I’m continuing to get random bills from this dentist. Each time I went in I gave the staff my credit card and they charged me. On my last visit I asked the lady at the desk if everything was finalized and paid and she confirmed it had been and she said there would be no more bills. NOW the office has sent me something saying there are $651.00 of new charges. The last time I was in the office was last spring? I think it was over a year ago. This office is continuing to make up fake charges. I will never go back they have such a poor book keeping system and are frankly dishonest with their billing methods. It looks like the office is also starting to bill me for sending bills. Sigh, would anybody call this great? It’s frustrating and it’s frankly the last thing I need right now. Since they just make up extra charges as they go along it’s nonsense. I can not recommend this dentist at all. I would give them zero stars if this were an option. I had numerous fillings done by this dental office. One of the fillings for a sensitive spot not even a cavity has already fallen out.

Dr. Chelsea and her staff are wonderful. They made both me and my toddler feel comfortable and well taken care of during our visits. I would highly recommend them for ALL ages! If you’re looking for a new family dentist, look no further!

All the staff at Juanita Family dentistry are excellent. I’ve been a patient since Dr. Mortell took over this practice and could not be more pleased with care and support I’ve received. After “invisalign” to straighten my teeth a bit and replacing many of my older amalgam repairs, my teeth and oral hygiene have greatly improved. Going to a dentist is not something we look forward to, but the experience at Juanita Family Dentistry takes some of the anxiety away. They are gentle and careful and very professional.

Love this office! I’m petrified of the dentist and they helped me feel comfortable, made the experience amazing, and made me not mind going to the dentist so much! My fillings feel great, and everyone was just so professional. If you are looking for a great dentist and a fabulous team, go here! Even my daughter who was scared of the dentist before loves it here and has fun at appointments!

They are so gentle and nice here! Cindy, my hygienist, is very friendly and gentle while being thorough. Dr. Chelsea is really up to date on treatment and always makes a point to make you feel like more than just a patient.

The clinic just updated a whole bunch of new machines. Dr. Chelsea is very enthusiastic and super nice …beside my teeth, doctor Chelsea make me look younger and my migraine headaches go away from just one botox treatment . The staffs are so welcoming since the moment you walk in. My hygienist, Cindy, who is very experienced and sure knows what she is doing. Personally, I am terrified of going to others dental clinic, but here they really made me felt safe and comfortable . Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with Juanita Family Dentistry. They have been my dentist for over a year and I have never had anything less then a positive experience. Dr. Chelsea always makes me feel comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, everyone from their hygienist and assistants to their receptionists. Juanita Family Dentistry has such a welcoming atmosphere it almost makes you want to go to the dentist.

Dentistry makes me very nervous. I had a great Dentist who helped me get over some of that fear in the past few years but I found it difficult getting to where he was located so I decided to try Dr. Chelsea Petisme. She has a calm and funny demeanor making it very comfortable for individuals like myself. She also gives you a plan with your dentistry without pressuring you to do something you might not want to. I highly suggest to all those looking for a great Dentist to go to Juanita Family Denistry and give Dr. Chelsea a shot. I don’t think you’ll regret it! Now my wife and two daughters see her and they all love her!

I have been a patient at Juanita Family Dentistry for just over 2 years, and I love this office! I had my cleaning earlier this week, and a broken filling was discovered. I was scheduled for the work the following day (!), and everyone was so kind and calming, making it the best possible experience when dental work is required. Their care is conservative and never pushy, and they utilize all modern equipment to get the best possible plan together for your smile. I always leave JFD feeling valued as a patient and have referred several friends and neighbors.

Friendliness with the highest degree of professionalism. Very modern imaging technology. Ease of scheduling and making any changes if necessary. Just a great bunch of dedicated, caring people doing fantastic work.

I feel very confident in the dental treatment and staff at Juanita Family Dentistry. The staff is very careful to make sure you understand any treatment recommended or received, and they are so thorough in their care. I feel like everyone has so much compassion for each person. If you need an excellent dentist, I highly recommend coming here.

Just had crown prep for four crowns by Dr. Chelsea and she is Unbelievable!!!! Very precise, no pain at all, extremely detailed in her work and a fantastically warm beside manner. Her experience is unmatched! You must go to her for crowns or any dental needs!!!! Btw, her assistant, Debra, also has many years of experience and is so kind and gentle. The two of them are amazing!!!
