I have been seeing Dr. Joe for 28 years. he has always been fantastic. He is a great humanitarian and consistently conducts work in underserved countries who need care. He has a non-profit organization, a comfort dog that can be brought to you or if you prefer two comfort kittens! Stunning décor and great, well trained staff complete the package for what is easily the coolest dental experience!

Thank you Dr Joseph Zimmer and staff for your amazing service s and professionalism. I don’t know what I would have done without your help today. I suffered throughout this past weekend with a horrific pain, clearly an exposed nerve of some type. Dr Zimmer’s lovely Brittany got me in immediately this afternoon and it turned out that I needed to have a Root Canal. How incredibly blessed I am to have a Dentist like Dr Joseph Zimmer and his staff to be able to provide that service to me rather than having to go to a root canal specialist. I really don’t think I would have been able to endure another 24 hours of that type of pain. If I could give a 10 star review I would !! Now I’m at home resting and feeling so fortunate to Dr Joseph Zimmer and his Staff. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me Dr Zimmer.

Love Dr. Zimmer and his crew. The space is fun…not your run of the mill dental office and they validate parking at Pacific Place! As a mom of two that might be my favorite part – I usually take a few extra minutes after my appointment to grab a coffee at Starbucks and window shop before returning to life as usual. 😉 I also bring my 2 and 5 year olds for their cleanings. I think Dr. Zimmer is very fair and upfront. He gives you  options and will talk budget concerns vs. quality/need in a reasonable way…never feel like I’m being ‘sold’.  Highly recommend.

I have been to Dr. Zimmer’s for cleanings and the staff is always poilte and professional. Yesterday was the first time I was there to get cavities filled, the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and it was as pain free as it gets when getting cavities filled. I even got to watch a movie through some cool glasses while I was getting my teeth worked on. I won’t even get started on the hot hygenist, you just have to experience for yourself!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to. I have pretty easy teeth, so for people like me who just need a regular teeth cleaning, the environment is relaxing, the people are nice, and the location is really convenient if you work or live downtown. I also have several friends and coworkers who have had major teeth issues go here and they all say great things. I even recommended Dr. Zimmer to a friend after a different dentist botched a filling. Dr. Zimmer was able to redo the work correctly and my friend hasn’t had any pain since.

Joseph Zimmer has been my dentist for over a decade, and is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Not only is he himself highly competent, smart and personable, so are all his staff. His office uses technology very well to schedule, communicate, and maintain patient information. In addition, Zimmer also invests in dentistry technologies that make his practice even more appealing, like the equipment needed to make and install a finished permanent crown in one 2-hour appointment

Dr. Zimmer is great. I cant say enough. I’m a longtime patient and have recommended him to a dozen or more friends who also say he is great. He is meticulous and first rate. Before Dr. Zimmer I went to a dentist who kept recommending procedures that I didn’t need. When I went to Zimmer he said my teeth were fine. I don’t think you could find a better dentist. He comes through when you need him. I cracked a tooth a few years ago. He got me an appointment right away and fixed it perfectly the first time. My wife had an emergency over one weekend. He came in that very day without question and fixed it. He is great. He also does dental work on his vacations and went to Central America last year. One of the hygenists said he also regularly does pro bono work for the homeless. I think its nice that he is in it for more than just the money. 5 stars for Dr. Zimmer. You wont find a better dentist or a more amazing office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zimmer for years, and have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff (and the kitty!) I had just seen another dentist who said I needed $3,000 worth of preventive work, and I had no insurance at the time. A coworker referred me to Dr. Zimmer, who said that I really only needed a cavity filled. He charged me a negotiated rate and allowed me to pay in installments. Fast forward a decade later, I needed an emergency root canal and he came into the office on a Friday night to do the work. I have a nerve condition in my face, which can make dental work too painful to bear. He’s been very patient with me, woo hoo for sedation dentistry! I highly recommend Dr. Zimmer, and hope he never retire

After a disappointing interaction with my usual dentist, I sought help from Dr. Zimmer’s practice to perform a root canal on a tooth that had become infected and abscessed following a routine filling three weeks ago. Several of my friends had been seen here and had nothing but wonderful things to say. I called Tuesday afternoon around 4 pm and after speaking with a very kind receptionist, I was told to come in at 8 am on Wednesday. After being given the run around by my other dentist’s office for several days, this was wonderful news! It was great to be able to fill out all of my paperwork online before going in. When I arrived, the staff were all very efficient and caring. I had been in terrible pain for about five days by that point and so I really appreciated their concern. I only waited a few minutes before being taken back and having x rays, and from there, Dr. Zimmer came in to introduce himself and begin my treatment very quickly. He was very concerned with my comfort and never got impatient the way some dentists do when I said I needed to take a break or that something was too painful for me. He explained everything very thoroughly, and made a very uncomfortable and painful procedure as pleasant as it could possibly be. They were also able to arrange a payment plan for my treatment, which was a huge help. Also: the surroundings are lovely, the artwork is top notch, and there’s an office dog (Nikita!) who helped distract me from my initial pain and nervousness when I arrived. By far, the absolute best interaction I have ever had at a dental office even though it was the worst dental treatment I’ve ever had to undergo. I will be going back and I will tell others to see them, as well.

Oh so happy to be back in Seattle so I can continue to see Dr Zimmerman and staff. The office in general is the best dentist office I have never been a customer of; and I’ve lived in 4 states. Everyone is personable and professional. Clean, inviting office space is always a plus, the view is always amazing. From cleanings, to fillings to a brand new crown within 2 hours!! Who else makes permanent crowns so well in-house?!

We moved to Seattle from the Eastside last year. A friend of mine recommended Dr Zimmer. My daughter now loves going to the dentist? They are very professional. The front desk is nice and on the ball. Waiting time is always short. The dental hygienists and Doctors are excellent. Plus, the office is so cool it doesn’t feel like a dentist office.  I recommend!
