Dr. Villano and staff were listeners, compassionate, and very sensitive to my dental fears and needs. The staff, especially Dana, the scheduler, was incredibly accommodating finding the right appointments, even when I changed my mind several times. Dr. Villano does implants right, allowing time for each phase of the process to heal before the next phase begins. I found everyone in this office to be listeners without judgment!! How utterly refreshing. Quality dentistry all around!! Thank you.

After 70 odd years of abuse and neglect, a molar went bad. Dr. Villano had to beat out the old one, it didn’t just hop out of there, with a hammer and chisel. In lesser hands this procedure could be very unpleasant. We discussed pain management in advance and made a plan and a contingency plan. He is a very competent surgeon and has a lovely staff. They talked to each other respectfully which reassured me. Hard to trust a professional who is polite to me and rude to the support staff. In all, a place where I’d send people I like.

This was the best decision I could go for as far as oral surgery. When we got there Dana was so kind, and instantly knew me by name. She handed me forms to sign since I did most of the paperwork online and I was swiftly taken back to get panoramic x-rays done. Gin, the most lovely woman in dentistry I’ve met, led my mother and I to the room. She was so calming and funny (and a huge Disney fan too!). Everything was timely and they were super transparent in making sure I knew everything; they also kept asking me if I had any questions or concerns along the way. Dana, from the front desk, came in with my full price estimate before I was put on any drugs and kindly went over my insurance and out-of-pocket costs. That was really awesome of her to do! A problem for me since forever is that I have super small veins, so it’s no biggie for me to get poked several times with a needle until it’s in right. I don’t have a problem with needles, so I let Dr. Villano know. He was so kind, charming, and funny. He got my IV in FIRST TRY which is so unheard of for me! A superb surgeon, and now home post-operation (3 wisdom lesser) I checked my mouth and wow…these wounds are sewn nice and tight! I know they’re gonna heal beautifully. To Dana, Gin, Dr. Villano, and anyone else in the process I was too high to remember thank you so so so much for this lovely experience.
