Dr. Tommy Kakouras is an phenomenal dentist! I love and appreciate all the work that he and his staff does. Everyone in the dentistry from the front door staff to the back office staff is extremely polite, professional and personable. I recently got a crown replaced that I originally got when I was 16 and I actually shed tears! My crown is beautiful and you cannot even tell it’s a crown! I’ll let you see for yourself..

Simply put, this is one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist. I am not a big fan of dentists.. as such, I am sure that I have created quite a few of my own dental issues. I was recently in kind of an urgent situation where I lost a crown and most of the tooth attached. Kakouras Family Dentistry was able to get me in fast, evaluate the need, create a plan.. and execute it. For a filling and an extraction, I was in and out of the office in about 1 hour! (But never felt rushed) I appreciate that they respect their patient’s time. The office staff is professional yet very personable. I will be going back in a few weeks for a full new patient work up, and while I would never say that I am looking forward to a dentist appointment, I am not dreading it either! LOL! Thanks Dr Tommy! I have been going to Dr. Kakouras for years and he has always been responsive, professional, and feel that they are doing the necessary and proper procedures for what is needed. Recently, I had an emergency and they saw me extremely promptly, corrected the issue, and were sensitive to the charges. Best dentist I’ve had in my life and they have my business as long as I am in the area!

If your looking for a great dentistry go to Kakouras Family Dentistry. The Doctors and Staff are nothing but professional,kind,and knowledgeable . They welcome you with great big smiles as soon as you walk though the door up until you leave. There are two doctors at the practice who are husband and wife, Dr.Helms and Dr. Kakouras. Both of the doctors are great. They are very passionate about their job and put your best interest first, always going the extra mile to ensure the patients satisfaction.All the staff explain everything out to you about your treatment you may need to receive or the treatment your about to receive. Everyone from the Doctors, Dental Hygienist, and Dental Assistants are nothing but gentle with you. You truly can tell everyone has your best interest in mind, they even are kid oriented. They make sure that the kids are comfortable, whether they are with their parents who are getting the cleaning or the kid is getting the cleaning. If your kid comes with you they have special chairs for them to sit on while you receive your cleaning and when they get their teeth clean they reward them with stickers and a trip to the treasure chest. I wouldn’t recommend any other practice but Kakouras Family Dentistry. It’s perfect for the whole family.

The one and only Dental office that you feel welcomed and you are treated as family. Starting from the front staff to the Dental Assistants to the Doctors this place is great. I will speak highly of this Dental office with much praise to both Doctors on how amazing of a job they do. My entire family has been seen at this office and we all can say that the way we are treated can’t be compared to other dental offices around the area. The care that is provided is top notch! Highly recommend this Dental Office.

Dr. Kakouras and Dr.Helms were so great. I brought my mom to this office because of the friendly staff and welcoming environment they have. My mom has huge dental anxiety and from the moment she walked in they were able to put her at ease during her appointment. Patty at the front desk was also very nice and helped breakdown how the appointments and financials work for each visit. I love this office and they have a great team!

Having just moved out of state, you can imagine how much of a nightmare finding a great dentist would be! Thankfully, with the help of several outstanding reviews, I put my trust in Kakouras Family Dentistry and was NOT at all upset about that decision! Kakouras Family Dentistry made me feel at home right away! By welcoming intimate conversation and explaining things in pure customer care detail, everyone in the office is sure to make you a friend before a patient! My shiny teeth and I will be back!!

I have very high anxiety about going to the dentist. My past experiences are what has defined this nervous relationship with the phrase “dentist”. But I care about keeping my teeth. And I had some serious issues from neglect on my part… I was encouraged by my family to get insurance and go to their dentist. Kakorouras family dentistry. I was so scared I was trembling the whole time during my exam. I had issues that I knew were bad. The team didn’t go hard on me like my past experiences they cheered me up and were empathetic with the fact that I care and want to make healthy choices. They didn’t scare me with the situation. They told me my treatment plan with a solution based attitude. No shaming. No negative outlook on my hygiene. Encouragement that is and was the genuine article. I’m still completing my treatment plan but I have completed about half. I am consistently treated very well. And I’m starting to feel better about myself as a person because it really took a lot of effort on my part to follow through. In terms of how my treatment plan was laid out. It’s also amazing.. Everything is laid out with common sense. I’m not super uncomfortable from having too much done in one day at the recommendation of the team. I appreciate this office greatly and at every turn I recommend them to those I encounter who are searching for dental care.
