Every single person in this office is helpful, pleasant, gentle and genuinely cares for their patients. I’ve unfortunately had to get two teeth surgically removed. Both times I was in the office the surgeon was very personable, made me feel like I was in the safest hands and he joked a bit with me to get my mind off of the procedure I was getting ready to have. The second time I was in, the anesthesia didn’t quite take effect and left me feeling pain and uncomfortable. All I had to do was mention it to the doctor and he stopped to add more analgesics immediately and then waiting to continue until the meds took effect. I would highly recommend Just Smiles to anyone!!

I’ve been coming here for YEARS and have never had a complaint! The dentists and hygienists are always so friendly! A few years ago I got hit in the mouth with a metal object (freak accident) and one of my front teeth snapped in half. I went to an emergency dental care place and they completely botched my tooth. I went to Just Smiles a few days later and they were able to make it look just like my original tooth! I’ve never gone anywhere else ever since and I don’t think I ever will!

Best experience I’ve ever had! I was with my previous dentist for 20+ years and have to say I never got the quality of care I did, like I got at Just Smiles. At my visit they actually listened and are taking care of things that have been bothering me for years. To know they’re going to give me relief with the grinding my teeth, never thought I’d be so excited about my concerns being fixed. I’m going to switch my daughter because I had the best customer service and kindest staff and dentist. My first visit, they made me feel like I had been a patient longer.

The staff and doctors at Just Smile are the best! During my last visit, my hygienist was Abby. She is very personable, remembered our last conversation from six months ago about things going on in my life as well as things we were keeping an eye on with my dental care. She has a very light tough when cleaning however; is very thorough. DR. Phil Chahine popped in right as my cleaning was finished. He asked me how I was and we had some nice small talk about whats going on in life. Then he get got down to business reviewing my teeth and areas to work on. As always the cleaning and care at Just Smile is great, but what makes going to the dentist a breeze is the staff!

Love, love, love this practice!! My family has been going to this practice for 10+ years. I started going to this practice because it looked very kid friendly but I go there too! They are great with kids and adults. My kids always have positive experiences so they don’t mind going to the dentist. No long waits in the lobby! All the current technology. Friendly, helpful staff.

My appointment began 10 minutes before my scheduled time. The staff was friendly and courteous. They truly care about you as a person and as a patient. I received a thorough cleaning and x-rays. They took the time to explain everything to me and they also gave me advice as to taking the best care of my teeth. Dr. Phil and his team are the best!

I came to Just Smiles at the recommendation of my wife who have been looking for a new dentist for some time. I had not been to a dentist in over five years but I did need to go because my teeth are getting older and I had broken a tooth and was getting some pain from it. Dr. Phil and his excellent staff took care of me from the moment I walked in the door. I look forward to completing the rest of my dental plan with Dr. Phil and have no problem recommending Just Smiles to anyone that needs an  extremely competent dentist.

My friend recommended trying out Just Smiles when I was looking for a new dentist. The thought of going to the dentist just makes me uneasy. I have been back to Just Smiles twice. The first appointment was just for a cleaning and to setup a plan as I knew I needed some work done. After that first visit I knew I wanted to go back to have the other things done. The staff was very welcoming when I came in and answered all my questions. Everyone that took care of me that day were very professional, polite and made sure I understood everything. I waited until after my second visit to write this since that is when the major work started. I will have to say the second time I went in was just as good as the first time. I had a root canal done and everyone was again very welcoming and professional. Dr. Phil explained what he was doing each step of the process and Aubrea (dental assistant) was just as great as well. One of the best things (other than the service) were the headphones to listen to music so you do not have to hear the drill or any of the other tools that they use. The office is clean and modern. You can watch Netflix or listen to Pandora with the headphones they provide if it makes you more comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

If you are looking for a Dentistry for your entire family or maybe just you, do not hesitate, Just Smiles Dentistry is the best place to go.  Dr. Phil has skill, patience, adds a personal touch, and is professional.  I always feel welcome when I visit my dentist office.  The entire staff is so friendly.  I had the pleasure of having Shannon clean my teeth this time and she was wonderful.  Don’t wait…schedule your next appointment with Just Smiles Dentistry!!!

I am so glad I found this place! For a few years, I’ve avoided the dentist out of fear, but after my husband’s great experience I decided to visit Just Smiles in Hilliard. I’m so glad I did. Dr. Phil and his entire staff have been so wonderful. My fears were indeed correct that I have a load of dental problems, but they would never phrase it that way. They came up with a priority list of what to tackle first, explained why in the simplest of terms, and offered me payment options. I love that they show me my X-rays and ensure I understand all of the steps. His team is great, and I especially love Kate!

The Just Smiles entire staff is extremely professional.  I recently had some veneers replaced and the team walked me through entire process and made me feel comfortable.  Their schedules are flexible and I was able to get new veneers quickly.  They work with integrity and I trust them.  Their office is very comfortable and accommodating.  I would highly recommend either their Westerville or Hilliard offices.

Just Smiles is such an amazing dental office. I have moved quite often, therefore experiencing many dentists and staff. The care, pricing, and professional services are the best, and never disappointing. I have ultimate faith in their ability to perform any procedure needed. Due to my special circumstances of time restraints and expertise needed, one of the dentists came in on his day off to make it all happen. I had my wisdom teeth removal done by Dr. H and my recovery has gone way better than I expected. I have minimal swelling and hardly any pain even without taking ibuprofen. Just soreness and slight morning mouth aches. From my past visits, Dr. Patel and the hygienists are super easy to talk to and very welcoming.

I absolutely love this place!!! I have been going to Just Smiles now for around 8 years now. I came to them with a multitude of issues and a bit of fear from childhood dealings with dentists. These fears had kept me away from getting proper dental care for the better part of 15 years. Dr Phil and his staff made me feel comfortable right from the start, explaining exactly what they were going to do. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Thanks to these wonderful people, I have been able to smile again without embarrassment!! If you are looking for the best, look no farther. You have found them!!!

We have been going here for years and I’m really behind in writing this review. Dr. Chahine and his staff are EXCELLENT and have treated great over the years. I recently needed a crown due for a cracked tooth and the experience was very impressive. His staff was friendly, very experienced and professional. His technology wizardry was impressive as well; from the cameras to even the wireless music experience listening while in the chair. I would recommend these folks to anyone! Hands-down the best place to have any dental work completed.

I was so terrified of going to the dentist related to a painful visit in the past. I didn’t go to the dentist for over 20 years, but then I lost 2 crowns. The pain was so bad that I sat up most nights crying for over 2 months before my daughter Danielle saw my distress and made an appointment with “just smiles “. I was literally crying from fear when Dr. Phil did my initial check up. I told him about my past painful experience. He assured me that he could restore my smile without pain. I didn’t believe him, but kept my appointment anyway. There was a lot of work to be done after 20 years of neglect, but it was all done pain free and cost a lot less than expected. Dr Phil and his staff are awesome. I’m now returning on a regular basis for cleaning s and check-ups. All pain free

I wanted to review not only the professional talents of this dental staff but also the the amazing people they are. My sister worked at Just Smiles for many years until the pandemic and shut down demanded A layoffs and she was let go. My sister was diagnosed with cancer in March 2021 and lost her battle November 2021. The entire staff attended the service and went above and beyond to show their support. I cannot talk highly enough about these people professionally and personally.

I’ve been going to Just Smiles for at least 10 years. The two most notable aspects are that they are always fair and the dental assistants are always kind. You will be greeted with smiles and politeness and their team makes it clear they are dedicated to your comfort as well as to your dental health. My son and I both have pretty intense gag reflexes and the staff know how to treat that issue. A year ago I had my very first cavity filled and frankly, I was nervous. The dentist was patient telling me if I needed time, to just let him know and we could take a break. The assistant was great watching if I needed anything and both of them moved quickly enough that I didn’t need any break. It was clear they worked well together as a team. Likewise, if you have any concerns other than that of your dental health, you can certainly feel comfortable bringing them to the attention of the office manager (or anyone there really). Your concerns will be listened to with respect and the staff will go out of their way to be sure they are addressed. At no time will you feel as though you were not heard or were not treated with respect. Finally, their pricing is very fair and they have multiple policies in place should you need assistance. For example, they now have their own dental insurance policy which is definitely less expensive than what is offered through my work. You will make a good decision should you choose Just Smiles as your dental office.

I have been looking for a great dentist in Columbus for years.  Often times I ended up in assembly line type offices where it was more about the numbers over patients.  I happened upon Just Smiles and the place is great!  Everyone is friendly, scheduling is a breeze, and most importantly they treat you like a person and not just another number.  Your comfort and health is paramount.  My procedures went smoothly and everyone really takes the time to go over every step.  I have finally found my permanent dentist!

Just Smiles is the best dental office I have EVER been too. They accommodated my financial needs and the staff there is AMAZING! Dr. Phil, his demeanor and genuine care for patients is second to none. And I LOVE Aubrey. You can tell that she is a beautiful person inside and out. Those qualities in their staff make dental visits much more tolerable. Thank you to just smiles for everything especially Dr. Phil, Aubrey, and Stephanie♡

Lemme sum it up for ya real fast here: They got me in fast and when I needed it/was worried about my mouth/teeth/gums. Was a HUGE help. Found out what my problem was, which wasn’t a problem and took an enormous burden of worry off of me instantly (instead of waiting a month to get in at my dentist I had seen my whole life. Told the others that I might be messed up and needing something asap, they didn’t care. Just smile? They cared, got me in, in two days. They made time for me, a stranger, and now new client). Just smiles worked with me, there were no problems. They are chill, laid back, explained everything to me, relaxed, professional, and lovely. Extremely helpful, even tolerated me probably smelling sweaty from working outside a few hours prior, haha. Great people. Great folk. I am done with my dentist that I had been going to my whole life (in New Lexington) since I was a child and am now going to Just Smiles. Just Smiles even has plans available for you if you don’t have insurance, which are reasonable and affordable and WORTH IT. I signed up myself and paid for my wife’s regular that day after they got me in for my emergency visit. Even got half off my emergency visit for signing up for a plan that day. Just Smiles didn’t try to screw me or be greedy; they actually gave a care and were awesome to me. Awesome folk and place. 10/10, All the way. They were my wife’s dentist people before we got together years ago, and now they are mine.

Just had another crown put in and I never had a bad experience there!  Staff is always great and I really enjoy being there.  I like the fact that the practice is very up to date and modern, with great technology at the patients request.  Kids can play in the play area and play video games, just a great experience there!
