Where do I start. I have been with Dr. Kleinova for the past 2 years. Her office staff starting with Vincent in the front always has a smile on his face. He always sits with you first to advise your visit will consist of. Then your in for the most wonderful dental experience with Dr. Kleinova, you feel relaxed and just let her do what she does best. I have always had so much fear of going to the dentist, but with Dr. Kleinova time just go flies by, just like being in a spa, just put on your earplugs and doze off and relax to your own music

I’ve been a patient of Dr Kleinova’s for some years, ever since she took over the practice from the previous owners (who were, themselves, wonderful dentists and people- and who took a long time to choose the right person to take over the practice). She is not only an honest dentist, one you feel will never recommend unnecessary work or undersell a serious problem, but also a kind person who’s sensitive to her patients’ needs and stresses. I wholeheartedly recommend her along with her entire office staff. There’s very little turnover, which speaks volumes about the integrity of the practice as a whole.

Dr. Kleinova and her dental staff have been first class since day 1 of me going here.  Vincent works as the office manager (you are greeted by his smiling face every time you walk in the door) and he is always professional and personable. He takes the time to review with each patient the work they will be getting done that day, and also checking in to see if they need anything (water, tea, coffee, a smile…lol). The dental assistants are also very friendly, and although there has been some new ones the office had not skipped a beat! Dr. Kleinova has taken care of my mouth with correcting fillings I had done by another dentist that kept coming out, performing a root canal when I clinched my teeth in my sleep so hard that I cracked my tooth in half, and much more. I never hesitate to go to her, as I know she will do quality work with my pearly whites.

I’m from France and was looking for the perfect dental veneers here in USA where the reputation of expertise in this field is well known. So as my husband needed dental care during our stay in L.A he met Doctor Kleinova who had been recommanded to him. He had a so good feeling with this dental office that he suggested me to be cared by Dr Kleinova and her staff. I did but was a bit anxious before this intervention because it was a very delicate work and so important to me. At first I needed the Invisaline treatment which took me a while and was carried out with professionalism that made me in a great feeling of confidence.Then the veneers were put in place and my satisfaction was absolutly complete, they changed my smile…and I mean somehow my life. Everything about this place is awesome. From the moment I called to make my appointment I knew I was in good hands due to how friendly Vincent was. The whole process of getting signed up for my first visit was painless but they made sure to cover all of the bases in terms of making sure they knew everything and anything about me that could affect my dental health. I told them that I had some sensitivity to vibration in my front teeth and Dr. Kleinova went above and beyond in making sure that my experience was pain free. They are very caring and want to do anything they can to give you a positive experience with them. I could go on and on about all of the small details these guys get right but I will save your time and just tell you if you are wondering if this should be your dentist, the answer is YES!

It has been a pleasure going to the dentist again. I’ve had bad experience in the past, but that has all changed with Katerina. She is pleasant, patient and has the best bed side manor I have ever seen. I have recommended so many people and I will continue to promote my experience. If your looking for a great dentist please give them a chance you won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Kleinova is an absolute life saver! I broke my tooth (on a piece of roasted garlic of all things). This was at dinner, so 9pm, and I’d never felt pain quite like it. I couldn’t reach my dentist. I left lots of muffled VM’s, she probably thought I was some kind of stalker. So my girlfriend turned me on to Dr. Kleinova. They answered my emergency call in about 15 minutes. They scheduled an appointment for 9am the following morning. I arrived early since I couldn’t sleep and they opened the office early and I was in the chair by 8:30. She was incredibly compassionate and gentle and she saved my favorite molar! I highly recommend her!

This is the best dental practice I ever visited. Dr Kleinova and Dr Chang are absolutely wonderful and very caring. Upon my arrival, complete examination was done and I went back few times to fix what my previous dentist done incorrectly. Today, after years of being in pain I finally can use me teeth without suffering. My root canal was redone, all cavities fixed and I am waiting to get my implant started on. Finally, I have the right dentist and I will always come here in the future. I recommend this practice to anybody, even if it should be little out of your way, it is absolutely worth it.

Been going to this office for years.  They are the best.  Professional, honest, thorough, and they don’t try to up-sell you treatments that are unnecessary.  Vincent who handles the front desk is super friendly and efficient.  Dr. Kleinova and all the hygienists are gentle and handled my cleanings with care and attention to detail.

Doctor Katerina Kleinova, DDS is beyond amazing! I personally hate going to the dentist since I could ever remember. Knots in my stomach before entering the office. Not with this Doctor. The staff makes you feel like they’ve known you for years. They are so informative, helpful, patient and most of all, friendly! I used to hate going to the dentist but not anymore. When it comes to Katerina Kleinova, DDS office, you leave with not only a brighter smile but a feeling of wanting to return! Thank you for not making going to the dentist a scary thing anymore!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kleinova for more than 5 years now, and it’s been a great experience every time (weird thing to say about a dentist, right?). I’ve had routine cleanings, had a tooth chip repaired, had a night guard made – happy with all of the services. Vincent really takes care of you too – scheduling, billing, insurance are all easy. The office staff and hygienists have always been friendly. Highly recommended.

I haven’t had the best of luck with dentists since I moved here in 2015, but I found this place on yelp and super happy with the service! I didn’t see Dr Kleinova but the other dentist I did see was very helpful and helped me figure out the root of the pain I was feeling. I’ve been trying to figure it out for a year and my last dentist just said it was a cavity which it was not. The real star is Vincent, he really came through for me when I was having issues trying to get my night gear and Invisalign covered by insurance. He knows what it means to be a patient advocate. I’ve found my go to dentist after only 3 years of being in LA!

By far the best dentist I’ve ever had in my life. My husband and I both had cleanings and other work done and Dr. Kleinova was so gentle and informative, explained everything that she was doing and made great product recommendations. Another doctor said I needed a root canal but Dr. Kleinova managed to save the tooth with just a filling. So glad I came to her! Vincent at the front desk is also very knowledgeable and courteous – an all around great experience! We will be back!

Dr. Kleinova’s expertise and gentle manner make her an exceptional dentist. She is current in her continuing education about new dental techniques. Also, her referrals are alwyas to dental specialists of the highest caliber, who share her philosophy of excellence in their work and a gentle, compassionate approach to delivering the best possible service. Every effort is made by Dr. Kleinova to save each tooth, which is unlike the experiences many of my coworkers have had at other dental offices. Also, the expertise with which Vincent (who handles insurance and billing matters)provides about co-pay costs, deductibles and non-covered procedures is the best I have encountered. He is very knowledgeable and goes to extra lengths to insure each patient is well informed about their costs in advance of any dental procedures. Each member of the staff is as knowledgeable, courteous, warm and efficient as Dr. Kleinova. Parking can be an issue, because they do not validate for parking in the buildings garage. However, there is ample parking on 6th Street and also on neighboring streets. Be careful to read the signs. If you need the convenience of parkin in the building, it is affordable for most patients. Their location on Wilshire Bl is easily accesible and the traffic flows smooothly through the area.

Passing through L.A from France I needed to be cared for by a good dentist; so as I had a recommendation about Dr kleinova I went to her office for few visits. I’ ve never been disappointed by the high quality of treatments, I must say much better than in my country. In addition the staff set you into a friendly and expert atmosphere. Every thing went so well that I persuaded my wife who was looking for the perfect dental veneers to make it with Dr Kleinova. She did and she had the very perfect result. Hervé M

I’ve always had a major fear of dentists. Dr Kleinova, Vincent and the team are so sweet and calming, that it’s almost enjoyable to visit! (I said “almost” – it’s still a fear that I’ve had since I was a kid that ain’t going away any time soon!) I appreciate how gentle they are, and I love that they accept my insurance. And I’ve never felt that they have pressured me into a treatment I didn’t need (which has happened many times at other dentists). But honestly, the office manager, Vincent, makes my day every time I see him. He’s got such a wonderful, sweet spirit. He always works to accomodate my fiance and I so we can go to the dentist together (I usually need Gregg for moral support!). We just love him!

This dental office is such a pleasure to visit. I used to dread going to the dentist because I’m such a dental chicken, but not anymore. The whole experience from the great text message appointment reminders, Vincent’s welcoming genuine smile from the front desk, to Dr. Kleinova’s sweet face to look at while you are getting your expert dental work done makes for an almost spa like experience. The whole staff there is just excellent. Also, If you are thinking of getting invisilign braces this is the place to do it. I got a couple of other ridiculously high quotes from other dentists, but Dr. Kleinova’s price is very reasonable. I was really dreading having to wear them, but they were actually very comfortable and painless and time went so fast. I’m almost at the end now and have virtually perfect teeth now. It was so worth the investment. The price I was quoted covered everything. I was expecting there to be hidden fees somewhere along the line, but there were none. I paid payments on my fee and it’s all paid off already and I’m still getting quality services that were included in that fee. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this dental office.

Wow! Above and beyond customer service and friendliness. Vincent at the front desk is beyond personable and helpful, while Dr. Kleinova and the rest of her staff are lovely and super kind! I was blown away with the kindness and quality of my visit. I’m confident I’ll be leaving with a (very white!) smile next week after I have my final teeth-whitening appointment. Such a pleasant experience. And bonus points for text and email confirmations!

I love this dental office! I came here years ago for a Saturday appointment as a new patient because I had had a tiny part of my tooth just chip off. I had just moved to LA and did not have a local dentist yet. It turned out to be a deep, severe cavity (had never had a cavity before) that needed a root canal/crown (around $3-4k without insurance). At the time I did not have dental insurance, so they tried (and succeeded) in “saving” the tooth with drilling, medicine and a filling ($250), telling me that in a few years I would probably still need a root canal. I continued using this dentist until I got a different job and dental insurance which unfortunately did not cover Dr. Kleinova. But when I switched jobs 4 years later, and started having tooth pain again on that same tooth they had worked on before, I was fortunate enough to be back in Dr. Kleinova’s network. I have since gotten a root canal (from a specialist they recommended) and then a crown from Dr. Kleinova. I have now been a regular patient again for the last year and a half since. Everyone in their office is great. Vincent, Dr. Kleinova’s husband and office manager, calls your insurance in advance to give a detailed explanation of what is covered and what you owe and explains when you arrive, if for a procedure. The best dentist and dental team I have ever had! I recommend to all my friends! It is worth noting that I have this weird fear of losing my teeth and get really nervous about bad dental care, but here I always know that I am getting the best care. Also, if you are scared of shots in the gums, they put a topical cream on your gum before they give the shots so you don’t even feel the sting, just the pressure of something going in your gum, but no pain. Seriously, anyone who fears the dentist, go here! And they have appointments on Saturdays which is perfection!!!

This is my first Yelp review, and I don’t think I’d go through the effort for anyone other than this office, these people, and this place. Particularly Vincent, the most kind and helpful person you’ll ever meet in a dentist’s office. They have been nothing but fantastic with everything I need, and always go above and beyond to be personable. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but look forward to visiting Dr. Kleinova’s office every time I have an appointment 🙂 As Yelp states, 5 stars = “Woohoo! As good as it gets!” TOTALLY

Best dentist ever! I usually have a lot of anxiety and dread dental appointments, but that is now all in the past. Katerina is amazing. She instantly puts you at ease and takes great care of you. Her team is also top notch. Just had a tooth extraction done and felt absolutely no pain or discomfort at all. The whole thing took her about ten minutes. What a pro! I would highly recommend her for all of your dental needs.

My family has been visiting Dr Kleinova for several years now and it has been a great pleasure. I walk out smiling, no pun intended, after any treatment. I almost feel that I have known Vince for a long time and enjoy chatting with him. He is extremely helpful and accommodating in dealing with our insurance companies. Negotiating the best for us and explaining what is best for our coverages. Dr Kleinova is very thorough with her examination and does not suggest any treatment that is just cosmetic or not required. Rosa, one of the hygienist is very kind and understands that even regular cleaning is an ordeal and gives me breaks to relax my jaws, and does not hurry through her procedure. My toddler son goes her too and even though this is not a pediatric facility, Vince can entertain kids and keep them laughing.

This is the best dentist I’ve ever had in the LA area! Dr Kleinova had to replace my crown and did it with the finesse of someone who has done it a thousand times before; It was completely painless. Maria the dentist technician and Vincent the front office person are fantastic as well. Maria is a perfectionist and took very good care of my temporary crown. Vincent is a gem and treats everyone like a longtime friend. I can’t say enough good things about this place!
