Dr. Nichols took over from my retired dentist. I was going there for 10+ years and was terrified of having a new dentist. But I was very comfortable immediately with him. He has a great personality and easy to talk to – and also does great dental work! I’ve not had the best teeth for awhile and always scared of someone new wanting to do too much – but he will always try to save your tooth before having to go to the next step. He is HONEST and does great work and those are the most important things! Definitely recommend!

I had my first visit with Dr. Nichols on Friday and from the moment I walked in I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. I was greeted by a happy, caring staff at the reception desk. In the treatment room, a smiling Anna prepared me for the procedure. Dr. Nichols explained my situation and provided me with a few options to consider. After taking the time to discuss the pros and cons, I selected a plan and we proceeded with the treatment. Dr. Nichols took his time with me, making sure I was comfortable and ok throughout the procedure. Absolutely no pain! At the end of the treatment, Dr. Nichols spent the extra time to make sure the tooth was right from both a bite and cosmetic perspective. Thank you Dr. Nichols and Staff!

Dr. Nichols is new to me as I was Seeing Dr. Ruscitto for years as he retired and Dr. Nichols took over his business. He’s great and explains what is needed and listens to you and gives his best advice on treatment. Today I had dental cleaning and dental x-rays. I had a wonderful experience with a new hygienist. She had great hands. Strong enough to give a good cleaning yet gentle enough to not hurt. I would take her again in a heartbeat. Dr. Nichols is very interested and concerned about my dental needs. The entire stall is excellent and genuinely very pleasant and happy. I love going there because they make me happy to be there.

Dr. Justin Nichols is truly awesome. He is a professional, highly skilled, knowledgeable dentist who sincerely cares about his patients. Moreover, he is genuinely warm, courteous and friendly the moment you first meet him. I first met Dr. J. Nichols when I had a bad cycling accident, and I needed major dental work including dental implants. Dr. J. Nichols showed me the greatest care and support as I recovered and went through the implant process which took a year. Dr. J. Nichols is patient and gentle, and he took his time to explain all dental the procedures that were going to take place, and he listened to and addressed all of my personal concerns. Dr. J. The first thing I will say is Dr. Nichols has excellent communication skills. He listened to my (numerous) concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. There is an authentic and genuine vibe about him; he made me feel like I was in good hands. During my appointment he took photos of problem areas and showed me on a monitor exactly what was goin on. Another thing I really appreciated about him is that he doesn’t triple and quadruple book patients, which means I’m not left sitting in the dental chair twittiling my thumbs for 20 minutes while he works on three other patients. I felt like he truly cared about my dental health and experience at the office. He has strong values that reflect in his meticulous work. Lastly, his office was clean, and for a germaphobe like me it’s a priceless quality. Highly recommend.

Dr Nichols was recommended to me by a friend, after I had broken and wisdom tooth and was freaking out a little. When I called him, they made time for me that afternoon, and he checked out my broken tooth, and we made a time for me to come back to fix it up.I was reassured at that first visit that it was going to be ok. I liked that he got me right in, even though he couldn’t remove it that day(because they did squeeze me in). I was happy to hear that he did wisdom tooth extractions- not all dentists do. I am so happy with the results of my procedure, and his caring staff, who didn’t make me feel like old person when filling out stuff on the iPad. The overall experience was very positive and I would recommend Dr Nichols to everyone. Thank you Dr Nichols and staff!

Probably the most professional dental visit I’ve had. Xrays and oral imaging provided by the team really lets you see what is going on…… Wow…and kinda eww! Awesome! A good amount of investment was put into the office and service area as well. How do i know? I was a patient of the previous provider, who i thought was great as well. There is only one negative out of my visit today; I now have to drive from Montclair, but quality is hard to find and worth the time. The jar of candy on the desk.

Best dentist ever! Each and every staff member is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental. Doctor Nichols goes above and beyond. My daughter needed major dental work that we couldn’t afford for a long time and they have been nothing but kind and concerned for my daughter. They took extra time, even including time with specialists to make a great plan for her treatment. They are so helpful and work around our schedule with reminders and phone calls. I never need to worry about scheduling appointments because they will. I would recommend Dr. Nichols and his staff to anyone who needs dental care. So thankful we found them. They all go above and beyond! Covid 19 precautions are in full force and have felt very comfortable going and making further appointments. If you need the best dentist, make your appointment here. I have been under his care since he established his current practice in Yorba Linda. I have been very impressed with both his interpersonal and technical skills. It is really nice to have a dentist who is personable and easy to talk to and who is also very technically skilled. This coupled with his state of the art equipment and an extremely talented and helpful staff makes this dental practice truly outstanding. Patient here, I had been looking for a dentist that I could trust and feel comfortable to take care of my dental needs. As a second-generation dentist, Dr. Nichols has a personal connection to this field in more ways than one – not only through his family, but through his own struggles with dental problems as well! Today, he goes the extra mile to creatively combine science, art, business, and communication in order to serve the needs of others in consistent, lasting ways. Dr. Nichols suffered a traumatic blow to his front teeth when he was just six years old. As a result, he was in and out of dental offices constantly as he grew up. He even had to wear a fake tooth appliance for most of his adolescent years. He really struggled with self-esteem during this time whenever he smiled or even spoke with others. Once Dr. Nichols’ jaw stopped growing, he was able to receive a dental implant, and the experience was nothing short of life changing. It also gave him a strong desire to focus on helping others through the field of dentistry, with a particular emphasis on dental implants and their transformative abilities. Because of his personal experiences, he understands the concerns of his patients in similar situations and is able to empathize with them. After completing his undergraduate degree at UC San Diego, Dr. Nichols pursued his dental doctorate at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, graduating at the top of his class with high honors. Following graduation, he underwent two years of a VA hospital-based residency with an emphasize on complex procedures like dental implants, oral surgery, bone grafting, and full mouth rehabilitation. Today, Dr. Nichols is proud to be a lifelong learner who regularly partakes in conferences and continuing education to stay at the top of the field. He definitely sees a role for himself in dental education in the future! He is also proud to be a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a member of the Academy of Osseointegration. Dr. Nichols really enjoys cultivating relationships with his friends and family. He often serves at his church and is even currently studying at the Talbot School of Theology in La Mirada. Dentistry as a whole is a ministry for him, and he sees international mission work as a critical part of his career. As for personal hobbies, he enjoys exercising on a daily basis, studying, cooking, and making expresso and pour-over coffee.
