I’ve been a patient of Dr. Brewster for about 18 months now. Fortunately I’ve not had any major problems so I can’t comment on anything of that nature. My primary reason for a high rating is the great staff and the fact that they don’t try to push products and unnecessary procedures. Hygienist is great and Dr. Brewster is professional & polite. The office has modern technology and seems updated. I’ve had several cleanings & exams and I’m happy with this Dentist

My experience was great as always! My appointment was at 11:00 a.m. and my wait time was less than five minutes. Carol greeted me with professionalism and warmth just as she has done from my very first visit! Rebecca always does a great job and her main goal is the care of her patients…to ensure we are comfortable and relaxed. She is sharp/smart as a whip! Dr. Brewster has always been the best cheerleader, as he continues to encourage me to be my best healthy self! A very professional atmosphere, with a touch of family! We all get excited when progress has been made. A WONDERFUL group of people!!!

U know that feeling u  get when going to the Dentist- like scared and afraid of the pain feeling- Well I don’t have it anymore- hygienist Rebecca and Dentist Brewster are awesome! The entire staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Every thing they did they explained and made me feel comfortable.

Dr Brewster, Carolyn and Rebecca are Awesome!! They put my health first and do things in my best interest as their collective priority, ‘cuz I have no clue. It takes an effort just to get me to go the dentist so I feel fortunate to have found this amazing office. Very professional, very, very clean – this folks Rock! Thx, Dr Brewster!

After a number of visits to dentists and dental clinics around Dallas trying to find someone to help me fix my admittedly troublesome teeth, I believe I have found the perfect dentist! The experience began with a very pleasant phone conversation with Caroline, the office manager. She remembered my name from a previous message left over the weekend, and was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and verifying my insurance. I was scheduled to see the doctor the very same day, only hours after I called! Very impressive. I filled out all of my forms online, in advance. No paperwork! Sweet! The office is located on the 24th floor of the Comerica building, which was a treat, as I have never had official business in the building before now, and I like visiting various buildings downtown. The office itself is very nicely appointed and spacious. It was not busy at all, and I didn’t have to wait to be seen. My exam room had a view of Thanksgiving Square. It seems as though Dr Brewster does all the patient care, and Caroline does everything else, including billing. This makes for a very comforting experience, as you are not bounced around from person to person, or have an endless parade of people peering into your mouth, or handing you forms. The Dr even took his own X-rays. Old school, in a very good way. You can tell Dr Brewster enjoys the art and science of dentistry, his enthusiasm for helping people is obvious. He is a very kind and comforting man. If you are anxious about visiting the dentist, you owe it to yourself to consult with Dr Brewster! The end result was I felt better about my teeth (he said they “weren’t so bad”), had an appointment to save one of my molars instead of extracting it, and best of all, payment was handled entirely by Caroline. She billed my insurance and nothing came out of pocket! I was presented with a clear and consise recommendation for treatment, including the total expected cost of my next visit in advance. I cannot speak highly enough of my first experience with Dr Brewster and his amazing staff.

Dr. Brewster is knowledgeable, experienced, as well as amiable and attentive. I had a crown replaced in one day within a couple of hours. No temporary, no return visit. Dr. Brewster uses the latest technologies and made my crown in his office. I’m very pleased with the results.

Not only does Dr. Brewster have a remarkable bedside manner, but he is the most skilled and educated dentist I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. His knowledge is very deep; his technical wizardry is amazing and earnest; his staff is a delight to be around and very professional. Thank you for the best dental experience ever!

This dentist is all about people and long term relationships. Mr. Brewster is personable, thoughtful, respectful and will, from now on, be my dentist. Thank you for your accommodations and artistry. Also, the reception and office management is above anything I would have expected. I have seen and experienced the professional attributes that the company portrays. I’ll be back for all and any dental work I need. I came here because Mint Dentistry receptionist and staff didn’t know how to answer my questions. But Brewster did. They also came highly recommended from co workers and business professionals in the DFW metroplex.

Takes his time and does quality work. Keeps up with the newest technologies in the field and will thoroughly explain how it all works. I recently had a 10-year old crown come off (and had developed a bit of decay underneath, so we could not reuse the old crown). He was able to work me into his schedule the next morning. He used 3D imaging of my bite to create a CAD model of the new crown and milled a new one in his office in real time. No temporary crown, no return visit needed! He also hand applied some sort of porcelain finish to the new crown to make it look more natural.

Dr. Brewster has been my dentist for several years now. What i appreciate about him most is his practicality. He listens to you and your dental health is the priority. He ensures you understand everything before he starts any work and everyone in his office is very kind and friendly. He is considered to be an industry expert and is respected as such by his peers.

I went to Dr. Brewster’s after quite a few coworkers reccomend him! Dr. Brewster and his staff are all super friendly. During my cleaning, my hygienist was very informative and showed me my xrays and pointed out the the problem areas I had that the dentist might bring up. Turns out i needed a filling replaced. At the end of the appointment i received an itemized bill stating what they were going to bill my Insurance and an estimate of what i will probably have to pay out of pocket for my fillings. I just finished my second appointment, got the old filling replaced and it was the easiest and smoothest experience I’ve ever had. The numbing stuff has just started to wear off but I still don’t feel any pain! His office is small but nice and seems updated. He didn’t try to push any random procedures on me or tell me i had a crazy amount of cavities that i needed filled. Dr. Brewster is very gentle. I’ve had fillings done in the past and even with numbing stuff they will hit a nerve or something and it hurts like hell all day. I kept waiting for him to poke something (it’s like waiting for the other shoe to drop) and it never happened. Highly reccomend him and his staff.

I am a new patient of Dr. Brewster’s practice.  I had put off a visit to the dentist for too long, so I was a little anxious about finally going in.  Dr. Brewster and his staff put me at ease right away, performed a thorough cleaning and scheduled a follow up to take care of some fillings.  The follow up went very well and I scheduled a whitening to take place shortly thereafter.  I was very pleased with the outcomes of all of these procedures.  Dr. Brewster is a very personable, articulate individual and I would strongly recommend him.

I was totally surprised with the new dental techniques used by Dr. Brewster. My regular dentist outlined a medical plan involving a referral to an oral surgeon for root removal and implant. I was to return several weeks later for a crown. Dr. Brewster treated my tooth and made a complete new crown in less than 2 hours. He saved the root of my tooth and I left with my tooth totally restored in one short visit. AMAZING!

Dr. Brewster treated my tooth and made a complete new crown in less than 2 hours. He saved the root of my tooth and I left with my tooth totally restored in one short visit. Amazing!

Yesterday, an entire crown popped off as I was flossing. I immediately called Dr. Brewster’s office and Carolyn was able to get in the same afternoon. Dr. Brewster knew which tooth was involved From just looking at the crown. Fortunately for me, it came off intact and was not cracked or broken. Dr. Brewster was able to cement it back on and the tooth was good as new! I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Both Dr. Brewster and Carolyn are the best! I’m so glad I found them.

Dr. Brewster is by far the best dentist my husband and I have ever used. Carolyn is great at running the front desk & assisting when needed. The hygienist is very sweet. They are all super nice, helpful & great at what they do. We have been using Dr. Brewster for about 5 years now & hope he never retires! I have had dental emergencies on the weekend, and Dr. Brewster handled everything for me. If you need a crown, he can make it right there! You don’t have to go a couple of weeks with a temporary anymore! You should definitely give them a chance before going anywhere else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Brewster for at least two years and I really like he and his staff. He is the only dentist that has ever given me the correct amount of numbing solution for my various treatments. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and good at what he does. His dental hygienist is great as is Carolyn who does everything else. I’m always seen on time and have never had to wait. I would encourage anyone to give Dr. Brewster a try.
