I’ve been a patient for a little over a year and I’m so happy to have listened to all the great reviews because they are all true. I’ve been a patient at Delaware Dental for over twenty five years. I started with Dr. Norbert, Dr. Marks’ father, and continued with Dr. Mark when his father retired. Dr. Jason Justison recently joined the practice. My first two appointments with him were very good. I just had my third appointment and I am extremely pleased to say that I am looking forward to another twenty five year relationship! Kudos to the entire staff at Delaware Dental. Truly a wonderful group of professionals and always pleasant to be around.

Dr. Gladnick and his staff are a really great team, provide excellent service and make visits to the dentist a really nice experience. Every time I needed to schedule an appointment I was able to find an available time slot within a week or 10 days and I never had to wait upon coming to the office. It is also very nice that the doctor and the staff really know their patients and remember things you discussed with them even if they happened months ago. Would highly recommend!

I’ve had over 10 dentists in my life throughout insurance changes and never has one been as kind or professional an Dr. Gladnick. He personally performed my first cleaning which is unheard of in my experience. As well as doing fast and immaculate work on the three filling replacements I had done today. It would not be possible for me to recommend anything more highly than Dr. Gladnicks’ practice for any dental work or even routine cleanings.

After 4 years without seeing a dentist I finally decided to make an appointment and I decided to go here because I had heard good things about Dr. Justison through my family. Apparently Dr. Justison and Dr. Gladnick practice out of this location. Dr. Justison explained to me what was going on and it made me feel much more comfortable throughout the experience. He also gave me a very deep filling and it was completely painless (minus the prick from the anesthetic injection). I highly recommend Dr. Justison for anyone seeking a dentist that focuses on your comfort as a patient.

Dr. Gladnick and his staff are a gift! The level of comfort, personal communication and professionalism one sees in this office is truly remarkable. Clinical and office staff love what they do, and this is clearly shown in their interactions with patients. The quality of patient care is just outstanding. This is an office with an exceptional team of people—always cordial and very professional. Personally, I have not found a more comfortable in-office dental experience. You feel confident here that you’re receiving the care you deserve. This practice has my strongest recommendation. A very nice team of front-office and clinical staff work in this practice. They are friendly, caring and always facilitate an emotionally positive experience. Given the impact of COVID-19, the office has a set of hygienic protocols in place to safeguard patients’ health. Personally, I felt very safe having my teeth cleaned during this time. I still see Dr. Gladnick in Delaware when I go home to visit, even though I live in San Francisco; he’s that good!! Dr. G and his staff are welcoming, funny and great at what they do. I always have anxiety before going to the dentist, and my visits here always help me feel a lot better. They are gentle, thorough and entertaining! (They have flat screens above the chairs so you can watch Seinfeld, Friends, etc. while cleaning your pearly whites:)

I was so nervous about my son’s first dentist appointment, but these guys are AMAZING!! My son is five and nervous around doctors offices, but the staff at Drs. Gladnick and Justison were phenomenal! They showed my son how they were going to clean T-Rex’s teeth (who came along on the first visit with us) first and the hygienist even let him use her “special” tooth brush to “count” his teeth. My son was so relaxed getting to “count” his teeth and was so proud of himself for showing off his T-Rex smile after brushing his teeth with the “special” tooth brush. I am so thrilled to have found a dental group that is so amazing with kids! 5 stars!!!

I moved to Wilmington, DE a few years ago and consequently needed a local dentist. I went through the normal channels trying to find someone that took my insurance and was close to home, hoping that whoever I ended up with would get the job done without issue. My first visit to Dr. Gladnick’s office made me an instant fan, something I never thought I would say about a dentist office. The staff was warm and friendly, and the appointment began right on time (which seems to be somewhat of a feat in this day and age)! The appointment was unbelievably quick, the staff was wonderful, and Dr. Gladnick truly made me feel welcome. I can say that every appointment I have been to has been great. Every time I am greeted by name at the desk and made to feel like I am important and cared for every step of the way throughout the appointment. They give me all the important information you should receive, and help me take a proactive stance on my dental health. The staff remembers me from previous appointments, speaking to me on a personal level rather than just dull chit chat. Having such a good experience there, I had my then fiance get on the Dr. Gladnick bandwagon. As expected they treated him as awesomely as they treated me. When our wedding time popped up, the office went above and beyond giving us both a special cleanings to make our smiles even better for our wedding day. I can not sing enough praises for Dr. Gladnick and his staff. Dr. Galdnick and his staff provide a level of professionalism in combination with warmth and caring that is rarely seen in this day and age. I highly recommend his office to anyone in need of a dentist!

As Jeff G. said, Dr. Gladnick goes the extra mile. The first time I saw him I had an excruciating toothache and my own dentist said he couldn’t see me for 6 days. It was the Friday evening of a holiday weekend. I called Dr. Gladnick at his home (!!) and he said “Come on over to the office. I’ll be there in about 20 minutes. I’ve been with him ever since. You won’t find a friendlier staff or a better dentist. I love them all, and Dr. Justison is a wonderful addition to the office.

Over the weekend I was experiencing horrible tooth pain. Called the office on Friday and they prescribed a antibiotic for me and knowing my history knew that I needed a root canal. Since everyone is playing catch up due to the pandemic they originally wouldn’t be able to see me until next Wednesday, however Dr. Gladnick came in on his day off so that I wouldn’t have to wait until then and be in pain. So thankful. Great staff and great dentist. If your having issues or just need a great dentist, give them a call.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gladnick about 35 years now. I have never had a dentist that was as nice, patient, caring and keeping you briefed of what he was going to be doing procedure wise. All of his office staff are also just as nice as he is. I have not feared going to a dentist since starting with Dr. Gladnick. I was just there this week and same consistent service as usual. I was in for a visit (7/12/2021) to reconnect a cap that popped off. Believe it has been at least ten years since initially installed. And even surprising Dr. Justison that it was cemented back in place with no issue. Short and satisfied visit. I was in again on 11/23/2021 with an infected tooth issue with a recommendation of removing the tooth due to problems in the root of the tooth. The made me an appointment that day with an oral surgeon who removed the bad tooth without issue during the procedure and so far into the 2nd day, all is well. Great folks in this office! thanks to all. Jeff Viar Called their office today (3/7/2022) as I had a piece of a tooth that cracked off leaving a small, sharp spike that was rubbing against my tongue. I called about 2:10 pm and they asked how far away from the office I was and I responded 20 minutes or. I was advised to come on in right away. I arrived at 2:35 pm, was treated by grinding the spike down and polishing the tooth, and was out of there by 3:00 pm. Once again this shows how responsive these dentists are to the needs of their patients. Thanks Dr. Justison, techs and office staff. You are all great! And I have been with this office for 35 years. Personalty I haven’t been to dentist in many years and have nothing to compare with but from my personal experience it is the most friendliest and caring place. I would recommend anyone who lives near to visit it. I was having horrible wisdom teeth pain and had no choice but to make a visit. I was quickly recommended to take all four wisdom teeth out. Surgery was done at different location but after I healed I was scheduled to have two cleanings… I needed it. The result is phenomenal, I can smile again, it feels good. Now I got cavity to take care of, thanks to their high end x-ray machine that could detect it. All procedure are done with care and no pain or any discomfort. Also their scheduling has been very flexible and reception is always on point. Thank you for changing my life.

Dr Mark and his team are exceptional , they are warm and welcoming . I have anxiety issues the min I realise I have to see a dentist ( had back exp back in my country) . My first visit with Dr Mark ,I was a nervous wreak, I was shaking with anxiety , I requested him not to explain too much in detail how bad was the tooth and how deep was he going to drill my tooth . He made sure I had a painless treatment and waited for my Local Anesthesia to kick in. He gave me multiple breaks during the procedure as he understood it wasn’t the pain but my anxiety . Very good bedside manners ,absolutely patient and will hear your concerns out completely . Donna , Meghan and I don’t remember the Dental Hygienist’s name, they are kind and wonderful . My 3 year old is their patient as well and unlike me she doesn’t dread going to dentist all thanks to Dr Mark and team . I would highly recommend Dr Mark.

Most people hate going to the dentist. But let me tell you, I’ve always told everyone they should be jealous because I LOVE going to mine. I’ve been going here my entire life and I’m so glad I never went to anyone else! When Dr. Gladnick stopped being the head honcho and Dr. Justison came around, I was wary. However, after my most recent visit, I was nothing but impressed. He found a small cavity and within 20 minutes it was filled. This was just a regular check up! No second appointment necessary! After telling him I was sensitive to pain, he numbed me up and used the least amount of numbing I’ve ever had for a filling which was great because my face wasn’t funky afterwords, and I didn’t feel a thing – not even the numbing shot. Amazing. I want to thank everyone at Delaware dental for being so amazing to me throughout my entire life. I’ll be going here until I have dentures (and probably after that, too).

Everytime I go to Dr. Gladnick’s office, I am in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is very friendly. I remember my first time there and at that point in time, I was unemployed. One of the hygienist gave me a lead on a company that she deemed as a great place to work. I had never heard of this company before but I am proud to say that I followed her advice and as a result, I’ve been working for this company for five years now. I guess it’s not just a dentist.
