I highly recommend Dr. Zabkowicz.  He is by far the BEST DENTIST I’ve ever had.  I have extreme anxiety when it comes to any type of dental work due to a very bad experience.  I’ve had so many problems with my teeth and was scared that I would be told there was nothing they could do so I put it off for a long time.  I went to many different dental offices but never felt comfortable until now.  I finally have a game plan and working on my teeth little by little.  He is very skillful, gentle and caring and explains every single procedure to me.  I remember being in the worst pain of my life and Dr. Zabkowicz met me at his clinic on a Sunday morning to take care of it.  NO DENTIST DOES THIS EVER!  This just shows how much he cares about his patients.  He is absolutely amazing and I will never go to another dentist again.  The staff is amazing and will help you with anything and everything.  I’m finally starting to smile in pictures again and its all thanks to Dr. Z and his staff.

I have been going to Dr. Zabkowicz for several years has done a great job at keeping my dental health in top shape. He is honest and does not perform unnecessary dental work unless is necessary. The well being of the patient is always put first. He does painless precision work. He has the latest in dental equipment, very clean setup. He made excellent recommendations when I needed orthodontics or periodontal work. His staff is very caring and professional. I recommend him to anyone.

I was in need of an implant. After 20 years with another dental facility I switched to Dr. Zabkowicz. I am so pleased I changed dentist. Dr. Zabkowicz is an excellent dentist.  He has a warm personality and explains each procedure.  Dr. Z’s staff is extremely friendly. My husband and I have been coming to John for more years than I can count and have always been so very pleased with his work, professionalism, and caring personal touch.  Once our daughter was ready to see the dentist we of course started bringing her in.  He and the staff have been outstanding.  Thanks to Dr. Zabkowicz, our 12 year old daughter’s teeth have never had cavities or any issues.  That said, two of her permanent teeth grew in undersized so we got some advice from Doc and it appears that she can get them capped once she is 21.  In the meantime, he offered to do a procedure where he could add to the teeth.  So, this week, he did this to one of them and it turned out absolutely fantastic!  We are likely going back soon to have him do the other small tooth as well.  I told the Doc that he is truly an artist!!!  Thanks Doc

Everyone here are fantastic. Anytime I need to get in they make room and time for me, even under an emergency. First time I visited his office was because of a few broken front teeth from a work accident and he got me in right away, took X-rays and began to treat and fix my teeth that same day! Can’t say enough good things about the team here!

John and his staff are very professional and helpful. I was in need of alot of work and he and his staff stayed passed normal working hours to accommodate for my schedule. The people he has contacts for surgens are very good as well. I would recommend him to everyone. His staff even kept an eye on my children while i was getting a filling.

Dr John has been my families dentist for 10 + years.  I have 4 boys in the household, all of which play hockey… I call this is a true litmus test of dentistry.   All have their clean straight teeth thanks to Dr John and his hygienist staff… also a shout out to his referred orthodontist during the middle school years !   thanks for the friendly reminder call 24 hours in advance… much appreciated.

Dr. Zabkowicz’s office was great! Amy, at his front desk and all the staff were quick, considerate, and super accommodating. They took care of me, referred me to a great oral surgeon, and checked up on me every day to see how things were going. And the doc, nicest guy ever. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist and team.

Thank you for going above and beyond my expectations with an emergency tooth issue after hours on a weekend. The follow up and communication is beyond amazing. Dr. John went out of his way to eliminate an annoying tooth ache and make all repairs faster than I could have ever imagined. I had the same dentist for 7 years, so switching to a new Dentist was kind of a big deal for me, with that said, I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Zabkowicz and his staff. They’re all extremely friendly and personable – more than flexible when it comes to scheduling and more than happy to explain the procedures they’re doing and proposing in (understandable) detail. Their office is small, but Dr. Zabkowicz and his hygienists are knowledgeable and far from intimidating. They also offer very reasonable payment plans as well. Couldn’t reccomend them more!

Dr. Zabkowicz and his team are the best. I’m always able to get an appointment when I need it, the office is cute and clean, and the staff super friendly (but not over the top). Dr. Z is patient, thorough and always explains what he’s doing so you feel comfortable. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them!

my family and i have been patient”s of doctor john zabkowicz for over (38) years. i have found there is no more of  a caring dentist than doctor john. his first priority has always been his patient”s. he is very caring with a great attitude and great follow up. there are no white knuckle “s in his office, only the confidence of knowing that what ever he does will be done correctly and done right the first time. .

I have been seeing John Zabkowicz for Dentistry work since he started in the business. I can honestly say you cannot find anyone more professional and caring than him. He strives for perfection with all his patients and makes sure you are totally satisfied with the Dentistry work he has performed. I have been going to him for over the past 40 years and will never look anywhere else for Dental work. He goes the extra mile for all his patients to make sure everything is just right no matter how much time is needed. He never rushes through his work. He is always very thorough and always makes you feel at ease. I would travel extra miles if needed to be able to see him for all my Dental work because I know he is always going to get it right the first time. All my Family members see him and one of my Son’s even travels all the way from the City of Watertown (over an hour away) for himself and his Family members because of the excellent Dental work that John does. I would have to say there is no Dentist better. And his staff is also so friendly and helpful and is always making you feel welcome with every visit. As such, I will always continue seeing John Zabkowicz, DDS right up to the date that he retires; which I hope never occurs during my lifetime. Dr John has been my dentist for 35 years. I moved from the city 20 years ago. I will not change my dentist, as there is none better. Dr.John is a professional, talented man, with compassion…especially for scaredy cats like me. He has taken care of my family in all aspects of dentistry, and is incredible in an emergency. He and his staff do all they possibly can to help get you the best dental care, at their office, or wherever your procedure can best be addressed. They go above and beyond, and are much appreciated. First time to the dentist in 10 years. I usually really hated the dentist. This office was professional, explained everything that went on and made me feel very comfortable. Also made it a point to make sure I was not in pain. I am happy to say Dr.Zabkowics will have me return with less anxiety. Whole staff was friendly and did a great job

I highly recommend Dr. Zabkowicz. He and his staff are extremely professional and have the best customer service etiquette. They go above and beyond and listen to every concern, no matter how small it may seem. Dr. Zabkowicz was able to make my husband smile again without feeling self-conscious and I’ll be forever grateful for this!

I have had several dentist in the past but none of them came close to being as efficient as Dr. John Zabkowicz. His staff have to be the most patient people in the world to put up with me. Dr. John has done extensive dental work for me from extractions to bridge work to implants and everything in between. All proceedures were explained to me ahead of time so I knew exactly what to expect. What was the most surprising to me was how little pain (almost none existent ) for all the proceedures. I have had many appointments because of the extensive work I’ve had. There was very little sitting time in his office. I was always taken within a few minutes of my appointment time. So if you are looking for a friendly and extremely efficient dentist and staff that accepts several insurances Dr. John Zabkowicz is a excellent choice.

I have gone to Dr. Zabkowicz for dental work over the past 20 years. I have found him to be extremely honest in his dental evaluations, professional and knowledgeable in ALL aspects of his dental practice – a truly caring and genuinely nice man . When it comes to dentistry, Dr. Zabkowicz is in the top tier. I can’t imagine going to another dentist. I would HIGHLY recomend Dr. Zabkowicz if you are in need of dental care. Dennis M.

I agree with the previous comments. The Dr. Zabkowicz explains procedures in a way you can understand, then the decision to move ahead or not is yours. Dr. Zabkowicz and his staff are not judgemental. That was the big plus for me. The ‘biggest’ issue is their very small parking lot. Street parking is not limited though and not too far away.
