I had a great experience. I was visiting from out of town and had an episode of severe tooth pain. They fit me in the same day and saw me on time. Front desk staff and office are very nice, with a lot of things for kids too. Dr. Rahim did a thorough assessment and exam and treated my tooth easily. Would recommend to anyone!

This is the most comfortable dental office I have ever been to. Dr Rahim Abdul is a fantastic Professional and a very friendly person. I was always scared of visiting a dentist. But Dr Rahim always make sure that I am comfortable enough on the dental chair before and during the treatment. Even after the treatment, he will make sure that all my concerns are answered before I come out of their office. Thanks to Dr. Rahim I am no more scared to visit a dentist and get my teeth treated. Can’t recommend them enough.

Upon discovering a potential abscess on my daughter’s tooth right before traveling to Cincinnati for the holidays, we decided to try to find somewhere to get into right before Christmas. Kaizen Family Dental were happy to accommodate us quickly and even offered to come in on a Sunday. They did a thorough job of eliminating our concern and letting us know we could wait until getting home before getting treatment for the overcrowding that was causing her pain. Highly recommend!

I and my kids had been there for check up and cleaning and we were treated with care and Dr. Rahim has an excellent knowledge and does an excellent job and make us feel comfortable like home. His staff is very kind, professional, and welcoming. Clinic also has kids play area which is also we very useful for small kids. We are happy with the services and would highly recommend to visit Kaizen Dental for any dental care.

I am glad I met Dr. Abdul Rahim for my dental issues. He and his staff are extremely caring and thoroughly professional and help the patients feel like at-home. Dr. Rahim Abdul has wealth of knowledge, skill and professionalism. He took the time to explain each x-ray taken and the procedure needed based on the x-ray review and he took time to explain every procedure he was doing or planning to do well ahead of time so that you are well prepared. We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Rahim and his staff. My daughter was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Rahim was very patient with her and spend a lot of time trying to calm her down, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Rahim is very professional, he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice, It’s not easy to find a good dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Rahim and his staff for kids and adults.

Dr.Rahim and his staff are awesome! They’ve always been accommodating with my schedule and allow for last minute appointment changes, if necessary. I’ve been getting dental work done with Kaizen for more than 6 months and it’s been a good experience so far. They are very patient and persistent when dealing with dental infections. I had to come back 3 times for a single infection and they always made sure I was comfortable when they were working on it and were persistent in treating the infection.

Very nice service, The Dentist is well experienced and knowledgable, and explained and addressed the dental concerns we had, the staff is very friendly and the nurse is exceptionally good at her work and she gently handled my young daughter. Having seen lot of dentist for 25 years considering the dental problems i have, i would rate the Kaizen as one of the best in service and with pleasure made it as top of our choice for our family dental care. Thanks to Kaizen. Also the facility is very nice with some latest machinery which i had not seen earlier.

I have been consulting Dr Rahim for my wife’s tooth problems and so far have had very positive experience about how he conducts the procedures and provides detailed explanation of the underlying problems. He seems to have a plan as to how we could tackle the given dental problem over a period of time without having to burden the patients with immediate dental procedural costs. His facility is very good and has excellent staff. Overall am very happy with my experience with Kaizen Family dental and would highly recommend the same.

Dr Rahim Abdul is very professional yet very friendly which made me satisfied as he explained me in detail about my dental problems in simple language and provided me the treatment plan. The facility is very clean and spacious with latest technological equipments. The support staff is very welcoming and respectful. I was initially scared to visit any dentists as i have heared from many regarding post dental work issues, however Dr Rahim Abdul did an excellent job and I haven’t had any post dental work issues. I would recommend my freinds, relatives and family members to consult Dr Rahim Abdul for their dental needs.
