Dr. Jacob is a kind and gentle soul.  I have been visiting his office regularly for the past 3-4 years and I feel confident that he and his office perform the highest quality of work for the most affordable price.  Dr. Jacob and his staff are friendly and efficient.  All of the members of the office express a genuine care and concern for patients as individuals– not just in terms of oral care, but also life in general.  When I first came to Dr. Jacob, I didn’t have medical insurance.  My teeth were in really bad shape and I had an incredible amount of anxiety and fear about the process of fixing them.  His calm and methodical approach to my dental situation helped me to get over my tooth-related fears, and I began to look forward to going to the dentist.  I actually even sometimes miss them when I am away for months at a time.

Dr. Joly is an incredibly nice guy. I’m personally prone to anxiety and loathe going to the dentist. On one trip he was about to start working on my mouth when panic gripped me and I basically told him that I had to leave. He couldn’t have been nicer about it. He refused to accept any money for the last instant cancellation. I don’t know how else to say it: he’s just nice. Highly recommended.

Dr. Jacobs was excellent. I recently located to this area from New York City and was looking for a dentist comparable to mine in New York. I must say that I was more than satisfied with Dr. Jacobs. I highly recommend him to all my friends in New York who may be relocating to Philadelphia.

We came to Dr. Jacob’s office after we had to find a family dentist with an insurance change. We were nervous at how our 5 & 8 yr old would do at a non-pediatric dentist. It was such a great decision! His staff are amazing and totally love and care on my kids! They go beyond what I’ve even seen at a pediatric dental office in how they handle kids. Dr. Jacob was patient and super friendly with both of them. Our youngest had to get two fillings and due to them being so shallow, he was able to drill and fill them without numbing her! And working as a team, myself and the staff were able to keep her calm and semi-relaxed through it all. My dental work has always been quick and efficient. Even when I thought I lost part of my filling, they were able to get me in and take a look at it, as well as check the fillings spur of the moment of my youngest. They work with payments and have a no hassle approach to getting further dental work done. This office is great…needs some kids prizes or something but other than that we love it!

Jacobs and his staff are super friendly and very professional. I walked in not knowing if I was going to be in good hands. Well I must share, not only was I attended right away,and worked on, but Jacobs explained to me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. In my past experiences with other dentist,I never left relaxed and in no pain what so ever like from Dr. Jacobs office. I’m truly pleased to share with others the great feeling I experienced. And I recommend him and his staff to others. So when my teeths need some TLC, I will definitely go to Dr. Jacobs

As I live in the surrounding area – I decided to give the closest dental office that took my insurance a try, and I can honestly say I am glad I did. It’s not the fanciest office, but hey, It’s cleanly and well maintained. I honestly look forward to seeing Patty, the dental assistant, she’s sweet and her laugh makes me laugh. As for Dr. Joly, he saw me after I had taken a long hiatus from the dentist, and did a rather painless deep cleaning and full check up on me. Dr. Jolly is friendly and efficient, and whenever I go (3 times total now) my fiancé is like “wow, you’re home quicker than I thought you’d be,” which is great bc who honestly wants to go/be at the dentist longer than they have to. I would recommend this office for sure.
