Great doctors… Amazing staff… I came in with terrible pain for a damaged tooth on a long weekend. Dr. Rickerby was extremely patient and helpful. I then had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Ali a week after and it was the most comfortable dental work I have ever received. The relief was quick and all medications were effective. Defintely among the best dentist clinics in the Jersey City area. Strongly recommend!

At the first visit, Dr. Rickerby took a great deal of time to inspect the whole mouth.  He noticed signs of periodontal disease.  His explanation was very specific and understandable.  The hygienist is probably the best I’ve ever experienced.  Just finished my second visit; the work was as close to painless dentistry as I can imagine.  Everyone in the office is pleasant which makes visits easier.

Everyone was professional and very helpful. They were all kind and caring. The Dr. Rickerby was absolutely wonderful! He helped ease my fears and nerves. I had my wisdom tooth extracted and I couldn’t believe how fast it was done. I will continue to take all my dentistry needs here. They’ve got a new patient and a happy one! THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

I have extremely bad teeth and no insurance, I had a Talk with Dr. Rickerby and we planned my treatment. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, Dr. Rickerby is very good with his work, so far no pain at all and today they had to pull some teeth. I would recommend Dr. Rickerby with no hesitation .

My first dentist being off of insurance. Although it was at a specific price point, it is absolutely worth it. Their staff, especially Stephanie the receptionist was very helpful in not only assisting me but making sure I picked the right plan for me. They are very detailed with any job they do even if it’s a simple cleaning. They make trips to the dentist not so horrible 🙂 thank you JSQ dental!

I’m very grateful to have walked into the offices of Journal Square Dental. From my first visit til the most recent, I’ve found the staff and doctors to be of the highest caliber. They set me up with a treatment plan. There was quite A bit of work to be done. The result would be a whole new smile. But after several visits where I always felt very taken care of. The staff explained every procedure and step required to complete my plan. Now I have that new smile and I’m happy to share it.

Doctor Haig H. Rickerby came highly recommended by a friend, and the experience was everything that she said it would be. The Doctor was very knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. The hygienist was very patient and thorough. Staff was very friendly attentive and patient. I’m not easily pleased, so I was pleasantly surprised that I was satisfied with my overall experience. As result, I highly recommend this practice.

OUTSTANDING service!! I went in for a crown and filling and it was painless! Dr. Rickerby is really cool dentist!!. He’s very professional, attentive to detail, down to earth and has a great sense of humor. His charisma and warm personality alone made me feel at ease about getting work done. I’m not a fan of drilling or needles so I put in my airpods to listen to some music during the procedure and Dr. Rickerby gently instructed me if I needed to move my head slightly in a different direction. His whole team is awesome too , there’s never a long wait (although the patient lounge area is clean and comfortable) they are very friendly and they do a thorough job checking prices with your insurance so that you are clear about how much you need to pay on your part. They also take the time to kindly explain things to you. I left the office feeling great like I just left the home of friends that I trust.

When you got a dentist who speaks to you like a person and not just another patient. When you have a dentist gives you reassurance even in the worst case scenarios and pulls through… When you have a dentist whose staff is competent and works as a team…. you have found gold . I had “ dentistphobia” from past bad experiences for a long time … Today , I feel completely comfortable to go have my teeth checked anytime .

The best dental experience my family and I have ever experienced is at this office. From the welcoming staff at the reception, all throughout, everyone is exceptionally kind, informative and they truly do care for their patients. Furthermore, Dr. Rickerby is phenomenal at his work, not only does he focus on every health concern related to the mouth but he also envisions a way to perfect your smile as much as possible. Highly recommended !
