From the moment I called to set up an appointment to the time that I left I couldn’t have left happier. The office staff was amazing and made sure I felt comfortable. Dr. Burns was great. She seemed genuinely concerned and wanted me out of pain asap. She even sent me to a specialist for a second opinion to make sure my tooth could be saved. I am very satisfied and consider this dental facility my new dentist. Not to mention its high tech and super clean. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Burns and her staff are wonderful! Having been multiple times, each staff member continues to provide the most pleasant and comfortable dental experience of my life. Mixing delightful personality with gentle and efficient dental procedures, I walk away every time with tremendous satisfaction. I would encourage anybody to visit! Particular shout out of late to Dr. Kidwell and Nicole, as they have paired to form one of the best dental duos that have ever treated me!

My experience at Dr. Burns office exceeded all of my expectations. My first visit was for a new patient consultation with Dr. Anna Shoopak. During this visit, I had X-rays taken of my mouth and a comprehensive oral exam of my gums and teeth. Dr. Shoopak took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand. She was very informative and even made several recommendations. Unfortunately, I did have a very small cavity in which I scheduled a follow up appointment for the filling. When I returned for the filling, Dr. Shoopak and her dental assistant Kylie welcomed me with a friendly smile and made me feel at ease from start to finish. Dr. Shoopak explained the options for numbing the area with local anesthetic and then began the procedure. It was seamless – I was not in any pain and it was pretty quick. She then examined the area to ensure that it was complete to perfection. Dr.Shoopak truly cares about her patients and results! THANK YOU to Dr. Shoopak and Kylie for going above and beyond. I would highly recommend this awesome duo to anyone!

I would give 10 stars if I could but I will just have to settle with 5 stars which I think they deserve more rating then ever. After moving to St. Petersburg Florida and searching for a dentist. I came across this facility. I had 3 appointment visits with this amazing dentist. My experience was awesome words cannot describe this place. I mean this is the best dentist I ever visit. The place is very clean with high tech equipment. The staff is very professional, friendly, and Curtisy. They did a great job with my treatment. The best thing of all they will show you what’s going on with your tooth or whatever proplems you maybe having rather then tell you what’s going on. Most dentists will tell you what’s going on but doctor Karen staff actually showed me step by step on what’s going on with my toothes which is the first time a dentist has ever perform that type of X-ray. This staff will give u the best treatment of care u need and any suggestions to better help you for healthier teeths. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. You will walk out feeling so confident. I am so satisfied with the results. I am proud to say this is my home dentist now. I will recommend this place to the whole Florida region.

I have lived all over the country. I have had several Dentist that were very good, kind and affordable. However, every experience at Karen Burns office is painless, professional even exciting. The staff treats me like family. The office is impeccably clean and comfortable. The skill set of all the staff members are the 1% of the 1%. All of the ones that worked with me were precise and efficient. In the past, it was always tedious to take time from my overwhelming work Day to make the trek to the dentist and go through the motions. When I go to Karen Burns office, I look forward to it. I had recently lost my father and was in a financial pinch. Their business manager assist me with securing a credit line to cover what my insurance would not. Best Dentist and staff in America!

I’m a regular patient of Dr. Burns and recently went in to get a front chipped tooth repaired. Dr. Burns and her team are amazing! They took the time to perfect the color and make it look natural. You would never be able to tell! I couldn’t be happier with the results. Their entire staff including the reception/front office team are so kind and patient. I will never go anywhere else.

I was very pleased right away. This was my first time here, I was impressed with the friendliness from all staff, the fast service, I did not wait more than 10 minutes from my arrival time (I made an appointment). The first exam was a new experience because there was some high tech items used and then the Dentist went over all the findings, the good and the bad. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I recently moved from Orlando to St Pete and was searching for a Dentist who does Filler and Botox. I always went to my client who is a Periodontist back home because he was a natural, being so familiar with the facial structure and muscles. I found Dr. Burns through a Google search and I couldn’t be more pleased. Her office is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and Dr. Burns herself is incredibly kind, thorough and genuinely in love with what she does. As a perfectionist she took extra time to make sure I was satisfied (which I totally am) and was as fascinated by the changes she was able to make in helping me deal with the aging process but making it them look natural. I have already referred Dr. Burns to a few people, not just for injectables but for dentistry. She will absolutely be my dentist! One more thing I’d like to say is that she is very involved in giving back to the community and helping those who are not as fortunate as herself. I find her so easy and enjoyable to talk to, which is rare with Doctors these days. She is trustworthy, skilled and really, just wonderful. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!
