I have to agree with all of the other reviews – Dr. Freed is the best dentist I’ve ever had! One of the things I appreciate most about him is how he’ll walk me through each step of the procedure so I don’t have to guess what he’s doing. He’ll tell me what he’s doing and what I can expect it to feel like each time he picks up a new instrument. Being a bit of a control freak, this really helps me feel more at ease! He pulled my wisdom teeth, and I was SO surprised by how easy the procedure was. I have no doubt that it was easy because of how skillful, calm and informative he is. Highly recommend Dr. Freed!

My visit to Dr. Freed’s was awesome, and I received the most attention and commitment from him than I ever have received with any other dentist / physician that I have visited before. Dr. Freed took the time to walk me through a presentation on dental hygiene and what he looks for when assessing patients. Had a great visit, and I would 100% recommend again and again.

I am not one to write reviews, but Dr Freed and his staff are wonderful. I have gone to other dentists for years, each recommending a more invasive form of treatment on a tooth which had a small gap. Dr Freed took one look, recommended a single crown for that tooth. Work was beautiful, natural, and I have a smile I can now be proud of! Now my husband and teenage children see him as well.

I recently switched to this dentist because it was much closer to my office than my previous one. I have never liked going to the dentist. I either process Novocain quickly or am a bit resistant to it… That being said I have been here now for both a cleaning and 4 filling replacements. The cleaning was the most thorough, yet non invasive I have ever had. He was very carful with each step, whereas I have had cleanings where I felt they went in with a shredder. The fillings were fast and pain free, even the shots, and so I was able to do all 4 at once. He has a very light hand and constantly made sure I was ok, none of the usual my mouth is on fire, I see smoke, it will stop hurting in a moment stuff. I am going to recommend them to my mom who has tmj and needs a dentist who is carful with her jaw and mouth. It’s a small office so you get personal care. The office is petit, but it is very clean.

Best dentist I’ve ever had. Very friendly, walks you through the procedures step by step ensuring your comfort throughout the process. The office is very clean, and they’re enforcing social distancing in the waiting area. Dr. Freed is always running on time, I’ve never had to wait upon arrival for an appointment. Likewise, he’s considerate and follows up with you post procedure – which I can’t say for other dentists I’ve visited in NYC.

I generally don’t write reviews but Dr Freed and his staff deserves it. Dr Freed and his staff are extremely professional and nice. I was always seen within couple minutes of arriving at the office. The office is small but clean and very well situated. He doesn’t prescribe treatments that you don’t absolutely need. Dr Freed does get very busy, hence recommend booking your appointments in advance. Anne at the reception is a pleasure to speak to as well. I have left couple of voicemails in the past and have always got a response back within few hours. Highly recommended.

Dr. Freed did a great job on my consultation. I was very impressed with how thorough he was and took his time. He made sure I felt comfortable with everything and asked me if I had any question/concerns. His staff was a pleasure to work with and the office was clean and welcoming!

Dr. Freed is just a great guy all around. Went for my first visit and took the time to explain what he looks for on the xray and checks in on you when he is cleaning your teeth to make sure you are comfortable. Very knowledgeble and amazingly doesn’t try to push any additional services on you that you don’t need. I’ve had several dentists, and liked him the most out of any other first time dental appointments

I saw Dr. Freed this afternoon as a last minute patient. How often can you give a review that is labelled “loved it” for a dental appointment/office? Not only were Dr. Freed and his staff able to squeeze me in at the very last second, but they were beyond nice and helpful about everything. He explained to me everything that he was doing, before he did it, made sure I understood, was gentle, personable and my overall experience was great. I currently go to a dentist back where I grew up in NJ and have been very hesitant to find a new doctor in Manhattan. Dr. Freed proved my fears wrong – I will be scheduling my next regular dental appointment with him! Thank you Dr. Freed!
