Seriously, You need to make Kaio Dental you’re go to Dentist. My family found this place after a broken tooth emergency, but I have decided to make this my family dentist! The office is beautiful, the staff (Especially Jennifer!) is great!, and Dr. Tram REALLY does great work. He isn’t out to sell you the big ticket items (like crowns!), he wants to keep your teeth as natural as possible while achieving beautiful work. This is a REAL customer service, REAL arm-side manner, and REAL satisfaction. Thank you to Jennifer (Front desk) for all her help straightening out my insurance and working with me. Plus my 2 year old son had plenty to play with in the waiting room with all those toys and books. And I got the free coffee! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! My appointment was fast, easy, and most importantly, pain-free! Dr. Tram uses all the latest tech to make things more convenient for you. He fixed my tooth in one short visit. My mind was blown Another dentist would take two weeks and require a second visit (my boss would really love that), wearing a temporary that you can’t chew on (or it’ll fall out; ask me how I know), and being numbed once again! Can’t say enough good things about this place!

The best dental visit I have ever experienced. The staff was attentive, knowledgable and articulated each phase of the procedure to include an itemized cost of the procedure. The Dentist was kind and confident. He didn’t try and push any additional work.The complete Crown work took an hour or so to complete, but all the work was finished in this one visit. There was no temporary crown with a later appt for the fitting of the permanent crown, one appt, and that was it. When the dentist applied the anesthetic, there wasn’t even a mild pinch. He was excellent. The price for the procedure was beyond reasonable. I was bracing for the knockout, but taken back on the affordability. I have a new Dentist. Thank you again

Dr. Tram and his staff provide exceptional services. They are hospitable and professional. Just got my routine cleaning and it seems as if I got my teeth whiten. The ambiance of this place is fun, modern and has a hint of pop of colors which gives you happy vibes. You can watch some movies while getting your teeth cleans or any other dental treatment because there are TVs placed on the ceiling in each exam room! So while getting your teeth cleaned and in reclined position, you can look up and enjoy some of your favorite movies. This place is also great for kids because we all know that most kids hate going to the dentist office (I know, I was). Waiting time, with appointments is not more than 15 minutes which is not bad. Just be mindful that when you make an appointment to any physician or dental offices there will be delays because prior clients or patients before you may have arrived late and may have extra treatment done that was outside the current treatment plan. That is why I highly advise to have first or early appointments or latest appointment. I have been to other dental offices and even when you make an appointment they make you wait more than 30 minutes, which is very inconvenient! Why even bother making appointments then. I rate this place 5 star because it is well deserved. Clean exam rooms (with TVs!) and bathroom, provide drinks (water, coffee, juice and etc), great results. Lastly, and most importantly, the staff are very friendly and work extremely hard to provide quality service. Some may have bad experiences, but this office has 5 star rating for a reason.

First Time Patient: Great customer service, from the receptionist, dental hygienist (Vanessa) to Dr. Kaio. They were friendly, courteous and more importantly informative and helpful. The facilities are very clean and modern. I had very little wait time. They also have a tv on the ceiling, where you can watch a movie of your choice, while you lay in the dentist chair. Teeth cleaning was thorough and pain free. Vanessa took the time to explain where I am in regards to dental health and where I can improve for preventative steps and maintenance. Dr. Kaio is friendly and wasn’t pushy, as far as recommending unnecessary services or procedures. I highly recommend!

This place is beautiful. State of the art everything. The receptionist is quick and courteous and always helpful when I call. The hygienists are gentle and thorough. Dr. Tram’s like this very very casual, but really skilled millennial-type dentist – which was a bit unnerving at first because we’re kind of old school type people but I’m glad we stuck with him. Dr. Tram is honestly the best dentist I’ve seen in my life. Guy is super approachable and easy to have a conversation with. Went for both general dentistry as well as orthodontic work for crooked teeth. I am fortunate enough to have never had a cavity or any major problem so I can only speak upon his ability to correct oral hygiene mistakes I was making, which I have actually seen a noticeable improvement in gum health. On his orthodontic side, I can attest for a lot. He was able to have an honest conversation with me about how much improvement I could see with clear aligners vs traditional braces and worked with me to achieve a goal that we both agreed was satisfactory based upon how far I was willing to go to correct everything. Even when I made a mistake with my aligners, Dr. Tran scolded me in a mutually funny way and offered to correct my mistake for me. I’ve never recommended a dentist before but have since told everyone I know to switch to Kaio Dental. The staff is equally amazing from the front desk to the hygienists. It’s generally just a good time going, haven’t yet felt the dread of an approaching appointment like I have for previous dental appointments

Excellent services! I had a root canal earlier in the day yesterday, which went very well; the Endodontist referred me to this office to complete the restoration of my tooth. Initially they had no appointments for the day and scheduled me an appointment for the following week. I decided to stop by the office to see where it was located and to complete paperwork. Receptionist Ms. Jennifer was so helpful and accommodating. After verifying my insurance and completing my paperwork she asked Dr. Tram if he would see me since I was already there. Dr. Tram is very personable, pleasant, and professional. He did a wonderful job on my teeth. I will be bringing the rest of my family. Kaio Dental has always been excellent. I first came here to get a crown on a discolored front tooth from a childhood injury and subsequent root canal. Dr. Tram did not push to have anything done; he cleaned the tooth meticulously to remove any stains to make sure I wanted to proceed even with it looking more whitened. When I decided to proceed, he was able to make the crown the same day to accommodate to my busy schedule. More recently when I have come here for cleaning, I have been so impressed with the staff and care the practice has taken to ensure everybody’s safety regarding COVID. We wait in the car to avoid crowding in the waiting room, each room is sanitized between patients, and each room has its own air purifier. Most importantly staff are adequately protected. Being in healthcare myself, I’ve heard of horror stories of staff feeling under equipped to work, but I was happy to see Dr. Tram taking care of his team. All the hygienists are great and my teeth always feel so clean. Thank you for all your care

Finding a truly skilled dental professional that is easily accessible and looks our for your best interest is always a struggle. Luckily, I found it at Kaio Dental with Dr. Tram. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. Dr. Tram was extremely personable and nice. The Kaio dental team focuses on comprehensive family dentistry. Dr. Tram is trained in advanced cosmetic dentistry, porcelain restorations, and biocompatible dental materials that are safe to use in your mouth and on your teeth. Our team is trained in different clear aligner systems such as Invisalign as well as other options in orthodontics as to best maximize your smile. We do wisdom teeth extractions and root canals when necessary, but also explore all other treatment options before extracting or performing a root canals on a vital tooth. We believe that less is more when it comes to oral health and strive to be as conservative as we can. We understand that the best treatment is also the most conservative and preserving for your natural teeth is our goal. Dr. Chonway (aka John-Wayne) Tram was born and raised in Southern California. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, he continued his studies in a General Practice Residency at St. Barnabas Hospital. While there he was awarded merits for excellence in oral surgery and as the most productive resident. After residency Dr. Tram returned to his SoCal roots and practiced for a number of years in Newport Beach. Eventually the ocean air grew thin as Dr. Tram longed to return home to the Inland Empire. Not soon after, Kaio Dental was born. Aside from being an active member of some amazing dental organizations (ADA, CDA, TDCS and ICOI), Dr. Tram is also an assistant professor at Western University School of Dental Medicine.
