From start to finish i had a wonderful new patient experience. The staff is so friendly and compassionate. The Dr. and his staff are so patient and they offer lots of information to you about your dental treatments and needs. I had a great deal of anxiety before my appointment, but by the time i left i felt so at ease. These folks actually make you look forward to going to the dentist!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. They are so professional, but also so friendly. They know what they’re doing, and they also make you feel comfortable. It’s kind of like going to visit a friend. If you want to be treated right, and have excellent dental work too, then this is the place for you! I’d give them 100 star rating if I could!

Dr. Juban and his staff really went above and beyond on my last visit. I recently suffered major propriety loss due to the flood waters and during the chaos got a bad tooth ache. I called and they were able to see me as soon as I was available. Although it was a minor issue, they totally put my mind at ease, which was such a nice change to all the other stress I am currently dealing with. After speaking to the staff and hearing that them and their family members were also in the middle of the same construction woes, it really stood out that there was no compromise in the care and customer service I received. Very rare that a business could uphold that level of integrity with all that’s going on in our town.

I generally use Yelp as a restaurant resource and just happened to come across Juban Dental. I cannot recommend Dr. Juban enough. The office is new, clean and comfortable. You will be greeted by smiling staff and can expect to be evaluated and treated expediently and efficiently. Dr. Juban is personable and will spend an appropriate amount of time discussing your planned care with you. Oral hygienist, Kristin is great! She is very knowledgeable and explains every step of your treatment before hand. Her expertise allows her to administer anesthesia such that you never feel pain. I plan to recommend them to my family and friends. Try them out.

I have been going to Dr. Juban for six years and have never been disappointed. From the friendly office staff, to the professionalism of Dr. Juban and his hands on staff, to the lovely decor, and massage chairs in the treatment rooms, his practice can’t be beat. His treatments are spot on and I’ve never had any pain while being treated. His office is equipped with the latest technology which makes for shorter time needed in the office. If you haven’t tried his office, do yourself a favor and check his office out.

Dr. Juban did a laser tongue tie revision on my 3.5 month old. He is the most personable dentist I have ever met. He seems to love working with the little ones and he was so excited to be able to do something to help my baby be able to nurse better.  I am so thankful that he began doing the laser revisions on infants. I highly recommend Dr. Juban

My first visit to this office was great! I was Greeted with wonderful energy by staff! Everyone was socially distanced and the office was so nicely decorated and clean! The check in process was easy! I worked closely with Tiffany and Stephanie both were all around amazing and very knowledgeable! I’m so excited to be apart of the “Juban Cowen Dental Care Family” I would recommend anyone to get services done here!!! I’m super pleased!

What a wonderful experience! Everything was efficient. The staff were kind, attentive and thorough. From Anna getting me set up and scheduled. Katie making sure I was comfortable throughout records and my cleaning. Melissa going over my treatment fees with me. Dr. Juban was very kind. He explained everything so that I understood and was able to make an educated decision on how to tackle my treatment needed as well as gave a options. My normal anxiety melted away with how lovely my experience was all the way around. I look forward to continuing as a forever patient

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a dental office from start to finish. When I first called the office a woman named Cecilia was so friendly and worked extra hard to make sure all my needs were being met. When I came in for my appointment Cecilia greeted me and actually remembered our conversation…immediately putting me right at ease {which really helped as I often get nervous at doctor’s offices} Turns out there was nothing to be nervous about. The entire staff treated me respectively and always kept me informed of exactly was going on. Thank you to Dr. Juban and the rest of his wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

This was my first experience at Juban Dental and it was a great one. Very timely appointment and they showed a genuine concern at resolving my issue. I had the same dentist for the last 27 years and after he passed away I considered finding my own new dentist since I don’t even live in Baton Rouge any longer. I decided to give Dr. Juban a try since he took over my previous dentist’s practice. I was not disappointed. I’ll be back!
