I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Drew’s practice! The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The hygienists are kind and gentle, which is extremely important to me as I have major dental phobias. Dr. Drew is wonderful as well, he is always so nice! I know I am receiving excellent care, and I can also tell that everyone there genuinely cares for me as a person and as a patient. I highly recommend them!

My husband, son and I have been patients at Dr. Drew’s for just over 3 years now and we cannot say enough great things about the Doctor and his staff. From the ladies at the front desk to the hygienists, everyone is always friendly, welcoming and genuinely care about your well being. I had my bi-yearly cleaning yesterday and they have taken all the precautions to ensure a COVID safe experience for both myself and themselves. It’s always a pleasant experience at Dr. Drew’s and we highly recommend them.

So!! I’ve been searching for the right dental office for last 15 years and I finally found the best dental office in town! I’ve been to so many different offices all over the town including Raleigh, Wake Forest and all the way to Durham and by far the best experience I ever had. I found this office from a Google search and there’s nothing but excellent reviews so I decided to check out. So here are some things that I’m looking for when I need to visit the dental office. – Experienced dentist who is not fresh out of dental school or too old that he will drop the instruments on my face. ( Happened to me before and I hope he is retired now) – Friendly and knowledge staff who can explain what my insurance charges and my portion of payment in 3rd grade level. – Not too crazy fancy but organized and clean. ( Don’t get it wrong. Who does not like a fancy experience? but I’ve been to the office where they put me on the TempurPedic chair and massaged my arms during procedures which made me think that those fancy pants services were coming out of my pockets and bills were usually pretty high, too) – Care Credit. ( Didn’t had to use it in this office because my bills were always reasonable but it is nice to know that they take Care Credit in case I need to get a big one done) – Convenient hours. (They take 7 am appointment on Tues and Thurs so I can get my work done on the way to work!) Well, this office fulfilled my all the above requirements and I’m really happy that I don’t have to look for another dental office. Dr. Drew makes me feel very comfortable during my procedure and I completely trust his treatment plans. Unlike other places where they made me done some works that it was completely unnecessary, I never had that experience in his office. I also had a one tooth that it was exceptionally small and crooked to the one side. It almost made me look like I didn’t had a tooth and It really stressed me out every time I smile. Most dental office suggested me to get an Invisalign or Veneer and they are not very affordable for a recent college grad. During my first visit, I talked to Dr. Drew about it and he got a temporary bonding on that tooth where other dentist never done that for me! It cost me almost nothing compare to Veneer and even he called “Temporary”, I had it for last 6 month and it still looks so great and natural! I had a preventative visit this morning and left there with another great experience. I’m not hired to write or not even a regular Yelp reviewer but just wanted to share my great experience I had in this office for those who are looking for a new dentist.

Chipped a filled Molar. Called Dr. Drew’s Office and they set me up for an evaluation that fit my schedule. Because of fissures in this tooth He advised me to have a crown applied. They did the job right then with what I believe is the best modern dental equipment. It was impressive. In just a couple of hours I walked out of his office with a repaired tooth that should last. These people are compliant with all the Pandemic protocols and make sure you feel comfortable in the office. Every one of the staff was helpful and courteous just like always when I come for a semiannual checkup and teeth cleaning. I definitely recommend you should use them.

I’ve always been the “dentist jumper”. Never really stuck with anybody. But this time around, I’m not going anywhere else! The ladies at the front desk are the sweetest! They are always smiling and in a good mood, very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I can tell they care about me as a person and not just another patient. They remembered who I was! Dr. Julian Drew is such a wonderful man! He’s easy to talk with, he will tell you exactly what you need and when you need to get it done. Never pushy and never makes you feel like your concerns and questions aren’t important. They referred me to a great oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth and sat down with me to discuss my payment plan and my options. I know that their goal is to ensure that I take care of my mouth and am able to arrange my finances accordingly. I will and have already recommended so many people to this office! I definitely won’t stop singing their praises 🙂

I think the immortal words of theme song from Cheers sum it up best: “Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name, and they’re always glad you came…”. Going to the dentist isn’t always fun, but the fact that the staff greets me by my name, and is consistently pleasant and welcoming, makes the sound of that drill just a little quieter. Okay, maybe not, but it sure goes a long way to making me feel more comfortable about whatever procedure I’m having done…from crowns to cleanings. Thanks for being awesome, y’all.

Dr. Drew and staff have been my dentist for more than 20 years. This is a very nurturing and assuring practice. All the procedures have been completed in a calming and professional way. Dr Drew explains what is going to happen and all options. His whole staff, from Caroline and Kim at the front desk, to Carrie his assistant, are friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienists are great. When your teeth fit together, look good, and feel good you can enjoy life better and be more productive.

Dr. Drew and his staff are one of a kind! They really take great care, time and patience in explaining my dental needs. I really feel like I have found my dental home and don’t need to look any further. The overall experience of my dental visit was outstanding. I would highly recommend that if you need a dentist to look no further! Go to Dr. Drew!!

I am, and always have been terrified of the dentist. I delayed going for years until I broke a tooth and couldn’t hold out any longer. I researched dentists in area and came across Dr Drew. I was terrified but scheduled a consultation to have a crown put on. I immediately felt at ease and was so thankful for Dr Drew and his amazing staff. He takes his time and makes sure you are comfortable. His dental assistant is the best!!! I felt like I had known her for years! Don’t make the same mistake I did… Call Dr Drew. I’ve been coming here for almost 15 years now, 1st for veneer cosmetic work which he was known for and now as my regular go-to dentist since I live in Raleigh. Dr. Drew and his staff are the absolute best! I always feel welcome and right at home and everyone is so friendly. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Drew, Caroline, Kim, Rhonda, and Carrie. Whenever I have an emergency, they are quick to get me worked in to be seen – usually that same day. If I ever have any concerns, Dr. Drew always patiently listens and walks me through my options/procedures. If you are looking for a dentist in the Raleigh area, look no further!
