quickly at ease. During the visit the staff only built on my initial opinion, by continuing to be all of the above and have an impressive knowledge of what I needed and giving me options on how to proceed. I feel completely comfortable in the care and will not be skipping my dentist appointments ever again!

God bless this business and the staff here. I just had to get two very bad teeth pulled and the ladies there took great care of me. I was really bad off when I walked into the building and those angels saved me and helped me out tremendously. Very gentle but thorough. Very welcoming and understanding and caring. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Would recommend them 100%.
