I had a crown (from a previous dentist) crack off on Friday night. I was able to get an appointment on Monday at 1:20 PM and walked out at 3:00 PM with a brand new crown thanks to the crown maker Dr. Sieng has in her office. Phenomenal staff. I wouldn’t recommend any other dentist. Thank you so much!!!

I usually have a lot of apprehension about going to the dentist since it seems that most dentist want to give you a “quick cleaning,” and then a huge up-sale for all of the things your teeth supposedly need. JS dental is different. They really take care of you and do a thorough cleaning. If there are additional issues, they present them as options, versus putting pressure on you. They have an awesome staff, and I can’t wait for my next visit. (Which means I better stop flossing). Thank you JS Dental!

Location is very convenient and easy to get to. Was able to get in for an appointment quickly. Office is new and clean and staff is very friendly and efficient. My cleaning was actually done by the doctor…when does that ever happen. She was thorough and gentle. Her communication with you during the appointment is informative without ever feeling pressure to have “optional” work done. Appreciate that!! The best experience I’ve had for a cleaning in a long time.

I cannot think of enough compliments for this office. I am a HUGE baby when it comes to having any work done on my mouth, so I put off routine checkups and run from any required work. I had worked up the nerve to go to a different dentist in Prosper a few years ago who told me that I needed extensive deep cleaning and that I had 9+ fillings. Between the overwhelming amount of work and the cost associated with it, I retreated and just never went back. Fast forward a few years later, I needed a cleaning and knew I just needed to work up the nerve to find a (new) dentist to start the process of getting all that recommended work done. Every single step with this office was easy and non-intimidating. They got me in for a cleaning and check up within 2 days, the paperwork was all done on an iPad they handed me when I walked in. So easy. And the hygienist – just incredible. Before I told her about my anxiety of being there, she had already put me at ease and was gently walking me through the process. The best part? She did a very thorough exam and found that I didn’t need any of those services the other dentist said I needed. I was prepared for her to tell me I’d need to come back for scaling and planing and what-not, but her gentle examination found that I just didn’t need it. I wasn’t as bad off as I thought. Dr. Sieng was super personable and she found that I do need a few teeth worked on, but she can help me with my anxiety and get it all done in one day. Also, the hygienist was familiar with my autoimmune disease and identified and explained variables that can affect my overall health. I’ve never EVER felt relieved when leaving a dental office before, but I definitely walked out of there with much relief.   Many, many thanks to each of those ladies who made me feel so comfortable and confident!

This was our first time at this dentist and we were so pleased! The reception was warm and friendly, Brandi our hygienist is awesome! so friendly, helpful and did an excellent job cleaning our teeth -very gentle! Dr. Sieng was very knowledgeable and also very nice. I would and will recommend this office to anyone! Thanks so much!

8.24.20 was my first visit to JS Family Dental. I liked the feel of the office as soon as I walked in. I appreciate the patience of the Dr. S as well as Hygienist Avery. Both Dr. S and Avery made it a less stressful visit. Thank you both for that!❤️ The office was very clean. COVID standards were adhered to. Super nice staff. I will definitely be back and have already set up my next appt. As a person with dental fear, I would definitely recommend JS Family Dental. They definitely made an impression on me, immediately.

If you are looking for a dentist, your search ends here! The staff was extremely professional and kind, which is very rare to find these days. The facility was sparkling clean and furnished with state of the art equipment. Dr. Sieng gave my teeth an extremely thorough cleaning and even fixed a painful filling that had fallen out right away without making me reschedule. My experience could not have been any better.

Look no for further! This place is amazing! Today was my first visit at JS Family Dental! My family and friends can tell you about my phobia about the dentist. When I tell you from start to finish I felt welcomed and comfortable. The office is decorated very nice and chic! I was welcomed by Carmen who was very nice. I went in for an oral exam and regular cleaning. Nicole, the hygienist was phenomenal and very comforting. She explained EVERY detail and made me feel so safe. Not only is her personality amazing but you can feel her passion for her patients. Dr. Sieng was very informative and comforting as well! She’s was bubbly and made me feel at ease for my upcoming treatments. I’m so glad I did my research and found this hidden gem!

Jamie (Dr. Sieng) and her staff are wonderful. The experiences with my previous dentist were painful, damaging, and expensive. Jamie was competent, reassuring, and able to repair the previous errors while keeping costs reasonable. She and her staff communicate clearly and thoroughly. The atmosphere is calm. I highly recommend J.S. Family Dental.

I’m new to the area and had a filling fall out.  I checked YELP for a Dentist with good reviews in my area and found Dr. Sieng.  I am always cautious of reviews that have all 5’s.  They were able to get me in quickly and at a time that fit my schedule.  The staff were friendly and helpful.  Dr. Sieng was informative and very gentle.  I was afraid that I might need a root canal and a cap, but I didn’t. I highly recommend Dr. Sieng and this office.

JS Family Dental is a brand spanking new dental office located in McKinney. If you like cleanliness, up-to-date equipment, and an overall great experience then JS is the place for you. Everything is so new that the wrapping is still on a lot of the stuff inside the office (literally). When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by friendly faces who are attentive and know what they’re doing. You’ll fill out all your paperwork and forms on an iPad that’s set up in the waiting area. I’m warning you now — once you get into the chair, try to stay awake because the chair lightly massages your back and neck as you’re laying there. The x-rays are quick and easy. There’s also a TV mounted on the ceiling for you to watch as you’re getting your teeth worked on. Dr. Jamie Sieng is a great dentist. She was very careful and was great at interacting and explaining to me everything that was going on. She’s also not harsh when she’s cleaning your teeth so it’s actually a pretty pleasant experience. I’ve never had a regular dentist before, but this may be the place for me moving forward. I’ll be recommending this office to all my friends and family. Tip: 1 free In-Office Boost Whitening when checking in on Yelp I will definitely be back for my whitening session. Just had to be back for work today from my lunch break.
