Dr. Mitri’s office represents everything I want in a dentist: professionalism, efficiency, and competence. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my cleaning to begin after arriving at the office. Dr. Mitri is certified to use a special cleaning tool that cleans much quicker than scraping tools at other dentist offices. I also never feel like Dr. Mitri or his associates are trying to sell me on any unnecessary treatment or procedures. After several years of getting regular check-ups at Dr. Mitri’s, I would definitely recommend them as a reliable, professional, and competent dental practice.

Excellent service. I felt like I wasn’t even at the dentist. NO waiting time which is amazing. The cleaning of my teeth took minutes and was quicker than any other cleaning I’ve had. Dr. Mitri is professional, knowledgeable and easy to understand. I would highly recommend him looking for a dentist.

Dr. Mitri is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever seen in my life. Very straightforward, presents all your options, and is remarkably efficient. The office isn’t as sleek looking as some of the newer practices, but the patient care more than makes up for it. As a bonus, you can book appointments on ZocDoc! Dr. Mitri is absolutely the most compassionate dentist I have ever seen. He walked me through everything he did, made sure I was comfortable and was generally very trustworthy and professional. His knowledge of dentistry and desire to ensure I trusted his expertise made me very happy that I chose him as my dentist. I highly recommend him and that says a lot coming from someone like me who has never been a fan of dentists. You will not regret seeing Habib.

I tried out Dr. Mitri because of his excellent reviews here on ZocDoc ( a lot of which seemed to be from people like me who are afraid of the dentist after having bad experiences with other dentists in the past ). I’m so glad I found him on here, because my appointment was fast, easy and quite nearly painless (considering it’d been a few years since my last cleaning, I’m thrilled). He was so kind when I told him about my anxiety with dentists, and he made sure to explain everything he was going to do and what I could expect. I can’t even express how relieved I am to have finally found a dentist I can trust. I highly recommend him. I’ve also never been to a practice where the dentist does the cleaning — all in all, a great experience.

Dr. Mitri is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. He even takes personal attention and does cleanings while most other dentists farm it out to a hygienist. He has a very compassionate but straightforward manner and has never tried to push anything I didn’t need or ask for, which many dentists do.

Dr. Mitri was awesome. My permanent retainer broke and I didn’t have a dentist in the area and he was able to see me on very short notice. I explained my situation and he was able to glue it back on in only a few minutes. He was great about explaining each step of the process and I was comfortable the whole time. Would definitely go back!

I really hate the dentist. I haven’t been in years, and I was terrified when I realized I had an abcessed tooth. I called Dr. Mitri’s office because it’s close Io my house, and he saw me within 24 hours. The office is peaceful and quiet, his assistant is great, and he was calm,relaxed, and reassuring. He took X-rays and examined me, hen referred me to an oral surgeon — and sent my info to hem Immediately. He was also VERY reassuring about the procedure ahead of me being simple and painless (and he was correct). Then, he didn’t charge me for he consultation. My husband and I are pleased to have inadvertently found a great dentist.

Habib Mitri is the best dentist I have ever had. I have a long history, since childhood, of traumatic experiences with dentists and Dr, Mitri is absolutely the perfect antidote to fear of dentists., He is kind, gentle, does not judge and is a master at his craft! If you avoid going to the dentist for regular check-ups because of fear, Dr. Mitri is the absolute best person you could find for a pleasant dentist visit

Dr. Mitri is the best dentist I’ve found so far. I really liked that he took the time to explain everything he was doing and the reasons for them, and answered all my questions. I first went for a cleaning and to see how my 3 cavities had progressed (which another dentist told me I had to get treated 10 months before). He told me I had no cavities (and showed me the x-ray as proof), explained to me why I had to keep on redoing my fillings (because i grind my teeth), which no other dentist had ever explained to me before. I found the cleaning a bit expensive, but it’s worth it for the honesty (definitely cheaper than getting 3 fillings done for cavities that don’t exist!) I went back to get my worn–out fillings redone. He told me honestly that the third one could wait another year, and I could see that the others just popped out, as he predicted. His manner is very warm and gentle, he seems to care about his patients. He gave me 20% off because I had no dental insurance (and maybe because he saw that I was unemployed). I also really like the office – you get a nice view of connecticut avenue in the dentist’s chair, which I found quite relaxing. Overall, I really appreciated his honesty, his willingness to educate and inform, and of course it was really nice of him to give me 20% off.

I am dentist-phobic and Dr. Mitri is gentle and really really nice and an all around pleasant guy to know.  Seriously- he’s a good dentist.  (And when I bumped into him totally out of context, he recognized me way before I could place him… that’s bedside manner!)

Dr Mitri is kind, professional and incredibly efficient. He uses an ultrasonic tool to clean your teeth which makes hygiene appointments super quick. Exam, deep cleaning, polishing, and X-rays in 15 minute. I also appreciate their COVID precautions. Very happy repeat patient here 🙂

I have been seeing Dr. Mitri for many years and have been incredibly happy with the basic cleanings and checkups, but have been completely thrilled with the bite guard and porcelain crown he did for me about 6 years ago. Both are still in perfect condition. After a few years out of the area I moved back and broke a tooth. Dr. Mitri got me in next day and his staff applied a credit from more than five years ago that I had forgotten about.
