Dr. Masaki is very sweet, friendly and always gives extra without additional cost. Her assistants are very nice and understanding. Noreen is such a friendly receptionist, always welcoming and talks stories with you to make sure your day is going great and absolutely makes sure we leave the office with a smile. Definitely recommend her for an orthodontist.

Dr. Masaki deserves more than five stars. She has the complete package of outstanding knowledge, skill and bedside manners, a true professional and perfectionist that will go above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome. And, she has a great sense of humor and a great office staff that clearly enjoys working for and with her. Thank you!!

I have enjoyed being a patient of Dr. Masaki.  She is very gentle.  I had no problems throughout my treatment.  The office is clean and nice.  It was always easy to get an appointment that worked with my busy schedule.  I was able to go over to the Kahala office if it was better for my schedule.  There are a couple new staff who are nice.  I never had to wait a long time.  She spent the time working on my teeth each time.  I am going to be getting my braces off next month.  I really love my teeth now.

Very good attention to detail. She is a perfectionist! I am very happy with my treatment so far. I think everything looks great already, but Dr. Katherine has told me that she is in the final stages of detailing. She has two offices. I have been to both because my schedule can be hectic. One is in Kahala and is really nice. You can see the ocean from the chair. The other office is smaller, and quaint. I have a feeling that Dr. Katherine spends more time with her patients than other orthodontists. This I really appreciate because I tend to like to ask a lot of questions, and do not trust many people to look in my mouth, and do things in my mouth. Before choosing Dr. Katherine I went to three consultations with different orthodontist. I felt Dr. Katherine spent the most time answering my questions. ..got my braces off last month and love flashing my new smile. It took me 3-5 days to get used to each retainer. I am glad to be done with treatment

Dr. Masaki was my orthodontist throughout my Invisalign treatment. The treatment went smoothly and the results were amazing; just as promised! She has a wonderful personality, is incredibly kind and most important very knowledgeable! I am very thankful that I was able to find an orthodontist as talented as she who can offer an affordable alternative for an otherwise very expensive treatment. From the consultation, to each visit during treatment and post-treatment (retainer checks) service is always consistent, concise and cordial. Loraine is also a wonderful addition to the office! She is the receptionist who is so friendly and will always greets you with a smile!

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here!! I decided I wanted invisalign a little over a year ago because I never wore my retainers after finishing braces! (Poor choice on my part) The whole process was super nice and Dr. Masaki was awesome with letting me move at my own pace while still reminding me to stay on track with my trays! Just finished up my treatment & picked up my retainers this week. 🙂

I was referred to this doctor by a close friend of mine. My consultation was very excellent as the staff were very friendly and definitely enforced safety precautions. During my visit, Dr. Masaki went over my options and walked me through the process of getting braces. I’m excited for my follow up as the next time I see them is when I get my braces on. A big mahalo to Dr. Masaki and her team for making me feel comfortable, especially with something that has always been a concern/insecurity of mine. I definitely recommend coming here if you or a loved one is considering getting braces/Invisalign etc. Other notable features I noticed were the COVID-19 precautions. All the areas were separated from each other and the room itself was very clean and tidy. At the door I was greeted by Kotone and she took my temperature with a infrared thermometer. They also advise you to sanitize before walking in. Their waiting area was also tidy. Walking into the exam room they gave me mouthwash to rinse for a minute. Overall service was amazing and exceeded covid-19 guidelines.

Update.. since my consultation for my braces life happened and I wasn’t able to move forward. I was very pleased with the follow up calls from Dr. Masaki’s office to check in and see if I was still interested In moving forward with my braces. Two years went by and they continued to follow up with me. Finally I scheduled my bonding appointment for next month. They actually was able to work with me with my down payment and monthly payment plans that I can afford. I am excited to finally get this done. Two weeks and I’ll be smiling big showing off my braces. 🙂 I’ll post an update after I get my braces on.

Wonderful Orthodontist love the private setting it is what I prefer. Great payment plans as well! Most orthodontist offices are so packed with clients and are sat so close to each other it is uncomfortable in my opinion. Katherine and her staff are kind, professional and does amazing work. I am glad I chose her to do braces on both my son and I. If you are looking for an orthodontics work definitely recommend going to her!
