Dr. Kaiser and staff are amazing. Had a nagging chipped tooth issue for around two months. I held off as long as I could and called them. They were able to squeeze me in the next day without any issues. The staff and Docs are taking great care in making everyone daft throughout this whole COVID issue. Their cleanliness and procedures to ensure everyone’s safety is top notch. They had me in and out within 20 minutes with a fill and file. Thank you Kaiser Family. You guys are awesome!

I had a sudden toothache that felt serious so I called two other places and one didn’t return my call and the other *couldn’t* see me until 2 weeks later. So I called Kaiser Family Dentistry and they took me two hours after I called. The person answering the phone sounded kind and genuinely concerned about me. When I got there, I saw a dental assistant who was also kind and professionally thorough. Then I saw Dr. Kaiser and he was so nice and listened to everything I had to say about my history with that tooth and dentists. Then he worked on the tooth and together we decided it could not be saved and now we have steps for fixing the problem soon. I would totally recommend this practice to anyone anywhere, but especially BG.

Today I went to the Kaiser Family Dentistry for the first time. My experience was AMAZING! I have never had a teeth cleaning before and was very nervous/embarrassed about my appointment today. Everyone there made me feel so comfortable and accepted. Lynn was my hygienist and she was just the absolute best. Lynn carefully cleaned my teeth and created a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for me. I’m so happy with my experience and can’t wait to show the world my new, cleaned smile (:

Let me first say that going to the dentist is not high on my list of things to do. However I was in need of bridge work. After leaving I knew this experience needed shared. Upon entering I was greeted by very friendly office staff and could not help but notice their beautiful smiles. I no more than sat down in the waiting room before I was greeted and taken back by a friendly assistant. She wasted no time in getting me prepared for my procedure. Doctor Kaiser came in and we spoke briefly as he answered my questions and prepared to numb me. I am anything but a fan of needles. Dr. Kaiser then showed his superb skill set by administering the anesthetic quickly and painlessly. A short time later he returned and went to work. With a steady hand and incredible chair side manner he made short work of my issue and had me out of the chair and on my way home in no time. I would recommend Dr Kaiser and his office to anyone!! It is easy to see why they are so highly recommended!! Thanks Dr. Kaiser and Staff. You’re the best!!!

I will recommend Kaiser Family Dentistry to everyone! The office was beautiful and incredibly clean. I love how carefully and sweetly the staff guided me through their covid19 routines. Both the secretarial and dental staff were so friendly and clear about what they were doing the whole time. I paid out of pocket and someone from the staff even came in before the doctor had done any work to make sure I knew how much I would be paying. Every person who helped me was an obviously skilled clinician, and a clear communicator. Grateful for their attention to detail and friendliness!

Oh…my…goodness….this is by far the BEST dentistry. Dr. Jeffrey Kaiser, Dr. Kristen Kaiser, and Dr. H. are the most professional dentists around. Their love of the practice shines through each and every visit. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They always put the patient first and does what is best for the patient. I feel like family when I go there. My husband and two sons go there as well. They have great hours and are open 5 days a week. The staff is remarkable. They are always smiling, cheerful, and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Appointments are easy to make and they work around our busy schedule! I can not say enough about this practice…it is so wonderful. If you are looking for a dentist or you are not receiving wonderful service from your current dentist…call this one…you will not regret it! Best decision we made in 2013, was joining this family dentistry….where truly you are treated like family! 5 stars

I am usually terrified of the dentist. As a new patient I was very nervous going in, but everyone was so nice and made me feel so at ease. They did everything to make sure I was comfortable and had no pain in my sensitive teeth. They made sure I was not in any pain whatsoever and came up with multiple ways to be able to clean my teeth to ease my anxiety. I am so happy I chose to come here and plan on making this our dentist for everyone in my family. I definitely recommend them.

Drs. Kaiser and Hoehner do great work. I always feel comfortable coming to the dentist because their office staff and hygienists are very friendly and competent. They work well with clientele across the age span. As I observe conversations during my appointments for myself and my children, I am impressed with the professionalism and positive, caring demeanor throughout the office. My children (toddler-teenager) feel comfortable coming to the dentist as well. I would highly recommend coming to this dentist.

I’ve probably had 4 or 5 visits to this office so far for cleanings and restorative work. I’m extremely happy with their work and their staff. Everyone is very warm and friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Experience was good, the team was helpful and nice throughout my time there. The “social-distancing” measures were well observed. I had an emergent situation and they were able to accommodate me on a short notice; the referral process was also smoothly executed as well. I look forward to my future regular appointments. Update: I have been there 3 times for regular teeth cleaning and all times it has been a good experience. The dentist and the staff do a thorough job and the paperwork stuff also gets done efficiently.

Amazing practice. Called this morning after breaking a tooth and they got me in same day to set a temporary crown, which was expertly made. Not only that, they handled my service dog in training with so much care and compassion. He was clearly upset something scary was happening to me, and since I couldn’t talk, I couldn’t let him know I was okay. They had someone sit with him and distract him so that I could get the work done. This is the first dentist i have gone to since moving to Ohio, but I would recommend them over and over again. Definitely going to be my dentist permanently!

Is it legal to love your dentistry office. These guys are great and do a great job. My old dentist told me I had a cavity under my older bridge. Always thought that that seemed a little off. KAISER family took an x-ray and assured me there was not cavity. What a relief. They take their time and do it right the first time. I really appreciate these guys. Highly highly recommended! Who would ever think you would like going to your Dentist?

This is the best dentist office. Everyone is so friendly. I’ve been going here for nearly 20 years and now I take my children here. The staff is amazing both with adults and children, mine started going when they were 2 and they love it. For 8 months I had dental insurance that they didn’t take and i pushed back my appointment rather than find a different dentist. I could not imagine going anywhere else. I recommend this dentistry to everyone I know. Couldn’t be happier.
