I waited until I was fully vaccinated to make an appointment for a cleaning and exam. I had only been to the office once before because my dentist, Dr. Cochin, joined this practice recently. Everyone in the office was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Cochin, as always, took the time to answer my questions and discuss treatment options. When I needed some emergency advice on the weekend when the office was closed, Dr, Kanner got back to me quickly and even arranged a telephone consultation with an oral surgeon within minutes. It has been a pleasure to be treated by Dr Kanner and his staff.it was a completely positive environment and the staff was extremely professional,I would recommend them to anyone looking for great dental care ,you are met at the front by Two of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting by the names of Princess and Kelsey and afterwards your taken into the room by a very professional and courteous nurse of who’s name I haven’t had the pleasure of getting yet but she’s one of the best I’ve met in The field ,and then Doctor Kanner introduces himself and makes you feel right at home ,and they even throw in a little Chairmen of the board music to make you feel really relaxed,and who can’t relax to old Blue Eyes crooning to days of Wine and Rosess ! Its really a great experience to be treated in such a cavalier and relaxing atmosphere, hope you get a chance to experience this for yourselves sometime in the future ,if you should ever need dental procedures.

As we all know, you get what you pay for. I’ve been a patient of his for years. Every last tooth repaired but Dr Kanner not only has been a permanent fix, it is so seamless, I can’t point out which are his works of art and which are my natural teeth. He is an artist to be sure! I’ve been a patient for over 15 year – Dr. Kanner is caring, kind and extremely good at what he does. I’ve never had the slightest discomfort during any procedure which comes to think about it, I’ve never heard anyone say about visiting the dentist. Is there a better dentist than Dr. Jed Kanner, DDS? I don’t think so. I’ve had many dentists over my 68 years, some of them actually family members. Dr. Kanner has been our family’s dentist for the past 35 years even though my wife and I have lived in Maryland/Boston for 15 years. The office is extremely well run and Dr. Kanner is true gentleman, totally focused on his patients.

I visited the office for a consultation. Their professionalism and kindness prior to the visit were outstanding. They were time efficient, helpful, and accommodating. The office environment is quite peaceful and relaxing. They only see one patient at a time, which facilitates focus, and, for the patient, a level of comfort that while there, the focus is 150% on you. Dr. Kanner is kind and professional. He will provide several different options. There was no pressure for immediate decision making. However, I called the office within one hour and asked them to schedule the next appointment ! This office seems like a rare gem in the isle of Manhattan !

Great office and Dr Kanner is very gentle. He’s caring and always providing great service. He knows I’m very scared of the dentist and explains everything to me so I understand what will happen during my visit. I also LOVE Rachel the dental hygienist!
