Jones Bridge dental has always been a cut above. Still, they have done an amazing job with their safety precautions and information sharing. The waiting room is socially distanced. Everyone has on a mask. There is an air purifier in the service bay. The dentists and hygienists don masks and face guards. While we all look like extras from Outbreak, they are still so compassionate, helpful, humorous (thanks Beth!), and informative. They provide a COVID-19 acknowledgement before your services. You’re well informed on what your consent to treat means as well as the precautions being taken. The office is health. They truly made me feel better about a necessary service being completed during this challenging time. Thank you so much for keeping your humanity and stellar customer service despite the additional challenges for your business. See you next cleaning!

ICON OF DENTISTRY DR. LEO = IMPLANT KING I had a front tooth implant done by Dr. Leo. The tooth had been missing for 17 years due to trauma. I have been told my whole life by my dentist and orthodontist that I would need bone grafting before an implant could be done. This is extremely costly and not always successful. After my consultation with Dr. Leo he assured me that he could do it no problem and have perfect results. Of course I was skeptical, however from day one it was clear Dr. Leo was an extremely genuine person that truly cares about his patients and the results. Every step of the procedure was explained thoroughly at the consultation and he actually showed me a 3D model of my xray where they would put in the post and how there was bone where it needed to be. The staff is extremely professional and ALWAYS there if I had any questions. There is a financial advisor there to help with any insurance questions or forms. Dr.Leo made it very clear to call if I ever needed anything and I knew he meant it. I have my final implant now and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Dr.Leo delivered on his promise and I would not have trusted anyone else to do it now. After 17 years of a missing front tooth I am finally looking forward to taking pictures where I can smile big! Thank you so much Dr. Leo and the staff at Jones Bridge Dental!!!!

I was greeted courteously and had my temperature taken. The representative who saw me was pleasant and soon I was called in for my review. Dr Leo, as always was professional and all the options were presented to me and my husband and we chose one. I am very satisfied with JB Dental and ai recommend it to all my contacts for their dental care.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to and normally I am EXTREMELY anxious about going to a dentist. I did not have good experiences in the past prior to becoming a patient at Jones Bridge Dental Care. I have have dental work done by Dr. Leo and Dr. Malikov and both were outstanding. They were very careful with making sure I felt comfortable while they were working on my teeth, checked consistently to ensure I was feeling no pain, and completed the work in a timely manner. They seem to genuinely care about their patients and wanted to make sure I got the best deal for the work I needed done. Sometimes it is very hard to get dental work that I need because I currently do not have insurance but they both helped me to get on a payment schedule that was realistic for my finances. Thank you so much to the entire team for always making me feel comfortable visiting a dentist!

I had an appointment with Dr. Leo about closing a gap in my teeth and he immediately knew what I needed! He and his staff were very knowledgeable and even allowed me to watch a video to understand the process that best fit my needs. I have never seen an office setup quite like this. Not only is the staff incredibly knowledgeable but friendly as well. There’s refreshments while you wait and A1 service like paraffin rubs and massages! You forget if there’s a wait because you are well taken care of. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Leo!

I’ve been going to this dentist office for a few years and they are honestly the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. The facility is great, the staff are excellent, and the services are outstanding. They will breakdown and explain everything they do to your teeth so you’ll always be in the loop on every treatment. You can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the complimentary services while they go to work on your teeth. These dentists and assistants are truly motivated to take great care of your teeth while maintaining a friendly and comforting environment. They’ll work with you from scheduling, treatment details, and even financing. Great office filled with people of great caliber.

I am new to the area. Yet have had many dentists in my past. This is my third implant dentist (due to the many moves we have made). I have appreciated the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff and doctors. The work that has been done so far has been good. The dentist was careful to make sure an implant would mostly likely succeed before placing it. I have been pleased with his work. I would gladly and highly recommend Jones Bridge Dental Care. Ann Johnson, the financial officer, was also most helpful in advising on a payment plan. Great experience.

I am the poster child for the high anxiety dental patient. I have such an irrational and high level of anxiety about going to the dentist there was a period in my life where I didn’t go to the dentist for over seven years. When I moved down to Atlanta two years ago I knew I had to find a dentist, but was scared to death to go through the whole process of getting to know and trust another dentist/staff. So after two years of dodging the inevitable, I asked around and explained my little quirk with dentists. A member of my gym suggested Jones Bridge Family Dental and went on to explain the positives of the office. So I made the appointment… Today I walked in and they took the time to make me feel at ease… Everything from the explanation of the way they clean the instruments to the smell of cinnamon of cookies baking in the waiting room and from the smiling faces as soon as you enter the door to the tour of the facility made me feel more at ease with the office. Now some might think all of this is overkill, but I disagree. Everything in life boils down to relationships… This effort at the front end is to establish and cultivate a positive, trusting relationship that will have to last a long time.

My family and I just relocated to the Johns Creek area from Hampton, Ga. We were in search for an new dentist. What stood out the most was the flyer that came in the mail they offer New Patients $100 gift card. So I went to the website to do my research and found out that they have the latest technology and with technology comes knowledge and they offer many other lovely service just make you feel special. you have to check out the website to see. My 2 favorite things were the paperless new patient paperwork which the hygienist fill-in all of it on the computer so she hear all of your concerns 1st hand. The 2nd was the neck and back massage I had in a quite room made my visit the best dental visit EVER!

I moved to Georgia last year, I was looking around for a really good dentist, I was recommended to jones bridge dental by a friend. I looked online and read the reviews, after doing so I decided to do my dental work here. My experience at jones bridge dental has been wonderful, all the employees are so helpful and kind, my appointments start on time and all the work they do is superior. I highly recommend jones bridge dental for all your dental needs!
