I love this place!! I hate dentists, but they went above and beyond to not only make my visit today amazing, but the entire team worked together to resolve an issue I was having that was NOT their fault. I got three quotes before deciding on JT. Not only did they offer the best price working with my insurance, but the entire staff was everything I could ever ask for. Give them a chance, you will be glad you did!

I am so glad I went to Dr. Teng. My teeth shifted a lot after losing my retainer and I was considering trying those cheaper companies like Smile Direct….but I made the BEST DECISION to stick with Dr. Teng. He really is the best and fixed my smile I’m as little as 6 months!!! And the staff, especially Lulu and Leslie are the sweetest. Thank you so much for bringing my confidence back <3

I cannot sing enough praises for Dr. Teng and his amazing staff. My son was a patient for over three years as a result of a variety of mouth issues. He had an extremely narrow mouth and a pretty significant overbite. Dr Teng uses the most modern equipment to treat patients as if they were family. He was always offering an explanation of what we could expect every step of the way and was so kind and patient. In addition he is a master at what he does and literally worked miracles with my son. I am thrilled to have such a specialist in El Paso and cannot image what my son would have suffered through had Dr Teng not correctly and efficiently treated all of my sons issues. I am forever grateful- and so is Go. He smiles “with teeth” every chance he gets. Thanks so much!

I loved this place. The technicians were always so kind and always did a good job. Dr. Teng was very professional and always did a good job explaining my treatment. The environment was always very clean and had very good music! I know a lot of my friends who have had their braces for a long time with other places, but i and the people who have seen doctor Teng have gotten them off pretty fast. I love my new colgate smile!!

So many great things about my experience with Dr. Teng and his staff. After visiting several orthodontist to see what each had to say about the treatment my teeth would require to straighten them and correct my bite I was continuously advised that traditional braces was my only option. (No offense to other orthodontist but I feel this was told to me because do their lack of experience with advanced orthodontics and Invisalign). I started my research on looking for someone in the El Paso area who offered advanced orthodontics. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Teng and saw he had great reviews. I decided to go in for a consultation and was surprised at how many techniques that could be used were demonstrated to me. All treatments are different and yours may not be like mine; but the fact that he gave me options was already a go light for me. He also advised that I would be a candidate of Invisalign and as long as I followed the rules and hours needed to wear I should see some results. I followed all the rules that were told and wore it religiously. My treatment was done sooner than expected. My teeth are straighter than ever and my bite is not amazing ! All his staff is amazing as well they are so sweet and patient. I never encountered any of them being rude or grouchy which is rare to find nowadays. Stephanie at the front was always amazing as well sending me my appointments via email or written, they accommodated me pretty well. Don’t be late tho because you only have a few min window which is understandable in order to deliver to amazing service they have. Ana was amazing and patient with me throughout all my appointments I had with her. She made it comfortable and helped me out if I requested numbing cream for certain procedures. Desiree was also great in helping with my insurance and questions I had. Insurances can be a pain in the ass to deal with and she helped me by making it easier. They are a more modern ortho office which is pretty awesome ! They stay up to date on what’s new and what’s good. Thank you

JT Orthodontics has done such an incredible job with my smile! I came in for an initial consult, only interested in a small refinement, but when Dr Teng saw my x-rays and scans, he showed me where my previous orthodontic work was subpar. I trusted him (he is a very competent specialist; his educational background is very impressive). Two years later, dentist friends and even non-dentist friends have commented on the improvement in my appearance. Additionally, my sleep apnea has improved significantly. Dr Teng is fantastic, his staff is friendly and professional, my wait time has never been excessive. Have and will continue to unreservedly recommend him to all of my friends!

We had such a great experience with JT Orthodonics. My daughter’s treatment was a special case. She had short roots, a lot of crowding, needed a palate expander, went thru plenty of rubber bands. Throughout the whole process, everyone was so nice. Dr. Teng works wonders. Dr. Teng and ALL of his staff are amazing, caring, hard working people!!!

I had a great experience at JT orthodontics. I finished my Invisalign in a year! Dr. Teng  is amazing! Very smart and great bedside manners. The Staff are very professional and good at their jobs.  I was recommended by his wife Bonnie, who is such a sweetheart! I’m glad I met Bonnie when I did and I’m glad she pushed me to just do it! I took my son here for his braces and really have no complaints.  The service is great and we get very good support from the staff.  I do not have experience using the previous dentist so can not compare the two.  With as many patients that come through here, the worst is the wait time when many patients come through primarily when school is over for the day on some occasions.  I expect my son’s teeth will be in good shape in a matter of no time.

Dr. Teng is an amazing orthodontist and his practice is phenomenal all around. The service was great and I had an outstanding experience. The manager was extremely cooperative and helpful, everyone would always make me feel welcome with a smile and a greeting by name. My smile has been elevated to the max, and Dr. Teng has boosted my self-esteem and confidence. I seriously can’t stress how terrific my experience here was. Beginning to end, everything was spot-on. I seriously recommend JT Orthodontics. You won’t regret it.

Dr Teng has been amazing. He came highly recommended from the start, however as time has gone on, I can see why. Everyone in the office is extremely professional, kind, caring, patient and understanding. Dr Teng made a recommendation for my daughters treatment and though I wasn’t on board at first, he gave me the space, time and patience for me to come around and understand that it really was the best treatment for her. I can’t believe his level of professionalism and patience. I can’t say enough about them all.

We were new to the El Paso area and looking for an Orthodontist and Dr. Teng fit the bill. His professional credentials as well as his friendly and kind manner made each visit a positive one. As a military family he was willing to create a treatment plan that would work with our time frame. I highly recommend JT Orthodontics. I went to them because my bite was truly messed up. Not only did the straighten out my bite, I ended up with a beautiful smile! They always had me in and out in no time. They were courteous and explained to me what they were doing and why. was very impressed with their efficiency and knowledge.

I highly recommend Dr. Teng for your orthodontic treatment. I had previously been treated at a different practice over 10 years ago in California. I was treated with Invisalign and then regular braces over a period of two years, but was not able to achieve the desired movement for my teeth. No retainer was provided to me so everything eventually shifted back. Not a good use of the money I had spent. Fast forward to my treatment with Dr. Teng. After examining my case, Dr. Teng was confident he would be able to achieve the desired results using Invisalign. We also discussed using Propel to reduce the treatment time. I was a little nervous at first about having the Propel procedure done, but Dr. Teng and the staff quickly put me at ease by explaining what would happen at every step. I felt zero pain during and after the treatment. With the Propel, I was changing out my trays every three days (as compared to the normal two weeks). End to end, my entire treatment took just three months and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I have noticed such a difference with my smile and now I am proud to show it off when taking photos. Dr. Teng is an expert in his profession, I feel fortunate to have been under his care. I highly recommend entrusting something as important as your teeth to someone who is passionate about providing the best care to each one of his patients and can get results where others might not be able to.

Without a doubt doctor JT is an expert in the field! Extremely professional and engaged w each patients treatment and progress, I couldn’t be happier! Him and his entire staff truly go the extra mile for patients and are there for you every step of the way! I researched and visited many ortho offices, after interacting w Noemi and seeing how helpful she was i knew i was home �

First, they make you feel like family. The entire staff wants nothing more than to make you feel welcome. I’ve been a non-compliant CPap patient because of many reasons. After talking with Dr. Teng during an in passing conversation, he mentioned other options my ENT hadn’t discussed with me that he could help with. He had a genuine concern about my health. Dr. Teng discusses options with me that would eliminate my CPap all together but still provide the benefits of opening my airway to prevent (limiting) snoring to a minute amount than normal. This also is limiting my “episodes” from high 30’s (per hour) to 2-5, night. All this and instead of me packing a small carry on to a small mouth piece container. Dr. Teng and his staff have given me a second chance to heal. There’s no chance I’d be a consistent CPap patient but because of Dr. Teng, I don’t have to. The alternative is way more ideal and much easier. Go here. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

I first saw Dr. Teng’s office at the Christmas Fair where they were giving free screenings for braces and Invisalign. I had been contemplating Invisalign but wasn’t sold until I went to their booth. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming…so opposite of the orthodontic office I used to go to when I was 12. The welcoming spirit didn’t stop at that booth. Anytime I went to the office, Stephanie greeted me with a smile and knew my name every time I went. And all the ladies who work for Dr. Teng are amazingly sweet and welcoming as well! I would recommend Dr. Teng’s office to anyone interested in Invisalign, they definitely didn’t disappoint!

At 37, i was super embarrassed to wear braces, but i knew i always wanted to fix my smile, so Dr.Teng suggested Invisalign. He is amazing and a perfectionist! Trust me, you want your orthodontist to be a perfectionist! I’m certain any other orthodontist would have grown impatient with a couple of my stubborn teeth that refused to turn. It was a subtle difference but when you’ve waited as long as i had to fix your teeth, you want a dr that is willing to put in the time and effort to ensure you get the perfect smile. He was not limited to the invisalign option i had chosen either and used techniques for braces to ensure all my teeth aligned perfectly. Another important difference that stood out from other orthodontists I consulted with, is Teng was able to achieve my perfect smile without pulling any teeth. The previous orthodontist I consulted with said 4 teeth would have to be removed and Teng never even suggested that as an option. I was relieved. Not only am I grateful for having the smile that I always wanted, but for being treated so kindly by his amazing staff every step of the way. They always remembered what we had chatted about previously and would always ask about my baby. Was really a great experience all around!
