I truely adore the staff at this office. I recently came back. I was bad and didnt wear my retainer like i should have. This time i got my top teeth fitted with braces. I love coming here, always greeted when i come in. Check in is very simple with the touch screen monitor. The office is always very pretty, clean and tidy. They have a lot of chairs to sit in so never waiting for a seat. They are prompt with their appointments im always taken back on time. And the staff always addresses my needs. Checking out they always accommodate my weird nurse schedule, they have multipule locations but i enjoy this one so i stay (havnt been to others).  Recently they got a rewards program, as you do good things, have no broken brackets, brush when you come in ect. You get points and they add up to get gift cards. Great incentive especialy for kids to keep on track. Ill be getting my braces off next visit ill be sad not seeing the staff but very happy with my beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Ashby and staff.

The best orthodontist in Tidewater area. They are generous with their time and smiles. My son received excellent care when we transferred from another Ortho on West Coast. I believe, the treatment here benefited my son more so than if we would have stayed at the old place. I can’t say enough good things about this Orthodontics practice. They have another location in Virginia Beach which we also visited on few occasions. People who work here seem very happy at work despite overwhelming amount of patients in the afternoons. Ohh yes, that is my advice: try booking appointment before school’s out.

I came in recently for consultation with Dr.Ashby. First I sat down with Penny to go over my information and discuss what I was looking to accomplish then we met with Dr.Ashby for him to have a look at my teeth. Both Penny and Dr. Ashby took the time to listen to me and Dr.Ashby gave his honest and professional opinions regarding my situation. He suggested simple options for me that my dentist could take care of instead of me having to go through the braces process. He even took the time to explain the process that the dentist would be doing on my teeth. His kindness, experience, and knowledge is not common these days. I feel like majority of people would give you a “sorry can’t help peace out”. Thank you both to Dr. Ashby and Penny you guys are awesome! I was also impressed with how easy and fast it was to make an appointment. I filled out a request online Sunday and the next day I received a call from Donna to schedule my appointment. Donna was the absolute sweetest person I’ve ever spoken with. I also like to mention Nicolette at the front desk. As soon as I walked up to the counter she was friendly and helpful with filling out my paperwork. She made me feel very welcomed in the office. Everyone that I spoke with was amazing! Sorry for the long post but I wanted to give them a little shout out for it! Thanks again everyone. 🙂

Hi my name is Macey and I’m a rising senior. I’ve never liked my smile. I just went in for my consultation, (my mom got braces here too). Everyone was really nice!! I was nervous about getting my teeth straightened, but now I’m super excited!! I’m getting Invisalign and start treatment soon. I went to another orthodontist for a consultation and they made me really nervous. But I’m not nervous here!! Can’t wait to have a straight smile. And I’m excited to come back and see the friendly staff again!!

Both me and my brother went here when we had our braces. I love the staff and of course Dr. Ashby, they all are so sweet welcoming and caring. Im currently going threw a touch up (i was bad and didnt wear my retainer, because kids know better then their drs right?) Ive been welcomed back with open arms and i LOVE the remodeled new office.

I came to Ashby Orthodontics in Norfolk, VA about six months ago. Dr. Ashby and his staff are courteous and professional. It is rare that a business practices empathy, compassion and respect, especially if an issue arises. I know from first hand experience why this business is the top dentistry in the Hampton Roads area. You can trust them with your orthodontic needs because they are skilled, honest, and relatable! I love this practice! My kids had their braces done here 20 + years ago. Im presently having mine done now. Everyone here is awesome Whitney and Shawn are incredible and of course Dr Ashbury is incredible. Its a cool office and all the employees give off a great vibe.

I own my own business and so I know All that goes into great customer service. The staff had been friendly, responsive and engaging and it’s me. Dr. Ashby is leading his organization so well in excellent service, kindness, warmth, congeniality and care. I would highly recommend them!

I’m an orthodontist in Minneapolis, MN. I reached out to Dr Ashby’s practice to see if they could help out my brother-in-law who lived near the Virginia Beach office. He is being deployed this weekend and needed an Invisalign scan before he left. Sometimes in our industry when you ask for favors you’re met with either no response, or annoyed staff. The opposite was the case with Dr Ashby’s office! His front desk staff was very nice and hugely helpful. There was some coordination involved and they got back to me exactly when they said they would. My brother-in-law said the experience was far easier than he thought it would be and that he was in and out in a few minutes. Based on my experience with Dr Ashby’s office, I’d highly recommend anyone who lives in the area see Dr Ashby for you or your children’s orthodontic care! Thanks again for your help guys!

Dr. Ashby and his staff are so wonderful. I had a troubling case where I had been in braces with another orthodontist for 4.2 years. I came in for a consult and Dr. Ashby assured me he could fix my remaining issues. I trust him and his team because they explain everything so well and make you feel at ease.
