My son has braces and needed both sides of his teeth to be larger- to correct spacing. Dr. Kaufman did a fantastic job. When my son went back to his appointment at OSU Orthodontist. His doctor called students and staff to look at the job Dr. Kaufman did. They could not believe how the coloring match perfectly and they could not tell the teeth were built up. I have given a great review before but it somehow did not make it here. I have nothing but admiration and respect for everyone at the Kaufman Dental Group. Before Dr. Kaufman I found it very hard to trust dentists-even when I knew I needed dental care. Upon our first meeting I was very up front about my past negative experiences and told him quite frankly that the first time anyone there hurt me- I would never come back. I am no baby about pain- in fact I have a very high pain threshold; but Dr. Kaufman and his staff took my concerns very seriously. He was upfront and honest concerning my care plan and I have always known right away what my out of pocket costs would be, (a great stress reliever!) I can honestly say that the staff has always been great and Dr. Kaufman treats me like a protective parent, (although we are probably about the same age). I am relocating to another state within the year but I am seriously considering coming back to Columbus for my dental care when needed! Call me crazy but that’s how much I trust them!

I would recommend Kaufman Dental Group to anyone. My visit was for a preparation of a tooth cap/crown done by Dr. Kaufman. I have been a patient with this office for many years and the entire staff are friendly and welcoming. Both dentists are very patient and personable. A very relaxing atmosphere.

Dr. Kaufman will go out of his way to insure your dental experience is very positive. He excels in his profession as a dentist and he also has a very kind and caring demeanor. Kaufman Dental Group has a welcoming staff and the wait is minimal to see the hygienist or doctor. It’s comforting to know they respect your needs and your time, as well. It’s also been my experience that Dr. Kaufman is very communicative with preventive education and addressing any dental concerns you might have. He and his staff will welcome you with a combination of skilled confidence and help with administrative details such as insurance. It’s apparent why Dr. Kaufman has a wonderful patient following from all over the city.

5 stars. It is a pleasure to write this review. Dr. Kaufman’s dental practice is absolutely *brilliant.* Dr. Kaufman sets the tone: he is composed, professional, confident and warm. Hygenist Barbara, too, is confident, calm, gentle but thorough with the cleanings — and kind. From the minute you walk in the door, you feel a vibrant energy here. There is no drama or anxiety (see my review of Murray Dental), like you can feel at other dental offices. And no one is trying to get you to agree to unneccessary procedures. Dr. Kaufman and his team focus on preventive approaches. A friend recommended this dental group and I, in turn, recommended that two (now) satisfied patients transfer from other offices. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Kaufman and his terrific team and will continue to recommend his services to friends and family. Thanks, folks, for making my visits to the dentist such a pleasure!

I had my porcelain crowns done by Dr. Kaufman and I have never had such a good experience at the dentist. I was referred to Dr. Kaufman by another dentist who sees him. He is apparently the dentist that other dentists go to see when they need work done. As a kid, my dentist was really crappy. In college it seemed like the dentist was always trying to get me to do something that was more expensive. Thats not the case with Dr. Kaufman. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and especially the quality of his work. When getting my crowns done he spent in an incredible amount of time getting them to be perfect. I could tell that he cared intensely about the quality of his work, and would simply not let me leave his office without getting things just right. This is the first positive experience I have had with any dentist and I cannot recommend Dr. Kaufman highly enough.
