New Patient Switching dentists is like switching hair stylists. You might not change your hair stylist even if you are unhappy because you do not want to hurt their feelings, it is a hassle to go to a new location, or you fear it could be worse. Today I took that great leap of faith and jumped to a different dentist. (This was not a totally blind leap because my husband was seeing Dr Bush for dental implants so I was a bit familiar with the office and staff. My husband was happy and more importantly – I was happy seeing my husband’s new smile.) Dr Bush’s staff is amazing. Meghan the office manager makes you feel like family. During my cleaning Carley told me every step of the way and made me so comfortable. Then Dr Bush did my exam and listened to my every concern. At the end of the appointment I could not imagine going back the the old dental office. If you are not happy with your dentist or have not been to a dentist for a while, Dr Bush and staff will take great care of you.

I was a new patient at John R Bush DMD, and the whole staff was very friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr. Ivan who created a calm and relaxing environment. He was very knowledgeable and identified why I was having the issues I was experiencing. I highly recommend Dr. Ivan and the dental office as a whole!

I have been visiting this dental practice for decades. Dr. John Bush is fantastic! He is friendly, takes the time to understand any issues, gives you his opinion and how long it will take, and always gets dental work done right the first time. No fear dentistry! His staff is exceptional – they keep you on-time, great cleanings and helpful advice. Even though I don’t work downtown, the location is easy to drive in, street park, and worth seeing a quality dentist and team!

This is the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Not only is Dr. Bush nice, informative, and professional, his staff is top notch. From the super-friendly, helpful desk staff to Carly the dental hygienist who did all the work with such precision, professionalism, and positive attitude. I was blown away by what a great and even pleasant experience I had here. Highly recommend.

I was frantic to be seen by a dentist after learning that my dentist wouldn’t be in his office until March. A crown had come off, and having just recently had both knees replaced, I didn’t want to risk getting an infection. I called several offices, but couldn’t get an appointment in an acceptable timeframe.I called Dr. Bush’s office on a Friday and they were very kind, extremely helpful and had me in their office on Monday morning. The office was immaculate, the staff used every precaution by using all proper PPE and I felt very safe. Everyone in the office was friendly, kind and very welcoming. I am so pleased that Dr. Bush was able to see me, solve my problem and calm my fears in this time of Covid. I will continue as a patient with his practice.

I just moved into the forest hills neighborhood about a year ago and hadn’t had time to look for a new dentist. Then I cracked a tooth over the holidays and needed a dentist fast. I knew I needed a DMD and found Dr. Bush on google..where else would you look! From the time I walked into the office everyone was incredibly nice and welcomed me to the office. But the best thing was Dr. Bush took his time talking about my options for my broken tooth and explaining all the procedures. Once I made my decision the tooth was fixed and I was on my way. I would highly recommend Dr Bush and his staff to everyone

All requested information was handled efficiently prior to my scheduled appointment which made for a timely introduction to Carly, my assigned hygienist. Carly extended the same genuine warmth and welcome. She kindly listened and answered every question or concern I had with ease. And as a technician, she was excellent. Dr. John R. I had the best experience here! Megan and Peggy helped me so patiently at the front desk with some insurance confusion I was having. Becky was an angel during my cleaning! Finally, Dr. Bush was so personable and helpful. I can’t wait to return for all my dental needs, and I have already told my family to go here too.
